This place is dirty and disgusting. There were M&M's and other crap all over the floor. I had to ask for my chair to be wiped down after a woman just finished a pedicure right before me. I didn't see them get clean, sterilized utensils in between clients. The woman doing my pedicure was rough and rude. I would never return here. I didn't leave a tip for her. I sat down 15 minutes after another woman and finished 15 minutes before her. Unreal. My husband came in for a pedicure with no color and the woman kept trying to upcharge him. Seriously? I made an appointment while I was in town in February. This place was highly recommended by my real a state gal. I walked in, said Hi and that I had an appointment at noon for a pedi and the lady just walked away. Never came back. No words. Nothing. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody spoke to me. This is THE place to go to for manicures and pedicures. I had the best mani-pedi ever today. Zoila was incredible. Two hours of being pampered. All I can say is this was the best pedicure I have ever had. The experience lasted just over an hour and was absolutely luxurious. I opted for the mint pedicure. At $35 it was a bargain considering the attention paid to my feet during the massage, exfoliation and paraffin wax application. My daughter had a princess manicure which she really enjoyed. They even painted adorable flowers with a sparkly gem in the center. They do get busy so an appointment is a good idea. Kudos for such a memorable and relaxing experience. My girlfriends and I did a girls' weekend and got pedicures with shellac. They fit us all in and did a great job. We did the basic pedi for $30 and wow it was excellent. I had a pedicure two weeks ago at some crummy salon and was left with dead skin on my feet and cracked polish on my nails. When I came in for my appointment today the gentleman giving me a pedi didn't stop until all the dead skin was removed, updated my toes and then massaged my legs until I was tingling without the pain I initially had earlier that day. As for the manicure Zolla does an amazing job too. From her gentle touch, conversation and passion while taking the time to shape my brittle nails and leaving me with beautiful French tips. I was a little hesitant with a few not-so-good reviews, but the comments gave me a sense that it was with the risk... and it was!!!! My husband and I stopped in for mani/pedi's. Well, I had both, he had just the pedi (he's already man-i enough). We both had the best pedi's we've EVER had. My mani was very nice. Both my big toe and ring finger have nice white hearts on a plum base. The conversation was balanced between let me enjoy what I was experiencing and keeping things entertaining. The music was lively without being overbearing. The color choices were extensive. EVERYBODY was super nice. Wish this shop was near my home - I would be a regular instantaneously!!! read more

This place has gone severely downhill. Find a different nail salon. Don't bother making an appointment. You'll still have to wait 30-45 minutes. Also, cleanliness is very important to me, but definitely not for this place. They don't even pretend to clean the tools. In the middle of my manicure, the nail lady next to me couldn't find her tools and took the guy's working on me and used them on her client without cleaning them. We just finished with a pre booked wedding party appointment for 11 mani/pedis. I came in 2 weeks ago to get my nails done and talk through the booking When we arrived, every technician was busy with a client and they acted like we were an inconvenience. When someone was finally free, they would either take one of us OR a new walk in. We were then told there may not be time to do everyone's manicure because they had gotten busy. Almost 3 hours later, we were finished--- several had chunks of skin missing from a rush job. Everyone's nails are on a spectrum from adequate to very well done but this salon could not have made this appointment more un special if they tried. This nail salon is quite disappointing. The nail technicians are not attentive and do not communicate about how much time you will spend waiting for a technician to provide a service. I was in there for two hours and came out with a subpar job. I had a cuticle that was clipped to the point where my hand was bleeding for hours. I then had to pay for the service. which was ridiculous and I had to go back the next day for them to complete the manicure once the finger was done bleeding. read more

Pedicure is adequate. Manicure is adequate. Forget trying to get a mani pedi either at the same time or even in a series during the same sitting because SERVICE is appalling. They simply can't get it that if they agree to provide a service at 10:00 am, it is expected that they provide the promised service at 10:00 am. This is a recurring theme. It was not upsetting the first, second or maybe even the third time that they defaulted on the agreed upon service. It is, however, now infuriating. It is the last time that I sit there while they disappear for a snack and then actively avoid making eye contact when they return as if you are not in the room and have nothing better to do than to hope they will eventually get back to you, spend 3 out of every 5 minutes answering the telephone (counted 20 today) while you are sitting there with your feet in tepid water, or have an argument in another language about who has to do the "mani" part of your mani-pedi. It will never be clear to me how it can be an imposition upon anyone to expect them to do what they promise to do. How exactly is this me being wrong? Planning ahead by making an appointment? Irrelevant. The size of the tip? Irrelevant. There does appear to be a rather obvious level of agism involved (a cultural issue?). I really can't figure it out. Nevertheless, someone in the facility needs to be in charge so that they can address these complaints. Oh yeah. That person would probably have to speak English for that to work, so... Ugh so sad to give them 2 stars. Sadly, 2 stars is generous. My mom and I called to see if we could get two manicures and asked if they had two appointments available for 2pm. They said yes. We show up at 2pm. We wait....and wait.... And wait. We weren't even acknowledged for over 10 minutes. After 2:10, an employee told us to pick out a color. We mentioned we had appointments for 2pm for two manicures. We didn't get much of a response to that. At 2:25, an employee came by and said she could take one of us. I went to the manicure station. The employee did not even say hello. She spent 5 minutes. A very rushed 5 minutes doing my nails! Barely cleaned up my cuticles. The employee got up and walked away. I was just sitting there. At 2:35, another employee told my mom to have a seat. This employee was still working on another customer's nail. My nails were done. My mom didn't even bother. We left at 2:45. My nails were done subpar. When did they stop doing a small hand massage with lotion? It was a terrible manicure. Ugh. $21 for something I'll need to get re-done in the next couple of days. This was frustrating in so many ways. I understand not being able to get in right at 2pm despite having an appointment. Just acknowledge us or tell us over the phone that you don't have appointments available at 2pm! Clearly we walked in together, which in my mind means we want to sit together to we can chat. The whole experience sucked. I use to come here all the time but this will be my last visit there. I can not recommend this place to get nails done anymore. Customer service has slowly dwindled. Maybe it was an off day, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. It was bad enough that I won't be back. read more

I work nearby and this has been the place to go to get a good pedicure. The employees always make us feel welcome and have been accommodating when we have a change in appt. time/number of us showing up. I've come for a gel manicure four times now and it just keeps getting better and better. I would be cautious about the one star reviews of this place, as I am a repeat customer who has NEVER had a bad experience. One instance I had to wait 5 minutes to start an appointment (which apparently is enough to give a one star review in Park City?) but they always finish quickly and my nails last for at least two weeks. read more

I got a changed set of acrylic gel nails and they came out amazing! I came in with a picture of an ombré of pink to white. I've been getting pedicures on a regular basis at Nail La Belle for quite a few years now. They always do an amazing job! I've had pedicures at high end spas, on cruise ships and at budget salons and none have compared to Nail La Belle. They take appointments ~ in fact there have been many times I've tried to get in without an appointment and they're booked so it's best to make an appointment. They stay very, very busy and there is a reason why. The staff is professional, prompt and friendly. I have never felt rushed. They spend so much time massaging your feet and calves and it is heaven! The chairs are massage chairs so it's bonus because you get a back massage while having a pedicure. I have daughters who live out-of-state and come to visit for the pedicures, I swear! Not to visit me, but because they are wanting a Nail La Belle pedi. LOL! Before discovering Nail La Belle, going for a pedicure was something I "had" to do so my feet would look decent. It felt like another errand or inconvenience. Now I want to go for a pedicure. I look forward to it and truly enjoy the pampering Nail La Belle offers. There have been times I'm not even due for a pedicure but I get one to unwind and relax. Nail La Belle prices are extremely reasonable by Park City standards.
