I had went there because Im a very bad nail bitter and the only way for them to grow or for me is to stop is to get them done. I asked for a square French tip acrylic with the heart on one side and my boyfriend's initial on the other. I gave her a picture that I saw on Pinterest, the letter is crooked. The heart is messed up. It's very clumpy. The acrylic isn't apply on correctly. They're uneven they're lifted. Some of them were crooked in the French tip is awful. Looks nothing like the picture. Oh and keep in mind. I never asked for the glitter around the lettering. She just did it herself. Did not take her time at all. Paid 68 bucks. I'll show you what I wanted and what I got. Going back tomorrow to get my moneys worth. read more

I came in today for a gel manicure no acrylic's just my natural nails I showed the guys the picture and he said yes we can do that then he proceeded to put on ear buds and did the completely wrong color they were going to be pastels it was neon yellows and pinks. overall the experience was not great I have gotten my nails done her before and they were fine I don't know what went on but it was not ok. we went up to a worker and she said its because of your cuticles. then we had to pay full price for our nails. read more

table ten is excellent!!! she's my go to every two weeks. excellent at what she does and my nails hold up through a lot of farm work. however...all of the male workers need more training. I've been visiting this salon for almost 4 years. every male worker I have encountered seems to lack training. maybe they just don't know what it's like to have their nails done. they injure me, they cut into me with the tools, they don't listen to basic requests and my nails never last more than a couple days. after spending almost two hours in a pedicure chair to get my toes done today I decided I will just be sticking to the one person I trust for my hands only. I highly recommend table ten, or any of the other lovely ladies that work there. the men need more training. read more

i have never in my life had someone mess up a basic french tip/ acrylic. they are lumpy and uneven. he painted the base pink which i didnt ask for or want done. instead of using white tips, he used clear and then painted them white. they are very thin and im sure they wont last long. i paid $53 and i hate them. they look horrible. my husband wanted to go back in and complain as soon as he saw them. ill never go to this place again read more

Aggressive. Will future forward refer to this place as Nails No Go...... Went in for pedicure. $35 pedicure. Basic pedicure is what I can afford plus a tip. Pedicure begins. Nail tech beside me states I need the $50 pedicure. I say no thank you. Tells me two more times to get the deluxe. I refuse. Man doing my feet is somehow equally rude without saying a word while clipping my nails and twisting my foot aggressively. I am uncomfortable... I have to let him finish as I have a friend and two littles with me for a girls day and do not wish to make a scene. I refuse massage as I am uncomfortable with man touching me. Ask me to do gel 920 times. I continuously refuse. Relief is felt when bare minimum pedicure is finally over, thinking at least my toes are done... ughhh. Bad polish job... poor attitude by employees... 0 / 10 would NOT recommend. Do better. Be kind. Improve skills. Adjust attitude. read more

I understand the design was complicated so i'm not super upset but some things like the color or making the orange on the middle finger an actual circle feels like it should have been pretty basic. just my two cents. read more

I would advise going to a different salon. This is a nice salon but 80% of their employees do a terrible job. It's a great trip if you go and you get a nail technician who knows what they're doing and is good at it. But 9/10 you leave with terrible nails that were rushed through. It'd be a great place if they would train their technicians though! So much potential. My nails are uneven, lumpy, and were supposed to be coffin shaped but they're a mix of lumpy square and oval. My technician didn't even put clear coat topping over my whole nail so I have exposed polish on some nails. There's also debris or something in my gel that looks crusty. read more

I've had my nails done here a few different times. Today I got a pedicure, and despite it being two hours since my toe nails were painted, they were still wet and smeared. Last time when I got a manicure they cut my nails even though I specifically asked them not to. I thought I'd give them another chance today, and now I'm regretting it. Worst service I have ever received. I paid 30$ for a regular manicure that took the girl literally 5 minutes. Instead of putting a clear top coat she put 2 coats of matte clear polish, even after I let her know she was using matte. I had to ask her a 2nd time to put clear and she slapped it over two matte coats in 30 secs. Not only did she not push back the cuticle but my nails look worse now than when I walked in... please do not waste your time or money on this place. HORRIBLE read more

Went in & was rushed the whole time. the lady doing my fill literally left half my old nails on making them have a huge bump in the middle. Also, after my timer was done on my nails they still got all messed up & when I went back in to have her fix it she painted over the mistake leaving it sloppy & bumpy. would not recommend. read more

I am in the Ashland area for work & was told to go here for mani/pedis. Thankfully it was a wonderful experience!! Some I have been to could clearly take a lesson! They put liners in the bowls-huge plus for health safety, it was clean & everyone in encountered that worked there was friendly. I got right in, they have a huge selection of OPI nail polish, a menu of services, and flat out did a great job!! I will definitely be back! My gel manicure & spa pedicure is beautifully done & I have already gotten compliments today! The girls seemed shocked that I tipped them-here's a tip to people that go in for service-if you have a good job done TIP THEM!! Some people in this area could learn what manners are that's for sure! Came in and showed a picture of what basic color I wanted. I just wanted solid, pastel blue SNS. The man said he "had no idea what I was talking about." So I asked him if the colors on the swatches were see-through. They all were. So then he suggested I get gel. I told him my nails are too brittle to get gel. So he suggested I do SNS with gel on top. I've had that done before at other salons included in the SNS price so I agreed to it. He never mentioned an up charge. Then he finally began doing my nails. He did the SNS base, which I get everywhere. Then he started doing gel polish. I immediately questioned him because I specifically said I wanted SNS. He said it is. The SNS was next to me the entire time so I assumed he was doing it in a different order than what I was used to. Turns out I was only getting gel. I said I wanted dip again. He continued with gel polish only. I asked if what I was getting would last as long as dip and he said no. Then it was time to pay. He tried to charge me $50 when I got gel polish. I asked why was there an up charge. He said because he did the SNS base plus gel it was more. I wanted SNS to begin with so I was unsure why I was being charged more for nails that would last half the time. If there is a charge more than what I signed up for, I absolutely should be made aware of that. Horrible business. Absolutely will not be going back. read more

They use the same acetone over and over. This is clearly unsanitary! Think of all the dead skin cells floating around in there. I can't imagine what kind of germs are in there. Acetone is cheap, why are they doing this? I've seen them do it many times. I love the way my nails look when I go there, but it just isn't worth the health risk to me. read more

They ground my cuticles to smithereens. The technician also spent the entire time he was doing my nails complaining about other customers he had worked on, and then explaining rap rivalries. Possibly the least relaxing "manicure" I have ever had in my life. I did learn a lot about Lil Wayne and Birdman, however. Like, A LOT. read more

I generally go to another salon, but decided to try this one because it's close to where I live. The tech filed them very, very short. They were extremely thick and extremely lumpy. I had a broken nail, and although I said that it needed to be fixed, the tech just filed it even with my finger and painted it. It was broken when I got there and broken when I left. It looked like there are big gobs acrylic on my fingers. It looked so bad that I took my nails off completely when I got home. It's the absolute worst work I've ever seen. read more

I am a regular here at Nails Pro,and i highly recommend you trying them out. They have the most reasonably priced manicure and pedicures! They are always sanitary and very nice. I would recommend going here than anywhere else! I come here to get my nails and toes done every month and i just love them. They are always so nice to me. I have never had a nail break and I have always loved their work! I always get Gel Polish over my acrylic nails and the price runs $35-40 for acrylic plus the gel. Regular polish over acrylic is usually about $25. Same for the basic pedi!!! read more

PLEASE LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE!!! I went to nails pro today with my sister in law and my 6 month old son, Ryder sat in my lap the entire visit, and was well behaved. My sister in law has been going to this nail tech for two years, when we get in the vehicle, my sister in law tells me that the tech told her, "they are over there talking about your friend, they are trying to rush her out of here because she has a kid with her, they just said Hurry up it doesn't matter how it looks, and now they are talking about the baby, when they just touched her car seat and sat it aside that's what they always do to hurry people out of here". Of course I didn't think anything of the woman touching my car seat when it happened, and I had no idea what the employees were saying since they were speaking in a foreign language, and my sister in laws nail tech did not go into specifics on what they said about Ryder and to be honest I'm glad I don't know the specifics because I don't know how I would have handled it then. But I did go back in the salon and inform them that I would be contacting the better business bureau (which I have) and I knew exactly what they had said about me and my son.
