They always greet you with a smile, make great conversation, and genuinely care about their clients. You never feel rushed and they always make you feel comfortable and welcome. I have ingrown toenails, so pedicures can be painful if they're not done properly. Paula and Leah take such great care of me that my toenails never hurt after an appointment. They are gentle, thorough, and really know what they're doing. Not only are they talented, but they make every visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we were told Leah had overbooked and Billy would be taking us instead. I offered to wait for Leah, but my concerns were disregarded. The entire service felt rushed. Her toenails were poorly shaped, and the Dazzle Dry polish was thick, chunky, uneven, and left on her cuticles. When I asked for it to be cleaned up, I was told "after." For her manicure, she was left sitting in the pedicure chair. It was extremely uncomfortable for her, and the manicure was just as rushed, with poor shaping and uneven polish. We were then hurried to the drying station, where one of her nails was smudged. Rather than redoing it, another employee tried to smooth it out with her fingertip. When I asked if it could simply be redone, I was told, "That will take longer." At checkout, they also refused to honor the 15% senior discount currently advertised on their website and charged me $5 more than the prices listed online. I had hoped to find a salon where I could bring my mom and have her feel genuinely pampered and cared for. Sadly, this was not it. Several of the negative reviews described experiences very similar to ours, and I now wish I had paid closer attention to them. I hope the owner does the same.

The second time the same thing happened her nail polish came off within not even a day of us leaving there. I'm not sure if some of the nail polish is old. I know that nail polish has expiration dates and only lasts up to two years the most depending on the brand and my daughter's hands weren't in water or anything like that so I'm not sure why it came off so quickly. I didn't get the names of the workers, but there was one lady that went above and beyond for her Manicure and put she put little flower decorations on her nails it was cute and my daughter loved the experience but for my money standpoint, I think it's overpriced and I wasn't happy with the outcome. Her solution was to put another top coat over what was peeling and chipping off. I understand that miscommunications can happen, but the reaction was completely unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable. I had gotten my dip powder for awhile from another place, but it's a bit unaffordable now. The other place I was going got to be a bit uncomfortable as well with certain things happening every time I went in. So I found Aidiles while searching for somewhere new, and I'm really happy I did. She took my dip powder off and I could see my nails again! I've had it taken off before, and they had left my nail with a bunch of it still on just without the color, so it was nice to go somewhere where they care enough to actually take the dip powder off correctly. I told her the color I wanted and she quickly showed me the pink, which had a great name that is escaping me. It was just the color I was looking for. She waxed my eyebrows and my underarms. I've always had pain after getting my underarms waxed for at least up to 24 hours after I get it done. I had none after the initial ripping pain lol. The environment is nice, the people are great, and the service is fantastic! It's worth it to go in if you haven't, and it's worth it to return if you have been here before.
