I love high class nails. I feel that they've really stepped their game up in the last year. When I use to come a few months ago, my shellac would start to peel off within the first week every time. I only mentioned it once and it never happened again. Service is excellent here. All of the staff is incredibly kind. My favorite nail tech is Kimmy. Awful experience. This was my first time here with my pregnant friend and we had come for pedicures. I just left less than ten minutes ago after they sliced up my foot. The old lady doing my toes did not even care-it was the technician doing my friend's toes that helped me clean the cuts and scrapes while my tech walked to the back. My tech used the purple exfoliater tool on the top of my foot. I'm asking for my money back after reluctantly arguing with them and paying for it. My tech said sorry to me for cutting and scraping me at my seat but then lied and said I had a rash when I came in before she started to work on me at the register. My friend knows this is a lie and so does her nail tech. While she was calling me a liar multiple times she was also touching my shoulder and my back repetitively while all of the nail techs surrounded us. They refused to refund me my money-trying to say that the security camera has me coming in with a RASH on my foot. GET REAL.. AT THIS POINT: Please be aware that they are intentionally doing crappy work, cutting people open, and then scamming them out of their money. The way they immediately surrounded me and my pregnant friend and started blaming me and trying to bombard us is insane. My girl is very far into her pregnancy and they had her stressing and contracting. I would never, being a cosmetologist, go into a salon looking for a pedicure with an open wound. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. How dare they lie. Customer service is pathetic. Disgusting place of practice. My friend and I also asked for the same nail color and they purposely used two different colors on us as well-and they were so similar we were asking if they were the same (we had suspicion), until they told as after they painted our nails. Update: They gave me my money back after I let them know I had a video of my feet before they started on them and pictures from after. I also threatened to go legal and had my significant other call up there to try and get my money back from them because I didn't want to be the one who went and got it but they told him no he couldn't go and get it and so I did. When I got there, the woman at the register argued with me for a while about how I used a profanity word while her employee was touching me and calling me a liar. She then argued with me about keeping 15$ of my money for the polish after she had said on the phone to my partner that I could get a full refund when I come in. While taking almost ten minutes to give me money back she proceeded to tell (threaten) me that one of her customers took a photo of me because I was "so rude and disruptive" to the salon which I responded I don't give a f***...you're not going to threaten me into letting you keep 15$. Each time she went to hand me the cash she gripped it so hard I could not take it out of her hands. After three tries to keep it, she let it go. She followed me to my car after finally giving me all of my cash reluctantly and proceeded to try and gaslight me. She said that the tech misunderstood me and wasn't calling me a liar for the "rash" she said I had EVEN though when that tech was yelling and touching me she specifically said "no you have rash before you come in here!" I think at that point the woman was just trying to settle things because she realized she wasn't pulling one over on me. These people have no integrity. Stopped at this place because it was close to where I was and I needed a pedicure. No wait which was really nice, they had plenty of people working and visiting. Prices are super good. I never leave bad reviews but I have to warn people . I'd leave zero stars if I could . This was a little while ago but I came in to get a manicure , paid & left . The next day it was already chipping on multiple nails . I came back to see if they could do anything about it & they agreed to discount some money off an acrylic set . I pick a color & after one or two fingers are done , I decide to stop them before they go any further because the color on my nail is too different to how it looks from the bottle . They tell me to leave & come back tomorrow because they're about to close which was not mentioned anytime before this . Kicking out a paying customer ? Strike one . I ask them if they could at least remove the nails because they were going to be removed anyways & I didn't want to go home with two long thumbs . If I could give them no stars I would!! WORST PLACE EVER! LONG VENT BUT PLEASE READ IT! I Went in for a quick overlay and pedicure and it was a nightmare! I was there for 3 hours!!!!! The nail technician I got was horrible! She cut my thumb with the hand piece, because she was rushing through the nails, the cut wasn't just around my cuticles it was in the fingerprint area! And on top of that she was just trying to put bandaid on it without cleaning it alcohol when my hands were full of acrylic powder. Seem like she was just learning because she looked so lost doing my nails and later on was confirmed because one of the girl that try taking over to fix her work kept going over with her how to properly place the acrylic. When I got there I had picked out a color but once she placed it on my nail it was completely different so she went ahead removed it and I picked another one. I am a matching kind of girl! So my toes were being worked on I told her to tell the lady that was doing them to stop because most likely we were going to change the color since I needed to match my nails. This lady said "she can just put the new color on top" keep in mind this is shellac they are already charging me extra for that and they want to half ass it, I Immediately said no. At this point I was so over my nails, she kept putting more acrylic because there was some voids on the powder so when she filed them down you could see them, she kept filling my nail so much to the point where this morning my nails were so sore! This nails are hideous! So thick! Acrylic residue under my nails that they didn't even bother cleaning out. This morning I decided to call and speak to Andy the manager and he was so rude! I can't believe he is the manager! I spoked to him regarding the issue and mentioned what had happened and the fact that I wasn't allowed to work since I work in the dental field and my boss was afraid of the cut that I received at their shop could get infected because it's deep! And he told me he would removed the nails "normally we charged 10 for that" "but I won't charge you" he had the audacity to make it seem like he was doing me a favor! It would be ridiculous to get charged for a shitty service I received from them to begin with. At this point I told him I needed a refund for my service because this was unacceptable and he went off to tell me that I was a picky customer, and how they didn't need my money, he ended up hanging up on me! I agree with him I am a picky customer but I always make sure to let them know before any services, because that's their chance to turn me away, but of course they were money hungry and they didn't. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Not worth it! Ok..... so you know a service was subpar if you start writing the review before you even leave the establishment. I'm a first time client who was referred to Andy. I made an appointment and came in with an inspo picture. From the get go, Andy's reaction to the design I wanted was very unexcited. He immediately pointed out that it was a lot of different colors. We proceeded anyways. About midway through when he was done shaping my nails, he got up and told me the receptionist would be doing the design because another client came in. She tried her absolute best to do the design but it wasn't to my liking. She told me that she would let Andy know. He came over and was trying to understand why I didn't like it. I explained that it didn't look anything like the picture. He demanded that I explain why because he didn't feel good that I didn't like it. After going back and forth in a civilized manner, I told him that I just wanted the base acrylic color. He was not happy. He was super rough when trying to file off the polish, he even dinged me. He then grabbed his tools and left without saying anything further. As I am sitting here waiting for my pedicure to be done, I've noticed that he left polish on my nails. I understand that perhaps he didn't know how to recreate the design, I even understand that he may have not known how to fix it, but at the very least he could've ensured that he removed the polish entirely. The guys are rude and beware they'll be looking in between your legs when doing a pedi...and I'd course they'll talk their language and laugh who knows about what. On top of that they'll charge you $5.00 increments for everything from cutting nails, to shape them, and much more with design even though a price was agreed beforehand. One of the male guys told my daughter "make up your mind, we don't have time to waste.."..she's a minor and was not understanding how the acrylic powder works plus WE ARE PAYING for a "service". They hurt her fingers and offer a partial reimbursement if she would take off the bad nails her self which to star with they did not last even 24 hrs (she came in for manicure the day before, $30.00 simple mani that lasted 3 hrs). The nail tech finally starts doing my nails and the extension she put on one of the nails is broken at the sides so i ask her to fix it and she said its fine that shes going to paint over it. she doesn't file some of the nails properly and theres a weird overhang of acrylic over the nail extension on some of them. First time here, a friend recommended me this place. So I thought I'd give it a try. I asked for the ultimate pedicure and I chose my color for shellac. Kim was taking care of me. Then she began to set a timer on for 45 mins when I saw the book for ultimate it stated in the book 80 mins. So that sorta got me confused them. I told her please take your time on me.... The more patient time you take on me the more I will tip well. That's not exactly what I received. I asked for a Chardonnay they said they didn't have any so I asked well how do you make your mimosas then? I told her I just want the wine not the OJ. So Kim serves me the wine. Didn't realize that you couldn't order another alcoholic beverage. They only limit 1 per drink per person. When I'm in a nail salon and it's my day off. I DO NOT LIKE TO BE RUSHED AT ALL. but then you set a 45 min timer on and you steal half of my 30 mins. That is like stealing my money for 45 mins than oppose to 80 mins. Nail salons are meant for people to come in and decompress from stress and work. I felt rushed especially being put on a timer. Andy is the owner. He probably shouldn't be serving alcohol if he doesn't have a TABC license to even hand a alcoholic beverage. I stopped the pedicure service and only paid the service. That was it. I walked out. Andy avoided taking my payment and had another nail te. To take my payment. He is not a true owner if he does not take responsibility for his own rules confronting me about it. I did not make any scene but wish he wasn't a coward of coming up to me to deal or resolve the situation than avoid it. Than he has another mail tech check me out?! That's not management at all. I went in yesterday to get my acrylic nails off, which were grown out and my real nails were as long as the acrylics. The guy who did my nails seemed to be annoyed as he came back from his lunch break and was rude and in a hurry. He began chopping my acrylic nails off with huge toenail clippers. He cut them so short, no soaking and began to pry my acrylic nails off with another acrylic nail he pulled out of a box. At least 6 of my real nails were broken and chipped in this clearly unprofessional and untrained manner. He laughed and pointed when he saw another broken nail. When the were all off, I sat there speechless and clearly unhappy. He ran the buffer block over all of my fingers in 10 seconds and then starting painting my nails, as they were now too short for dip. He did not remove any acrylic glue or buff my nails properly.
