I had a very disappointing experience with one of their employees when I went to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady I worked with put wax on my face that was way too hot and burnt my skin. I came back a little later since I hadn't noticed the scarring right away. Instead of taking any sort of accountability, she walked away, grabbed an ointment for my skin, and told me my skin was not burned bad and that it will be fine. I was a loyal customer to Tina for over two years but over the past several months she now rushes and does a poor job. Furthermore, I have been losing nails even before 2 weeks. This has happened the past 3 times I've been in. I'm disappointed. She doesn't even listen to my request and over charged me despite me correcting her twice on the shape and that it was not what I asked for. To get a gel manicure in 30 mins is being rushed and that's what she does now, rushes and does a poor job. I've used this salon 4 times. Once with a gift card given to me. The service was ok so I figured I'd go back because it was close to home. Really like Jessica and her work was very professional. But each time I went back she was never available. So I had to use someone else. Nothing special just a basic pedicure. While the shop is very clean walking in the shop is very cramped because they have the manicure chairs blocking the walk way to the back of the shop. Back to back manicure chairs with your behind rubbing up on other people while they get their nails done. And most of the time they will not move their seat while people walk all to the back for their pedicures. I walked in only three customers were in the shop. Two getting manicures and one seated in pedicure chairs waiting. I arrived at 5pm on a Thursday and requested a regular pedicure. The manager looks at the clock and repeats "just regular pedicure?" I said "yes regular pedicure." Today Jessica was there. But I was given another nail tech while all three just sat there not even moving. I proceed to the back squeezing through the chairs that are in the walk way. Get in the chair and almost slip because there was water on the floor by the foot basins. I put 1 hour on the parking meter when I arrived. I was charged an extra $5 to remove gel polish. A practice I see most of these salons pulling. I do not allow my cuticles to be cut, just pushed back. my nails were filed, oil on my nails and basic foot wash and polished (had my own polish) The entire pedicure was 21 mins! the drying time for my polish to dry took longer than the actual pedicure. The manicurist tried to give me a back rub. PASS on that. I looked at my heels only to see the same dry heels I walked in with , smh. Wasn't the worst but sure wasn't the best. $30 for my feet to be washed and polished, I could have done that at home for free. Three other customers walked in and two had appointments. So now everyone was up and rushing around... Left annoyed feeling like I had just wasted my money. And my parking meter still had time on it when I walked out. read more

Just Horrible customer service and okay to mediocre nail service The main lady at the front is so disrespectful and nasty. I would never go there again. Overall energy she gives off is uncomfortable. I've seen her raise her voice at the workers and shockingly also the customers. She also talked nasty about customers not knowing the customer understood her language. I love the spa pedicures because they take the time to remove all the ick, and my legs always come out feeling extra moisturized. Plus, they come with a free manicure! I have been a client for 8 years, used to love going there and the treatment. they also had great technicians. But then they started to leave and i had to find someone else just as good. while trying a new girl she ruined my nails with gel mani and it took months for my nails to look normal again. she filed them down so much. I still went there, after the pandemic, they opened a second location and started charging more. Do not waste your time here. I walked in on a Saturday at 5:40 (they close at 7) I asked for a GEL mani and pedi. The girl doing my nails said "do spa pedi and get free regular mani, much better". After consideration I decided to do it, she walked away to get some products and returned 20 MINUTES LATER! The pedi gets done and we move onto my nails. Now as the time begins to get closer, the rest of the staff decides to start cleaning. My lady asked if I could pay "because nails wet and no mess up in your pocket". I paid with my card with no tip because I always leave it in cash. SHE ASKED ME IF I HAVE CASH! I politely said yes and took out a 20, THEN SHE ASKED WHAT CHANGE I NEEDED!!! At this point you can only imagine my irritation. Now I'm drying my nails and its 6:50, the same lady walks over wraps my toes. I asked if my nails were dry she said "yes toes not hand". My favorite nail salon in the area. They definitely get busy but if you make an appointment they make sure you are a priority. If you call the day of to make an appointment they will always be honest and say if they have time or not, and if they don't they will ask you to make it for another day. I find this to be great customer service because it ensures they are not cramming their schedules and as a result rushing through pedicures, manicures, etc. The one time I did have to wait after having an appointment they were very apologetic and offered me a beverage. Bad Customer Service. I went here to get a pedicure and arrived at 6:10pm during the week. I was asked to pick a nail color and waited 15 minutes and then after another customer arrived 10 minutes after me and asking if possible to have her entire face waxed, I was told (by the owner) that I would unfortunately need to wait longer and then she quickly changed her mind and suggested that I come back tomorrow Instead. What type of business is she running when you operate based on services requested?! I went in to have a pedicure done for my vacation. I was so offended and shocked by this lack of customer service. I have never been made to wait to then blatantly be asked to come back because another person wants service. Why didn't she tell the other customer that she needed to wait or if she can come back the next day?! I have been to this nail salon on three occasions and will never ever return! If you want to feel like a second class customer go here otherwise stay far away. The staff in this salon were so friendly however I'm giving a rating of 2 stars because of the service. I went in for a gel nail removal. Pretty simple, right? Well I only recently started getting gel nails and for the first time at this salon, they were manually removed with a harsh power tool instead of soaking them in acetone. The woman used a dremel to take off the gel without doing any soaking or anything! It sure removed the nail polish very well but also took off so much of my natural nail. Afterwards, my nails were sensitive for 2 1/2 weeks! They hurt very badly and were constantly breaking. It has been over a month and my nails are taking so long to recover. I will never let anyone use that tool on my nails ever again. This was definitely a lesson learned but as a professional nail technician, I expect them to know better. I am beyond confused as to why she would do that to anyone. You were so nice but maybe too lazy to remove the gels in a proper way. I will never return. read more

I always book an appointment in advance and it is honored (sometimes with a small delay usually due to a previous customers late arrival). After many visits, this nail salon has become my favorite spot in the area for several reasons. First of all, the pricing is very reasonable and they do a good job of honoring appointments made (not all salons do this). Even if you come as a walk-in, they are very accommodating. The owners are extremely kind and hospitable, I always feel welcomed there. Whether they are hanging up my coat for me or offering me a cup of water. It goes to show because a majority of the clients are regulars and have been for years. What really pushed me to write this review was my most recent visit yesterday. I had a 2pm appointment for a manicure & pedicure and at the last minute, my father wanted to join and they were able to take him right away. The service was top notch and what put the icing on the cake was how sweet they were to my dad. My dad had a small cut on his leg and they immediately started to treat it with neosporin (something they did not have to do) and once we noticed that the parking meter was running out of time, the technicians ran to the rescue and added quarters so that we wouldn't get a ticket. Their business has been very busy and no time for walk in. However, I always get prompt and very good service when I walk for my appointment. The owner and staff are friendly and professional. I booked my appointment for 6:30pm. I asked for fill in with a simple daisy design on two nails and 3 small swivel lines on two nails. The design was rushed and it showed coming out sloppy. I told the nail tech I did not like the design particularly the flower part she attempted it again and it still did not come out nice. Instead of completely removing the design she filled the flower off leaving little holes in the base coat. I told her and she removed it expressing frustration which in turn frustrated me and then to endure another frustrated attempt for a small design I just asked for clear top which wasn't completely removed because on the sides of my nail I still had the old polish. I have gone to this nail tech prior and I didn't expect this poor service. I am not sure was it because I was the last client or she was rushing to leave. Jenny does the best acrylic nails! they last 3-4 weeks without lifting or cracking. BUT!! this isnt the cleanest salon so make sure you see them sterilize everything before they work on you. I saw a woman get parafin on her feet (wrapped in plastic wrap) when the parafin was ready to come off, the OWNER picked up the used product and put it back in the melting pot.... Another customer told me that they got a bikini wax and watched them use the same wooden stick over and over again (on her) so the stick touched her bikini area and they double dipped the stick..then did her eye brows with same stick.so if she had any diseases its now floating in the pot that is also used on others people! GROSS! you're supposed to use multiple sticks even on the same eye brow so u dont infect anyone else with your germs/bacteria.....my old salon uses 3 sticks on my one brow (top, eye lid and center) read more
