OUCH OUCH OUCH!! Spent $102 on a full set of nails only to have 7 sores and three pus bubbles form on my skin next to the nail. It was because the tech put too much gel on my skin and it rubbed in and caused too much pressure. Ended up having to cut my brand new nails to get the gel out of my skin. Then had to go buy a cream to help with the pain. I called and unfortunately they won't do refunds only a store credit. Surprised they wouldn't do a refund as it was clearly due to their technician not filing away the excess gel that was on my skin. I was told it could be because my skin is "too sensitive" umm no. Decent work, cuts corners. I don't usually get my nails done but was impressed with the speed and quality of the acrylics themselves. I will say with them prioritizing speed for walk ins, the correct prep for the natural nail is not being done. It might just be due to the specific person that did my nails, but I would keep this in mind if you care about the health of your natural nails. read more

2nd time here with the family. This place is super nice and clean. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They have lots of massage chairs which is my jam while they make my feet ready for flippy flops! Very relaxing, especially when they are rubbing sugar scrub on your legs and feet. If i could give this place zero stars i would. The pricing is outrageous. For a manicure and pedicure for two people the total was 281 dollars. That is absolutely insane pricing especially when I'm used to getting a full set for 60 and a pedicure for 30. I had to tell the nail tech three different times i wanted my toes painted white. First she started paining them pink, then she tried to give me a French tip. I looked at my friend like, what's happening? Am i not being clear? Now as for my friend, it was the day before her wedding. She asked for marble nails, the nails she ended up with looked like some random green zig zag graffiti. It was not marble at all. And if i had a picture of hers, i would show you. As for mine, my nails aren't even the same size and if you don't believe me, that i can and will show you!! 0/0 recommend. Paying 349 dollars (because i work in service and even though it was undeserving, i still tipped) was not on my 2025 bingo card. Outrageous. read more

I made an appointment here for my wife for Mothers Day. I was surprised that they had appointments still available, but was happy they did, as I arranged it within a week of Mothers Day. I made the appointment on their website - no problems at all, actually quite quick and easy. My wife was happy with the pedicure she received but had a few things she thought they could've done a bit better with. She did say she would go back, so probably a 4 star experience with the pedis itself. So why a 3 star review? Well there was apparently no benefit to having made an appointment! when my wife showed up and told them about the appointment, she was treated exactly the same way that she would've if she'd walked in on a whim (Please sign in and have a seat, wait for the next available tech). Very disappointing, as she had to wait 40 minutes past the scheduled time, and was about to walk out. That kind of treatment is 2 star service at best. so overall a 3 star review. I had so hoped I would like this place because of the reviews. There were both good and bad. The good: Very very clean. New sterilized implements and single use file, buffer and foot scrubber. All creams/lotions were in single cups that were discarded after use. The bad: Cut my toe nails so short there is no whites left. They are hurting already (less than 2 hours). The manicure polish (did clear only) was globbed on so thick, it was rediculous. Sat under the polish dryer for a long time to dry them. The polish literally shriveled up (you could see it when I took my hands out to look at them as they dried. There is not a smooth nail on my hands. I went out of my way to go here. Guess I'll find someplace else where I pay 25.00 for a manicure and at least my nails will look good. read more

My regular was not available. I wanted oval. I got mini oval/stilettos with a dull tip. Picture kitty cat claws too thick that look like press on nails. Another thing I encountered were the two men that did our nails trying to decide what to charge us. 133. I've never paid that much for a refill with a basic design (pink tip). Going to soak this 70 dollar job off. Which I know was not worth the money. Not happy. I will stay for the pedicures. It's like as soon as they get it right they get it wrong. What a beautiful salon. We came in for 2 spa pedicures and were able to be seen right away (10:15am on a Thursday). Anthony and Lisa were very kind and did a wonderful job. Each client that came in after us were also promptly greeted and seated for their service. The salon is super clean and everything was sanitized after use (unless it was a one-time use item).
