While they did accommodate us on the spot and sat us side-by-side which was nice I have to say of all the pedicures that I regularly get this was possibly the smallest amount of time and attention paid and it was a little embarrassing to not give my associate a good experience. Even before that he was very rough and I had to keep asking him to be gentle.Then when I was under the foot driers I tried to get him to look at me to see if I was finished. He ignored me and walked away with another customer. I complained to the woman who seemed to be the manager and she tried to blame me for leaving too early. I told her I was giving him no tip and would not return to the salon again if he was the worker. The photo shows my right foot two days after the pedicure. I had to bandage my feet and use Bacitracin to make sure they didn't get infected. I will never go back to this nail salon.

And since I had asked to cut my nails that's what the tech did. But I'm always asked HOW SHORT!! She asked me to send pics of the nails but at this point she's making sure I'm at fault so why should I send pics. But I will send the pics to her and post here. She also informed me that if she loses me as a customer it won't hurt her business. After a heated back and forth she did hang up on me.

THEY MADE ME BLEED!!! Turn around and go somewhere else- this place is terrible! The woman, Ciccy, who did by mani pedi was mute the entire time, was extremely rough even when I told her she was being rough. When cutting my cuticles she made me bleed and didn't even apologize! I got out of there as fast as I could. This was my first and last time ever here. I hope this place goes out of business. Their tools are disgusting, service is horrific and my nails chipped a day later. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! read more

She had stopped going there after 5 full years of loyalty because the ladies weren't adjusting to her likes and her nails kept falling off before time. Although she told me that she doesn't really approve I decided to give it a shot since I was desperate and needed to attend a family event. As soon as I enter I wasn't even given a salutation, I had to approach one of the ladies that sit in front. She yelled towards the back of the room to have someone attend me. Seemed like there were about three ladies having lunch while the store only had 2 working females in front. Mind you, there was 2 other clients waiting. Finally, someone came grabbed my hand, saw the work that was needed and called someone else from the back. To make the story short, they accepted me as a client. When I finally sat down and saw that they only worked with a special kind of powder I asked them to remove the nails with acrylic (which I had from another nail salon). They looked at me clueless and began to give me looks as they spoke their language (clearly talking atrociously about me). I then saw how they did my other nails which were crooked! I couldn't proceed not only because they didn't work with acrylic and still accepted my business, but because of their way of adjusting my nails which seemed like it was a beginner's work and because of the looks they were giving me. The women who did my nails (braces , short and Hispanic with darker features) , left a hangnail on my toes and cut me on several finger nails!
