She didn't remake the appointment for the next day or the day after... once she saw that her son had no issues... I never got the appointment.... she actually told me she was going to make it up to me and never did. So there's that, I drove for two hours. Then I realized that her work didn't last very long $100 set, gel overlay on natural nails, with one nail being fixed and a French design. I was late for my original nail appointment so I tipped 20. My nails didn't even last a full week before they started cracking at the sides because there was no Apex and they were too flat. When you do anything with your hands... with nails with no apex.... It causes them to bend at the sides where the apex should be. Now two weeks in 50% of the nails have needed to be fixed. I initially had to beg her... and call her restricted.... not to do me dirty and to actually fix my nails because when I angrily but respectfully brought my complaints to her, she decided that she wanted to block me, instead of fixing the problem, she has a no refund policy even if her work does not last.she did fix three nails, and the next day two more proceeded to bend. She does a pretty, clean nail. But if I can't get a month out of em..... I'm not $240 a month on nails rich. Pretty doesn't matter if they don't last. I am writing this review in hopes that she will actually redo my nails.. give them the proper apex... I'd be glad to update the review at that point. This isn't a problem I've had often.

A manicure provides care towards your cuticles and hands, and I received no such treatment. It was the main reason I came in, my cuticles really needed TLC or else I would've done a better job painting my nails myself. Besides that, I felt like I was nitpicking... until my boyfriend (who knows nothing about nails) noticed the imperfections I was trying to justify. From afar, they look nice but my nails are thick, sloppily painted, over-glued, and uneven. Thankfully, I have a nail kit to fix this. Second of all, the price. I'm shocked at how much my total was, their prices state lower than what they actually charge. I could've saved my $170 and did it all myself. The person who helped me kept telling me to be careful not to break it and that this is very long, which this is shorter than what I usually do. She also said she had been working here the longest and to trust her, but towards the end says that she's only been working here for a year. Don't get me wrong, she's great for a pedicure but I won't let her near my hands. I'll probably only return to get this acrylic powder off, no "manicure".

This man cut my toenails down so low you could see the nailbed. Not only were my toenails too low but they were cut crooked.
