The experience at hot nails was a 2/10. The reason for me giving them 2 stars are due to the conversation I had with my nail tech at the time of getting my nails done. Other than that my nails fell off within a week and after finishing my nails there was polish left all over my fingers that I had to ask him to remove and when it was time to have my feet done the old man sat me down in the chair and did not run any water for my feet to soak until I asked him to let me put my feet in some water and then rushed my pedicure. Kan is the man!! He is very gentle and very creative with my acrylic nails. He gives his input and his finished result is to "die for"! I have been to him on 3 occasions, and every time he makes me walk out of there feeling like a "QUEEN", with beautiful nails . I also took the liberty of taking my daughter to him who was just as pleased with his work. I will surely refer my friends to go see him so they too can feel like a queen! read more

This was mine and my moms first time going to this salon. Despite having read negative reviews i thought i would gove them a chance. Lesson learned! We will not be returning! There are two older women doing the nails. Both my mother and i ended up very cut up around our nails, one of my nails is incredibly crooked and after my gel was dry and we were all finished, she began to file all my nails again. I gave two stars because the lady was really nice and deserved a star. I do not recommend this place. read more

I bef you don't let this b do your eyelashes. She used so much glue it ripppws out my natural lashes. I am now going to the. Doctor. Bothe eyes infected. She doused my eyes worn so much glue I could not see for a day. After four days all the fake lashes fell out in clumps taking my natueal lashes with them I wen back in and she played stupid and would not show a license on request. What a shame. This little hole in the wall is pretty good! My second time coming here and I am definitely not disappointed! I got a full set manicure and pedicure. They sat me down right away! Very nice people. The lady I got for my manicure is Tammy. Very sweet and detail oriented! She understood what I wanted and how! And the lady for my pedicure I didn't get her name but she's older with glasses and great with her hands! Prices were great! I left here feeling pampered! Very happy! *if they feel that you are not satisfied, they try to turn that around and have you leave satisfied. Seen it first hand lol. Three words for you mother in law. read more

I love my nails! I was worried about coming here at first because it's hard finding a good nail shop with great customer service. Tammy did my nails feet and Rosie did my eyebrows. When they first told me the price I felt it was kind of high but after Tammy calculating everything for me I was okay with the price Tammy did my nails and feet good in she was nice in held good conversation. My eyebrows done by Rosie is on fleek I love them. This place reminds me of the nail shop in Oakland without the ghetto talking. I will be returning and I hope I enjoy my next visit as I did my first. They might have gained a loyal customer! read more

Took my niece to this place to get a pedi and full set done for prom and was pleasantly surprised. We got turned down by salon after salon because they were already booked. Her nails looked great! We each also got our eyebrows done and they are on fleek! I also liked that they told us that even though they close at 7pm, that if a customer comes in before that time, they stay and see them, regardless, often until as late as 10pm! Walked in on a Friday afternoon & it wasn't so packed . The workers are quick & they make sure your wait isn't as long . The lady that put on my nails took very long & had me waiting in the chair while she did another customer's eyebrows . While she was putting my nails on I noticed one was a little crooked & asked her to change it & she told me that the nail tech would "fix it" & left it to dry on my finger , even Tracy (my nail tech) knew it was put on wrong & told the lady how bad it was . My experience with Tracy , however , was much more pleasant . She made sure I liked how everything looked & did my nails just the way I wanted them ! I get my eyebrows done by Rosie. She does a great job. I would not recommend going to any one but her because my sister went to some one else because rosie wasnt there and they took off half of her eyebrow. And she gave her another shot on another occasion and took a chunk of her eyebrow again. I would only go to Rosie she is great a bit messy but great with my eyebrows. read more
