BEWARE OF DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE!!! I love my wife, and happily pay for her nails to be filled. It has always cost the same $35.00 and she always leaves a $10.00 tip. Been going there for over 2 years, always the same. When she went there on this May 10th there was nothing said,or anything posted indicating a price increase...at all. When she went to pay she was told it was $60.00! Cutthroat tactics cost these imbeciles a long-standing, loyal customer. Sad! read more

Very disappointing, I thought with the new owners it would be a little bit different. My pedicure was Absolutely horrible, I had cold water, and I asked for warm water but lady added some warm water, and took my feet out right away. I had her remove my callus obviously but they were still rough. Lady had to paint my toes twice because the paint was all gross, still ending up doing the same exact thing the second time! Polish is cracking and bumpy... I got these done 2 days ago, very disappointing that customer satisfaction is out the window for them. read more

I will never go here again because every time I go in to get my nails done they would try to sell me products every time I go in. And when I say no continuously they kept on asking me to buy products and get the fall manicure and other projects done. And when I get my manicure done they would charge me $120 every time and you cannot afford that during pandemic of COVID-19 that keeps going on. Just getting my nails done and my foot nails done which cost me almost $200 that is ridiculous price. I have found a different place to go to and it only cost me now $95 of having the same thing done where she was charging me they're about $200 every time I went in. Their service has gone down the drain!!!! The last time I went in there she kept on asking me about my ex roommates and I told her that I cannot discuss that issue because my ex roommate I had to put a protection order on and by law for her to keep asking that is a third-party situation which case she could be charged for seeking information that I feel that she was trying to pass on to my ex roommate!!! And so I am done with taking my service to this company. read more

I love this salon! I have been to many many different places to get my nails and my pedi done and this is one of the best I have ever tried. During the pandemic I took a long break from getting services anywhere but as soon as I came in they got me in a chair right away and they asked after my family! I was so surprised they remembered me and my family specifically after two years of me being absent! I usually get my pedi and a brow wax here and those and all the other services they provide are fabulous. :) read more

despite the half decent reviews here for this salon's quality, what keeps the repeating customers coming is... THE OWNER. He IS VERY FUNNY, and i'm not saying this in the way that most Asian salon employees compliment you (and then talk smack), but he is truly not your typical salon owner. Michael (the owner) is awesome and is there every day. Now, on to the quality of work... eh. It's ok. Though I've never gotten anything besides a natural mani/pedi/Shellac here, I cannot comment on anything else. Prices are kept to a low and this place definitely doesn't try to pull the wool over anyone's eyes for an extra buck. read more

WORSE nail salon I've ever been to. The lady cut me THREE times making me bleed!!! She was using a nail filer and would file my skin!!! I told her I was bleeding and she didn't say Anything and kept an attitude like I was doing something wrong?? Then she told me to go wash my hands and pick what color I wanted. I went to pick a color and I had one in my hand bc I was looking at it & and she came over took that color out of my hand and told me to go wash my hands. Then I went to wash my hands and thought to myself I didn't even want that color she just took it out of my hand and rushed me to go wash my hands. I then told her I don't want that color and she rolled her eyes. I walked over anyways and picked a new color. I have no idea what her name is but she's a older Asian lady with really short hair. This was my second time at nails of the world and the service was so horrible that I will not be attending anymore. The nail technicians were overly rough with filing and shaping my nails, they had attitude's with the customers, and kept speaking in their language talking about people. The space is beautiful, and the tech did a good job on my pedicure. However, the -2 stars is because, number one, he blew on my feet. With his mouth. Ew. Hygiene violation right there, buddy. And only five minutes after he finished painting, he put my flip flops on my feet and motioned for me to go, saying I was ready. They don't have any pedicure drying stations or fans, so it was weird he wanted me to leave, even though it was fairly empty. I guess he thought that blowing on my feet was enough. I left and as I got back to work, the polish smeared on one of the toes, ruining the look. I'm probably generous in giving them three stars, but the place was quite nice and maybe with another nail tech, I might get a decent pedicure. But just in case, does anyone know how to say PLEASE DO NOT BLOW ON MY TOES in Vietnamese? read more

If I could give a negative review, I would. Owners are so unfriendly and rude not to mention liars. Once I called to ask if my girl was available for a fill. They said yes, so I came in. As soon as I walked in, before I uttered a word, they looked at me and said "oh Holly is not here". I said "I just called and you said she was here and available so I drove here...?!" Their response was "oh I didn't know you wanted her." Uhhh then why did you say that she's not here as soon as I walked in? I gave them another chance and it was worse. I came in to get a full set, which according to their price list on the counter, started at $24, which I verified would be $10 more with gel. Once I sat down and they started gluing the tips on, they changed their tune and said that a full set is $39 because I wanted gel. I said "gel is $15 more? You just told me $10?!" They said I was lying and they never told me those prices. I said "it's also on your price sheet!" They said "the price sheet is outdated." That's my fault?! Not only was this awful customer service, my nails looked awful. They were uneven, there was black gel polish smeared on several fingers, dried acrylic on several fingers and just completely embarrassing. When the nail tech went to put the cuticle oil on my fingers, she spilled it all over the floor and my hand. I told her she was spilling it and she replied "it's ok" and kept going, spilling it on my pants. A LOT OF IT. Then she bailed. My nails looked so hideous that I asked the owner to have them fixed. He told me to scrape off the powder myself and the smeared black polish is "fine". I showed him how uneven and bubbled they were and he instructed me to sit back down and my tech would come back to fix them. After 15 minutes of waiting for her to come back out, to no avail, I'm now in tears. I explain to the owner how wrong this is, how he conveniently changed the price once it was too late for me to do anything, then awful service and hideous nails. He loudly mocked me in front of the other customers, implying that I am being cheap and trying to get out of paying and refused to budge. I will NEVER return. I have never been to such a horribly run business. Despicable that they're taking people's money. read more

The nail tech were nice, but after a few days I started noticing how thick the SNS was and then it started rising near my cuticles. Pieces of hair started getting caught in my nails due to the SNS coming up. I couldn't take it and within the same week, I went to a nearby place to have them all redone. I wish I would have gone back for a refund as the new set cost 60$. It took +20 mins to get the tips and old SNS off as they laid it too thick. read more

The first time that I had a pedicure here, the woman smoothed the heels with the "grater" which did a fine job. However, apparently it is no longer allowed by State regulations. The next time that I went in, a chemical was smeared on the bottom of feet. Since communication was nearly nil between me and the Vietnamese man doing the pedicure, I was unaware that he had just applied a harsh chemical for smoothing the heels. I am extremely cautious about what that I put in and on my body. In fact, I even bring my own cream to the salon, never using the cheap creams full of unpronounceable and unhealthy ingredients. He placed my right foot in the water. I moved my foot and the water splashed onto my leg above the ankle. Immediately it began to burn! I grabbed a towel and wiped my leg. That's when I asked and understood that he had applied a chemical to my feet that is so harsh that it eats away the calloused skin on the heel. I told him that the chemical had gotten onto my skin and that it was still burning even though I had wiped it. He repeatedly DENIED my experience. He insisted that it wasn't from the chemical, that I had hurt myself before I came in. I showed him the red mark and told him that it had just happened a moment before. He then told me, as if he were practicing some Ho Chi Minh Thought control, "You hurt yourself this morning in the shower with a razor." OH MY GOSH! I sat there in pain until the pedicure was finished, went home and applied ointment to the area, which took days to heal. Later I called to speak to the owner. He never apologized, nor did he make any offer to ameliorate my bad experience. read more

Okay, Im seriously like not picky when it comes to this, i just want a good paint job and no dry skin left. Seriously, I asked for french tips on my toes and OMG it was so hurendous looking i just asked for all over color, then she painted my toes, yes the SKIN on the side of my toes, looks like my 12 yr old niece could of done better for cheaper. The lady that did my toes did not say a word to me the whole time and it took 15 mins. I thought pedi's toke atleast .5 hrs? I will never go here again! read more

Unfortunately this establishment has decided to pursue dishonest business practices. After frequenting this business over the past 3 years I recently went to have my gel nail polish removed. I have had this done several times at this location and it always cost me $5 (plus tip). Not only was I disappointed in the service received (the base layer of polish remained), I was also told at the register it would cost $10. When I pointed out I was previously told it would be $5, I was told "that's insulting". From arrival to checking out I was in the chair for less than 5 minutes and received awful care and customer service. This establishment has lost my respect and my business. read more
