I was planning on going first but Debbie grabbed my friend while I was filling out the paperwork. Since I was the one who convinced her to go I was so relieved when she walked out happy. When it was my turn Debbie really took the time to do a great job. The wax was comfortably warm, no pain, and stray hairs begone. Debbie has a gentle touch. Fun facts about Debbie. She is new to Florida by way of Arkansas, she has a decade of experience, and she has eight kids, the oldest who is 28 and the youngest who is 12. You would never believe it by looking at her. I recently visited the Wilton Manors location and received an extraordinary, rejuvenating massage from Ugo. In a very stressful world, he offered me an hour of true peace. As a Transgender woman, I often move through public spaces with a sense of guardedness. However, Ugo's presence was a beacon of safety and respect. He was attentive and kind, reminding me that authentic human warmth still exists. While most of the staff were lovely, I did feel a very uncomfortable and rude energy from one staff member (I think he is a Brazilian guy and his name is Julio). He was very disrespectful to me. It was a stark contrast to the rest of my experience.
