English, Spanish or Vietnamese-speaking staff is available. My nail technician was Julie. She was a nice lady & I think she did a good job. She did a gel fill with nail design. I told her I'm going to a music festival so I wanted to do something bold, bright & playful for my mani. She offered to serve me complimentary wine (I think it is? Not sure), but I was already drinking water & am currently limiting my alcohol intake. She provided good customer service & had nice manners. She double-checked that my design stayed put, & I enjoyed my appointment. These nails were about $70 before tax & tip. Your design can change the price of your nails to increase or decrease depending on what you decide. To get an idea, you can always ask the technician before doing the design or the front desk. I typically tip 20% to 25% for my service but you can always tip more! Edit: the rose fell off after one day :( service was still good, just bummed that one of the 3d rose didn't last :((

The entire time, she had to use her real nail to scrape off the excess laquer from my skin and she went on about how my nails were not smooth and that painting past the cuticles is better. -_- that's what buffing is for right(?)and my nail is actually the thickest it's been since spring so it was open for buffing. When I checked out and showed the promo code, the gal at the register sent it to her boss and called her boss just to tell me they took over the business and that it wasn't valid. Disappointed with the results and service today. Will not be coming back again. 3/5 stars as she did a decent job on the toes and was able to clean it well as it was with regular polish. Her attention to detail is truly unmatched, and her consistency, patience, and dedication are always on point. I come in every month and genuinely feel like I'm at home. Hazel, her mom, and her sister are all amazing owners who create such a warm, welcoming environment. About a year ago, Hazel introduced me to Nary for manicures, and WOW -- she is next level. Nary absolutely slays the manicure game. Her meticulousness, technique, and efficiency are unreal. Sitting in her chair feels like part therapy session, part best-friend hangout. I usually come durring the week or weekend, just after they open, when there are fewer people. The only service I recieve are pedicures, and I am very happy with the quality they provide. Every time I try a new place, I keep running back to Signature Nails. I typically get their basic package for $25 that offers a foot massage, exfoliation and hot towel, in addition to the nail service. Sometimes I upgrade to the deluxe package for $35 and get the hot wax with a complimentary (not really, you clearly pay for it in the upgrade) wine or champagne (and beer). Though I have never had my hair done here, I have watched a lot of people, all races, ages, and sexes get cuts and styling. I have never seen a bad cut or unhappy customer. Their prices are super inexpensive too. I have been tempted to try them out, but I can't bring myself to cheat on my beautician.

Lori did my wife's massage and pedicure. Niki did my massage, which was great. Steve took over and did my manicure and pedicure. I couldn't be more unhappy. I originally requested square nails, but toward the end of the service, I was told he could not achieve the look I desired and that I would have to go for a more round look. He rounded me out and all of the nails look different. During my pedicure, I came in with an acrylic toe and asked him to remove it. He said it was fine, and just painted over it. The entire process of him doing my nails and toes was completely rushed and sloppy. The front desk refunded my nail service. But I wasted 2 hours getting my nails done and left unhappy, because I had plans I needed to make it to. He told me he normally doesn't do acrylic, but fills in when needed. They should not have him providing this service. These are the worst nails I've ever had done in a professional setting. The overall ambiance is nice and the staff were all very kind and accommodating, but I will not be returning.
