Me & a friend went in on a thrusday evening around 11:30. It was only two customers there & maybe 3 / 4 employees. I asked for medi pedies & let her know we weren't in a rush since they were short handed. The woman turned us away-asking for us to come back tomorrow because they were really busy...even tho they close at 7... & EVEN THOUGH I let her know we weren't on a rush & didn't mind waiting... you lost maybe $200- but thanks ! read more

This was the best experience I have ever had getting my mani/pedi and eyebrows done, this was my first visit and I was extremely impressed with the owner and workers, the ambience was so relaxing, a very clean and organized place. So the ladies may not seem so nice at first but they want to help you out and make sure you get the nails you want. I understand that I chose 3 different colors but they were simple, nothing extravagant and they charged me $50. It's fine but it only hurts since I'm still a college student and I'm not bankin, yet lol They seem to always be busy and I see why now. They all do a pretty good job. The ladies here are GREAT !!!!!! I have been coming here since I moved to the area 5 yrs ago, and I love it. The ladies are always super nice they make it a point to call you by your name If you are a regular. They are very accommodating to late appts. They are often very busy but if you are in the door you will get your mani-pedi. I have come in with design request during the holidays and they deliver. I will post a few pics if I still have them. The customer service is not too bad. The typical discussion of clients in their language takes place here but I didn't have any issues regarding their attitude towards myself. I am a military bratt so I know a little of it. The quality of their products (nail polish, powder, glue, eyebrow wax) is terrible. Within 4 days, 2 powder nails popped off as if they were press-on nails. I went to a shop near my house to get them repaired. The guy stated "cheap powder" and showed me that 3 more were about to come off. Within 1.5 weeks, all my nails except the 2 I got repaired had all popped off. I will definitely not be returning. I'd rather wait until I have time to stop at the one closer to my house instead of going here in my lunch break by my job. read more

This was the worst experience EVER!!!! I am going on a cruise and was excited to finally get my nails done,but they ruined my thrill. I don't even like all the bells and whistles anyway with the massaging and all the scrubs and salt BS so I was fine with the hit it and quit it method they used UNTIL I realized they just literally gave no fucks!!! One chick completely ruined my nails...I just wanted French tips short acrylic...OMG she glued the tips so close to the nail bed and cuticle that it looks like a little midgets finger. The next issue was the COMPLETELY CROOKED placement and she filed them all crooked. I was also cut by the Dremel twice(the sharp metal file) until it was bleeding. It was hot and felt like I was paper cut. The TOES!!!! OMG WORSE!!!! HOW IN THE FUCK DO YOU FILE TOE NAILS CROOKED???? she only filed one toe, literally ONE toe and then painted them so poorly that it looks like a 3 year old did it. Paint all over my skin, clear lacquer all over my skin. On top of it all, the paint was cheap and she actually had no problem leaving streaks. I'm going to have to pay someone else to remove this shit off my toes and I'm sure these nails will pop off any day now so I can go shell out more money for someone to do it right instead of rushing so they can go text and pluck their own eye brows in the mirror.... Don't go here. Spend your money elsewhere so that you don't have to pay someone else to repair the damaged. read more

i asked for square white acrylic toes, because my nails had been damaged by the last people that had done them (MMA in the monomer). the mail tip was not fit flush to my toe, my nails were all different lengths, and when i asked her to fix it, she got upset. it's almost like she was in a hurry to get me out of there. when she started fixing it, she got frustrated and took the acrylic off with nail clippers and cuticle cutters! i paid $60 when all was said and done, and i usually would never leave a review of any place, let alone a bad one. but this was quite possibly the most anxiety inducing and upsetting salon experience i've ever had. read more

I've been going to Nancy for many years. She was referred to me long ago by another client who said, "she never hurts me..." That was good enough for me at the time. Over the years I have come to know that she is dependable, kind, and very customer oriented. Her work is always precise, even if I ask for a change every now and then. I get solar nails but occasionally I switch to color. Every time I go here, I run into another old friend that I have lost contact with, so I know these ladies well and love the fact that many of us from different lives have congregated at the same place for so long. That's the highest recommendation I can give. I can be myself and relax and enjoy when I'm there whether I feel like talking or chilling. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and the fantastic job they do. The energy is so positive and all of the women are so kind and friendly. I enjoy sitting and listening to them joke in their native tongue - never do I feel that they are being catty or nasty. I have only been in this area for a short time and just happened upon this salon. They know my name when I walk in, remember what we spoke of last visit, and are just so cute and friendly. This is an overdue Yelp review... this place is awesome. They take their time even allowed me to come for service without an appointment 30 minutes before closing. It wasn't your regular nail salon, the tech was nice and knowledgeable she was providing tips for moisture in winter and how to keep clean clear nails, proper way to file or clip on my own, as well as recommended frequency for pedicures.
