I did come on a Tuesday afternoon, probably more staff/customers on busier days. When I arrived, the 2 technicians were working on the other customers that were there; one doing nails, the other a pedicure. The gentleman at reception informed that as soon as tech finished with the other pedicure customer she would be right with me. I patiently waited, maybe all of 5mins before I was escorted to the pedicure chair. The lady was very detailed and took her time. I noticed a positive difference even before polished was applied. "Yen" (not sure if that's the spelling, but that's how she pronounced it) did a great job!! Basic pedicure was $25 Will definitely be returning!! **FYI: GPS kept taking me across the street (next to the Chervon, but this place is actually located on the opposite side - same side as the big Goodwill)**

As I sat down and waited for her, I asked the girl next to me how she liked it here and she said her usual person wasn't available and was trying this guy out. I then checked yelp and was a little scared to see the rating was so low. I had even started to leave and stopped when the owner say I take you now. I showed her the design and color I wanted and she went out of her way to try to match the color perfectly. I was skeptical since I'd never gotten my nails done in acrylic dip in so long that I really wasn't sure what to expect. Let me just say she really went above and beyond to give the style and shape I wanted. She was very particular, that I didn't even have to comment. I'm so glad I said yes because she did an AMAZING job. Just to note, these photos are of my brows freshly done. The tint has to sit for a couple of hours before being wiped off, so they will fade slightly. Even knowing that, I can already tell the final result is going to be perfect. I've also been coming here for my nails, and the customer service is consistently top tier. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and truly takes their time with you. You never feel rushed, and they really make you feel taken care of from start to finish. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and the quality of work speaks for itself. I tried another HIGHLY rated salon in the area and it was trash. I even got one of the techs everyone said to ask for. I went in November to the other place for SNS and tips. The nails were SUPER thick and not only did it crack across the middle of one of my nails, but it literally ripped my nail causing extreme pain. I decided to come to Flower Nails (where I knew I should have gone originally) and they were incredibly gentle and the husband did a phenomenal job. He is a wizard with SNS. They didn't feel heavy and were so thin that it didn't look like I had fake nails on at all. I've since come back 3 more times to get them redone. My previous set lasted maybe 2-3 weeks but the sets I get at Flower Nails last over a month with very little wear and tear. Nail growth and thinner areas like the nail bed wear down before the actual SNS does. My broken nail has now healed and grown out and I've yet to have any issues. My only guess is that maybe the previous commenter came when the son was running the shop. He's an older teen-young adult and may not be able to do the services you need yet in the demand of time you want. This is a family owned salon with a husband and wife who do just fine by themselves. I hate to see it get low reviews and looked over!
