I've been coming to nails on first for a year or so. You schedule your appointment for a certain time and then end up sitting and waiting 30-40mins after your set appointment. They're not very organized and yes to every appointment and then have you waiting. I waited 40 mins for my nails for them to then come out sloppy. They had bubbles, paint on my skin and weren't even filed correctly. I'm very unhappy and will not be going back. read more

I am absolutely fuming I went to get my nails done with my daughter for my birthday last week, they looked fine but a little lopsided but then a few days after my finger started to swell up in excruciating pain so I went to the doctor and they told me I got an infection! This is what my finger looks like now if I didn't go to the hospital I could have lots a finger! and I am now on antibiotics to fix it I highly don't recommend this place and top of that horrible customer service! Very disappointed and disgusted with this place, when I first pulled up I was like this doesn't look very good but because of my referral I decided to give it a shot... the place is hella dirty and old! Needs a deep clean and I scheduled an appointment with Nina who completely dismissed me and I ended up with someone else who was so timid with the cuticle cutter and ended up cutting me! My nails are not even I had to tell her to cut my nails and make them all the same length and re do most of my nails I was so disgusted half way through I wanted to leave. My toe nails I have way to much polish I'll be surprised if they don't chip by the weekend. Nails on first will for sure be nails on LAST! Get it together people. I have been here several times now and have to say it is reasonably priced, clean and the girls are friendly. Each time I have been I have not made an appointment but got in with little to no wait. They do both manicures and pedicures and offer gel nails. I would certainly recommend to anyone in the area. I am going to add to this review because the last few times that I went here there is one particular girl that works here (I cannot recall her name) that is very loud and acts unprofessional at times. Great place to get your nails done. Clean & quick with nice, talented girls who are always friendly. There is usually not more then a 5 min on walk-ins but use common sense during busy holidays or vacation times and call ahead to make an appointment. Decent pricing and msny color choices. I use to go to Nails On First for 2-3 years. Towards the end I was getting treated not too nicely by the owner. She clowned around and always blamed me for moving when she cut me or got polish smeared. She was loud and obnoxious. Always trying to embarrass me in front of the other customers. I had enough of her and left. So glad I did. I found a great place to go, quiet, no fooling around, and they do good work. Always on time for my appointment, and very accommodating. If i could rate them no stars i would. I had an appointment at 1 o'clock with a women i usually see. When I get there at 12:55 I see the nail tech I asked for working on someone's nails. Nina approaches me and asks if it's okay someone else does my pedicure, i said yes because i was cutting them some slack they're busy. This women starts my pedicure and makes my nails all different shapes and sizes. The big toe is round while the others are square. It looked so out of place i thought it was a joke. I paid $25 for the pedicure and she did not rub my feet or legs whatsoever. I said to her you didn't use cream and my nails are all crooked. She couldn't understand me so she asked her employees for help AND THEY DIDNT WANNA LITSEN TO HER. So while i was saying cream she wiped my legs off with a towel as if I said clean. Nina who asked what my problem was never came over to help the women who couldn't understand me. While i'm getting my toes done the women i asked for finishes and takes another girl making me wait til 2 o'clock to see her. As i was leaving the dirty looks i got from nina and the women who did my toes was so unprofessional. I ended up paying $65 for crooked toes and a pedicure that took 2 mins...when i told the employees my issue they shrugged it off and instead made me out to be the bad guy when i was simply trying to relax. read more

Hate to have to leave a negative review because they do decent work and the girls working are very nice, but after being told the wait would take 10 minutes and waiting 45 minutes to get seated at a nail station and then subsequently waiting 25 minutes for them to soak my polish off (should take 10 tops), I clearly had reason to be upset.
