I was in town for work and my nails were BAD, girl. I needed a fill but didn't have the time to before I flew out, so I decided to make an appointment here during some free time I had. I don't remember my tech's name, but she was nice and pretty quick! She had to do a little repair on them since the acrylic was starting to lift and even then she had me out in about an hour. I didn't get anything crazy done in terms of design because I was on a time constraint, so I just got a simple red nail and was on my way. They felt SO much better after my appointment (iykyk). The shop itself is also pretty standard in what you'd expect at most other nail salons and is pretty clean from what I saw. The price was a little more than I was expecting, but she did have to do a little more repair than normal so I'm guessing that was the reason. Overall I was super thankful to stop in here because there's nothing more annoying than insanely grown out acrylics! read more

Clean salon. but terrible work. For $65 my gel Pedicure should not be peeling!!! My nails are not rounded, they are sharp and ran my nylons the first day. Will not ever be back. Disappointing as I stay in the hotel across the street often and so do so many colleagues. Bummer! read more

Super disappointed. I used to be a regular at this salon because I live close by and liked their work. But recently, I had an appointment scheduled and they asked me to come in a little later- which was no issue at all! I expected to have to wait for a few minutes because Linda was running behind which is completely understandable. But once I got there, I waited for over an hour and ended up leaving and taking my services elsewhere. I only received a mere apology when I told them I had been waiting for over an hour and had not even been seen yet, when I had an appointment scheduled. I felt like they were also ignoring me when I needed to ask a question. I just moved to Reno and was hoping to find my new nail salon however. I spent 2 hrs for pedicure and full set. Picture vs what I got is a no go. She cut the length before I could even say the length. Pedicure was OK. The pictures in the yelp vs what in the place is different. The nail tech did talk a lot it nice. I wouldn't say it was the best job on a pedicure but it was $52 and doesn't seem like it will last. The full set nail tech was super clumsy made my nails really thick like jersey style. My friends and I had a wonderful time getting manicures together. The nail technicians were so nice and did a great job. Queenie did a beautiful job on my French tip mani, which was only $45. The normal nail polish is $25 and gel is $35. They even popped a bottle of champagne and gave us mimosas. Highly recommend and will be back when I come to Reno. read more

I went and got my nails done for the first time last late October 2022 after searching for a nail tech in the Reno area and I found Ni. She is amazing and very talented with her work! I showed her my Pinterest inspo pics and she nailed it! The quality of the nails were really good. I work in the warehouse industry and my nails were well kept after 3 weeks. They could've gone longer but I'm not used to wearing long nails. Ni is amazing and I would definitely come back in the future. My pedicure with gel polish peeled off completely in 6 days. It was very busy, so I felt like I had found a good salon.

From the moment I walked in until I walked out, the entire staff was attentive to making sure I was welcomed and not patronized at all. Kelly went over me with a fine-toothed comb, double checking all of her work. When I upgraded my service packages from a 3 to a 5 after Kelly already began with me, there was not a peep of complaint from her just action, plus her other staff members did what they could to help her prepare for my other services. Together one great family supporting one another is what I saw. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing in there. No kidding, my life is enriched knowing Kelly is surrounded by those kind of ladies who look after one another with virtually no complaints just selfless love for each other so the focus can be on customers like me. read more
