This is very great nail salon! Staying across the street from this shop for a few days visiting from NYC and decided to get a fill in since I missed my appointment back home before my flight. I came in at 6;15 (they close at 7) so I was so happy that the owner (first chair) took care of me. I was expecting a rushed job since they were due to close in a few minutes but she thoroughly took her time and did a great job and still finished by 7. The prices are great! This salon is a good as any, and incredibly well situated near the beaches between Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea. They were prompt, in compliance with Covid policies, respectful of our limited time, clean, cheerful and detail oriented. They have good massage chairs, a nice selection of nail polish colors, and were reasonably priced. I will come back next time I'm here to visit my parents. read more

One of the most thorough and conscientious pedicures I've ever had at this price point and even higher. I mean specifically, the buffing off of calluses, the inspection of job before being sent to dry (she didn't hesitate a moment to completely redo a nail), nice massage and hot towel treatment. I'm in town for a short time and wish I could come back monthly! Lots of other patrons, most were elderly snowbirds were in for their final treatment before heading back north. Clearly they come often each season and year to year. Only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that it is just a nail place with no spa atmosphere. read more

Goopy no-chip manicure and pedicure. These are two of the six nails both on my hands and feet that are either chipped or running gel polish. And the nail technician watched that the nail polish was running down the sides and brought another heater to seal it up and said it would fix itself. I was on vacation but what I got was basically a $54 donation to a terrible nail salon. read more

Staying with friends and needed a new pedicure. Stopped in here as it is nearby and the pedicure was quick and well done and only $23. I just moved from NYC and it was nice that they did the metal razor thing as part of the service and not an add on. The place is clean and staff was friendly. Satisfied! read more

Been getting my pedicures there for years 'cause Jenny does a great job! She's the only one who has consistently taken care that I don't get in-grown toenails (used to have them all the time before I found her). Yes- she answers the phone to make appointments while working on my feet- I don't care...I'm not there for the social experience, I'm there for good service. I called this morning to see if I could get one nail fixed and they said they weren't busy! I walked in and the lady screamed at me saying come back after 5! I called to make an appointment after 5 for the one nail and she yelled again and said I cannot make an appointment... And then hung up on me! Are you kidding me?!? Worst customer service ever. Wife went in there for a pedicure. Wait was over an hour at 2:30. Lady said wait will be 15 min. girl who was doing the pedicure was very rushed then passed my wife to someone else. Did not spend enough time scrubbing the feet when she got home her feet still showed areas that were missed. She had french done and they didn't dry the nails got messed up before she even got home. Went back about an hour later to have them rescrub her feet and redo the french. Told the girl at the front what happened and she said you don't have to come in here yelling we will fix the job. I was not yelling at all didn't even raise my voice was just explaining why we were back.They never rescubed her feet just fixed the french sorrry to say will never go there again. I never leave reviews on yelp, but after this experience I feel that is useful for me to write this so other people can be informed of how unprofessional some of the people are in this workplace. I was visiting family members and this was the only nail salon within walking distance, so I go and the door says walk ins welcome. But when I got there I saw three employees not working and I was sent away and told to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back I was seated this lady who sits right by the front desk. she's she was kind but she did a very poor job with filling my acrylics and replacing two nails that have fallen off. On the 2 nails that she replaced, they fell off within three days. And after two weeks after the fill, the nails were lifting at the base. And to make the matters worse, the nail that she replaced on my pointer finger was completely crooked and tilted to the right. Although she fixed it for me it's still fell off within a few days. I will not be returning to this salon ever again. read more
