I went to the salon on Friday, I can't remember my nail technician's name. I thought he did a good job at first. He took over an hour but then when I got home I looked at them, I didn't like them but I thought it was because I did them different than I would have normally. But on Saturday and Sunday I noticed that my hair was getting caught in my nails. I look at them and they are lifting and one actually broke off. I went in to fix a nail and get a refill but besides the broken nail i had small lifting so i was asking if a soak off was recommended. I asked the lady in the front before taking a seat and she said my nail tech would decide. Once i sit down my nail tech says no to removing and says she'll fix it. HER WAY OF FIXING WAS PUTTING NAIL GLUE ON THE LIFTED BROKEN NAIL AND NAIL GLUE ON ALL THE OTHER LIFTING! I was so sketch about this working and i should have spoke up! Not only when paying did the lady in the front tell me cat eye was $15 but my nail tech said $20, i payed $72 for a "refill and cat eye plus fixing my nail" My broken nail popped off again 2 days later! Very rude by the way, but I just brushed it of. went ahead and got a basic one color full set almond medium length that was suppose to be $38 and she charger me $48 this lady tipped her self 10$ Without my consent. She didn't tell me the total till after she was done. Then when I asked her about it she laid and said the almond is 5$ and your length 5$ more I did not get long nails. I got short /medium. Absolutely horrible experience going to this salon. My girlfriend wanted to get her nails done. a gel manicure on her natural nails and all the ladies at this salon acted like they have never done nails in their life before. They literally passed the inspo picture to at least 3 different techs and they all kept talking about it and acting confused. A lady came to talk to my gf and ask her what she wanted done she said someone else would come and do it because she couldn't. They told us for someone to come sit with us would be 15 minutes. I on the other hand was trying to get acrylics and they did not give me as near of a hard time as they did with my girlfriend. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable and judged and i would not recommend ANYONE taking their business to them. I stood up and left because i was not going to give them my business. I would not recommend Nails Club to anyone, there are so many other salons that are kind and listen to their customers. Customer service is horrible! Staff is very rude. My sister was charged extra because they were saying she came in with shellac on her toes (when it wasn't) and then proceeded to argue in a very rude way about it. I was getting my acrylics done and I told the lady doing my nails that one of my real nails cracked super far down under the acrylic and hurt very bad, so she drilled it all the way down and cut that nail so short it bled..... and then put glue on it while it was bleeding everywhere. read more

I usually always go to Anthony Vince in Baybrook, but I was close to Fairmont and I wish I just would've gone to Anthony Vince. One of my big toes was a little uneven and told him to cut down the other so they could look a little more similar and he cut it so uneven so now I have TWO uneven ugly big toes. They sat me down where you get a foot massage and I said, "ummm no, I would like eyebrow wax." I was told to sit there for the eyebrow wax. I explained that I would prefer the room for the waxing. This place had a bunch of people and I do NOT want everyone watching me while I get waxed. The room wasn't even being used. They reluctantly moved me to the room. While I was being waxed, the door was shut and someone came in without knocking. What if I was getting a bikini wax or something? I've been going to Nails Club Pasadena for about 7 years. I've worked with several nail artists and the one who did the highest quality work was always Hannah. However since the pandemic I wasn't able to get my nails done as frequently and Hannah made comments about not coming as often which I could tell bothered her. The 2nd to last time I went to get my nails done she made them way too long so I had to return to her to get them done after less than 2 weeks. I asked her to cut them down and make them much shorter and she said "WHY". I said "because they're my hands and that's what I want. I have my reasons." She tried to argue with me as if I needed another reason to justify not having long ass nails but when she did finally cut them down she popped them off in a way that really fucking hurt when she could have easily done it in a more gentle way. To top it off, she left a gap between the nail and overlay so water got under and a fungus grew. Now my nail bed is damaged and I have to go without acrylic nails for like 4 weeks. It feels like my nerves are exposed and it's incredibly uncomfortable. I can't believe she'd do a loyal customer like this. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My mom went in for a pedicure and was burned by the wax. After placing the extremely hot wax on her foot the girl rubbed it in,but it was so hot that she threw the bag of wax off. Her foot was extremely red and was obviously burned so they ran to the back and put a cream on her. The girl then said that my mom walked in with her foot like that! The managers there also said she walked in like that instead of apologizing and were extremely rude. Do not ever go here because they will burn you and try to say you walked in like that. read more

Do not give your $$$ to this business. I scheduled an appointment three days ago for 7pm today with Michelle, and I tried calling 15+ times before my appointment to ensure she would be there. I arrive and lo and behold there's no Michelle. The guy at the front explained the phones hadn't been working because of the rain so he couldn't contact me. I was upset because it's extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to not respect the customer's valuable time in making appointments. I went ahead and did my nails with whoever because I needed to get my nails done and the first nail tech didn't listen to me on soaking off my gel polish instead of filing it away because my nails are very thin and weak. She clearly was annoyed that I was asking for her to take off my polish the RIGHT way. She also couldn't even properly do an almond nail shape. I ended up asking for a different nail tech (Van) and she actually did a pretty decent job and had a good attitude with me. When I went to pay, I explained to the man up front that I thought it was very unprofessional to not be considerate of people who make appointments as I ended up leaving 2 HOURS LATER. I gave him some needed criticism on conducting his business in a way that's doing the BASIC things to be considerate of the customer and their time. He started yelling at me that I was picky and he didn't need customers like me. Picky?? If I'm paying for a service that's expensive, you must think I'm dumb if I'm going to let you give me ugly, crooked nails. Came here with my daughter who frequents this nail salon. My first time here. Not bad but I also shouldn't go when I'm feeling crummy. Good basic pedicure and didn't over do anything. I'm usually finicky with pedis and cuticles and pumice stone scrubs. Not one bit of a bother. Thanks to the lady who's helped me. Had solar nails/acrylic nails done. She did one foot really really good with the cuticle and dead skin trim, and then asked which pedicure I wanted. So when she couldn't talk me up, she did the other foot, I kid you not, for two minutes. The entire "pedicure" lasted about 8 minutes. The $20 pedicure (which is what I was telling her I wanted) is supposed to include lower leg and foot exfoliation but she did not touch my legs at all and literally cleaned my feet with a sponge. Anyway, the polish is horrible and the top coat is visibly not covering my whole nail on almost every toe. And she messed one up and didn't even fix it.
