Separate rooms- one for manicures, one for pedi's - I tried the VIP quiet room since it was my birthday. The massage chairs in there unbelievably comfortable! Brand spanking new and fantastic! They even have a place to slide your arms in for a forearm and hand massage ! All the treatments during my pedicure were individually packaged & smelled amazing! It doesn't appear as though he washes his tools after each customer nor lines the pedicure bowl from previous pictures on here.
