Well, here goes like my fourth review of this place. I don't know why it keeps changing so much.. I'm gonna start off by saying the service is really great with my manicurist Ledi . She does an amazing job. She's very reliable and I have no issue with her service whatsoever. I actually think she's amazing. My issue is with once again another new owner and this one is already on my bad side. The previous owner appreciated her customers. She never made you feel like you were being rushed never interrupted someone while I were doing your nails to go do something else for a walk-in she respected that you made an appointment. She decided to sell the salon and the service end of it has gone downhill very quickly. This place cost more than other places in town and I go there because I love my manicurist. But this new owner does not respect anyone's time. She'll tell you to show up at 9 AM and the place doesn't open till 930. She's done that more than once to me already. She also expects people to stop in the middle of their manicures or pedicures to have the girls do waxing for walk-ins And today took the cake. I specifically made an appointment for 10 AM because I needed that time and of course they messed up my girls book and called me to move my appointment. Apparently two other people were affected as well. They rushed the girls who were just trying to do a good job for their customers especially a loyal ones. I do not like when my service is interrupted so that someone else who didn't make an appointment can just walk in and get their stuff done honestly it's a huge pet peeve. I don't wanna leave my girl because like I said she is amazing but if this service keeps up like this, I'm done and I'm gonna go somewhere else. The people in my town are not gonna deal with this type of service. We pay more money for a reason. I hope they get their act together. read more

New owner... Jessica sold this business. Have been going there for 10 years.... Last time there I had a pedicure. The air temp was 61 degrees. It was 11:00 am. All techs had on coats and hats, as did I. I was told they turn off the heat each evening. Prices were raised without notice and a fee for credit card fees without notice as well. Wow, what a horrible experience I had here. I took my 6 year old daughter this past Friday. This was my first visit to the salon. My daughter got a mani pedi and I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. My daughter chose multiple colors because she wanted a pattern. The technician giggled and thought it was cute, never mentioning anything about an up charge. During my pedicure, my technician was texting on her Apple Watch the whole time. During my manicure while I put my nails under the UV light between coats, she took the cuticle cutter and just started pulling off her own gel nails! During my manicure. Imagine! I'm not very confrontational and honestly was just taken back so I didn't mention anything in the moment. When I went to pay, the owner told me a ridiculous total. I was looking right at the price list and just couldn't figure out the numbers. When I approached her about it, she said it was a $20 up charge for my daughter's multi colored nails. $20 extra! I said no one mentioned that to me - if I had known, I would have had her choose one color. Her response was "my clients know what I up charge for." So I responded, "This is my first time here and no one said anything." She replied, "Well how would I know you've never been here before." I had left there paying $60 for a 6 year olds manicure and pedicure. A manicure that didn't require a cut or cuticle removal or anything and the lady didn't even bring her to a table, but left her in the pedicure chair while she painted her nails. I was going to just bite my tongue and not leave a poor review, but what's even worse is after all that my daughter's nails and toes were completely chipped by Sunday and here I am a few days later with a GEL manicure and it's chipping too! I called back hours later and asked to make an appointment with Naiomi and I was told she was also on "vacation" and pushed for me to use another tech. Prices have also increased. DO NOT GO HERE!! I called Saturday morning for a same day appointment and I was able to get in that afternoon at 3:30pm. I was greeted by Jessica who I assume is the owner. Jenny took care of my pedicure and she was a TREAT. I did not feel rushed at any time on the contrary Jenny took her time with me and really filed my feet which needed some serious TLC. I'm taking one star away because the nail polish was kind of old which is not Jenny's fault just something I noticed. Overall great experience will definitely be coming back! read more

The worst experience of my life, I went because I had a goft card and I wanted a toenail service. I expressed my discomfort with the person who was giving me the pedicure, that the nail was making it crooked and it was too thick along the sides. to which she responded: no, your foot is the crooked one. Two days later my toe started to hurt a lot, a week later my nail couldn't stand anymore, on the sides my toe was noticeably red and I didn't know the state of my real nail, it came off because I started soaking my feet in hot water and when my nail came out it was bloody inside and split, a terrible experience for such a high price. read more

Meh. With all the photos of the work that's been done I expect to be impressed and I wasn't. The place was clean and staff seems nice. Work was kinda shotty for the price. For the amount that I paid the service was not good. The pedicure was just OK but the massage was better. The manicurist was not good AT ALL! He was extremely rough and he did everything dry. He sped through the whole thing and he cut me a few times. Not to mention that he left all my cuticles after I told him multiple times to remove them. The shape of my nail is so weird as well and I specifically told him I wanted them straight. As I was leaving I showed the owner the crappy job he had done. She had to remove the rest of the cuticle for me and she saw how much was left over. I asked her what time they closed and she said 7pm. It was 7:10p. Makes sense why he was rushing. The only reason I even tipped after paying $65 for a shit job was because I know people in this industry work for tips. Never going there again and def not recommending anyone go there either. read more

Update: they still do a great job, however, since switching owners their 'special' gel manicure and pedicure price has increased from $45 to $55 with no notice. I've also noticed that all technicians now try to up-sell everyone on designs and glitter. Also, I didn't receive a massage either. Not from the girl who did my manicure or pedicure I have been searching for a new nail place and have finally found it! Nails for you is clean and they do a great job. The gel manicure is $30, and Monday- Wednesday they have a special $45 gel manicure and pedicure. This is the first place I've been to that gives a full 5 minute massage after your manicure. VERY clean salon, and huge color selection. Great place in the area to get your basic mani pedi. I no longer live in the area but still come here to get my nails done. They are a bit expensive, but the work and cleanliness for me is worth it. Would hate to go to a cheaper salon and end up with a fungus (it's happened & actually very common) ask for Noemi or Cindy. This is a solid nail place if you're looking for simple services. Try to go Monday-Wednesday because they have specials. This used to be my go-to place but I stopped going when I spent 3 hours there on multiple occasions for a gel mani and regular pedi (and I made an appointment each time!). For gel manicures, they don't do any special designs and charge you $5/each to fix any nails that broke. read more

I haven't been to this place since the last owner. With all the changes in the world lately, many routines have changed which prompted me to visit a "new" place. I'm extremely grateful I did! The new owner, Jessica, is the best and I felt very welcome. I received a manicure and was extremely happy with the quality. Had a mani and pedi during one of their special days ($25). Great service and very friendly staff. I came in an hour before closing (7pm) and they were still able to do both toes and hands prior to closing. Women kept coming in and was fairly busy. I would definitely come back again. read more

Very disappointing experience. The shop prides them self on Specials (as many of them do). However with posted signs in and outside that there specials are only available Monday - Wednesday it came as a surprise to everyone after the service that because Monday of next week is a holiday that they are charging the regular price. This was never told to anyone as we entered and stated we wanted that. It was not until I gave my credit card to pay, I was told that because Monday of next week is a holiday I was charged the higher amount. So, here's the sign that is placed at the drying table that states "no specials on holiday week". This makes we wonder, when does a week start and end in a nail shop. Rude management and poor quality. Went for mani pedi while I was 38 weeks pregnant. Did the mani first. The mani lady must be too good to do pedis so they put me in a pedi chair and left me there. I watched many other women come and go as they forgot about me. I finally asked why I was waiting so long. The owner/manager didn't even bother to look up at me. Someone had to stop another pedi only to rush through mine. Five days later, all my nails are chipped. read more
