I have never written a Yelp review before, but this experience was so unbelievably bad that I felt I had to warn others. I came in a few days ago for an acrylic set and a simple gel pedicure. I picked out what I believed was a pink sparkly gel polish for my toes. No one told me it was actually just a clear glitter top coat, so when my pedicure was finished, my toes looked like they had little to no polish on them. When I asked if there was any way to switch to an actual color, I was told no. Instead, they just added a sheer pink-tinted top coat, which still looked completely clear. To make matters worse, I was in the salon for FOUR HOURS for an acrylic set and a basic pedicure, despite there only being one other customer there. I was passed around between four different nail technicians, and the entire experience felt disorganized. Throughout it all, I remained kind and respectful. I complimented the pedicure, said I loved my nails, and never complained in person. Meanwhile, my cuticles were cut so aggressively that several fingers were bleeding. When I got home and took a shower, the polish on my right foot literally washed off, and the gel completely peeled off one toe on my left foot. The service wasn't even completed properly. I called the salon and explained what happened. I asked if I could simply come back and have a white gel polish put on my toes since the original polish had failed. The man on the phone agreed and told me to come in. After driving back to the salon and waiting another 30 minutes, I finally sat down, only to be told that he would not be changing the color after all and that I would have to pay. I politely explained that if he wasn't willing to do it, that was his choice, but he shouldn't have told me yes over the phone, made me drive back, and then changed his mind after I had already waited. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he began shouting at me and even announced that he was recording me. I've honestly never experienced customer service like this. Between the four-hour appointment, bleeding cuticles, polish falling off immediately, poor communication, and being yelled at for simply asking them to honor what they had already agreed to, this was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. If you value quality work, honest communication, and respectful customer service, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. read more

When i first walked in they were friendly and welcoming, when i sat down he kept trying to get me to get gel polish but it was $20 extra so i decided to not get it but throughout my pedicure he kept making comments about the gel polish but i already said i didn't want it. He worked very fast and even cut my cuticle so bad it took him awhile to get it to stop bleeding. About 6 hours later when i changed into my pjs all of my left toes were messed up he did not let the polish dry before putting the top coat on. Been here about 10x and I'm surprised they don't know my name or how I like my nails yet. I'm not a very chatty person either. If I like my nails a certain way. You should not get frustrated with me. I am paying for a service. And tipping EXTREMELY well at that. Acrylic was too pink, which I mentioned on the second nail. But apparently- it's too late. Pedicure was nice but the hot stones massage could've been a little longer. Also my water was cold and I had to ask to turn up the heat twice. I'm pretty finicky with my finger nails because I'm brand new to powder dipping. Definitely hurt when she was filing down the powder and the rolling file grazed my skin twice. My edges aren't as clean as I'd like especially considering how much they cost. I suspect she didn't go as close to my cuticle after I jumped from both 'burns'. They didn't cut back/treat my cuticles which is different compared to my place in AZ. Overall the shape is nice and the color works well. Would return if I was strapped for an appointment but not vying to come back. $40green tea pedicure $35 powder nails with no extensions +$35 for I'm guessing the French ombre dip, one flower and 10 gems between my hands. read more

I'm sorry to say, I'm not a fan. I've just moved here, we made appointments for many/pedi and don't let the fancy space trick you. The nail spas in NYC have seriously spoiled me, but this place at first looked decent. Then, their nail polish is old, generic brands and maybe a few opi options. This was my first turn off. Struggling to find colors, then we waited over 30-45 mins in chairs in the back for a mani/pedi and the same person did all 3 of us in order vs. simultaneously, which took forever and then, the manicure was awful. I left with polish all over my nails like a child and she nicked my cuticles, so I bled?!? My pedicure was a joke... my feet weren't really soaking long (while we sat there for 30+ mins) and the foot massage was a joke. Why spend so much money on a mani/pedi I could have my teenage niece do and she'd do a better job?! Honestly, I'll never return. For the ridiculous prices and their crazy 3-4 page menu, I'd expect name brand decent nail polish brands and options, in addition better service. Never again. Avoid like a plague. Not crowded at the time, she still brings a 'menu' to try and upsell. Again I request a basic manicure/pedicure. As she starts she says a basic buff of the nails is 10.00 more. When did that ever become extra??? Sounded more like a way of making up for not upselling me. I am writing to you today to complain about the service I received on May 11, 2021 at around 12:30pm at the Grapevine TX location. I have been coming to this location for over 7 years and today was the WORST service I have ever received. I am a male and the lady assigned to me did not look thrilled to have to do my feet. I don't know her name, but she wore thick glasses as she clipped my toenails. I always get the tropical upgraded pedicure and this session last anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. I am accustomed to getting a great foot massage and calf massage along with my toenails being cut. This lady started and was through my pedicure in less than 22 minutes. Case in point there was a gentleman that came in right when I did and asked for a regular pedicure. We were both in and out at the same time. I pay a premium for a tropical pedicure. This lady was obviously rushing through it and rubbed the surface of my skin with the hot stones only to the point it was annoying. Not once did she massage the balls of my feet or the pressure points on my feet or calves with her hands or fingers. Pitiful service. She needs to be fired. The service was GREAT at one time, but it is going down hill fast. They are not the only game in town, and I recommend looking elsewhere. I was highly disappointed in the service I received and therefore, I left a $ 1.00 tip. My normal tip is about 30% for a job well done. Please train your employees to do the right job based on the service the customer orders. read more

I don't recommend this nail salon at all. If you show them a picture of what you want they tell you they can do it instead of being honest and simply tell you they can't. If the design is too complicated they should tell their customers they can't do it and suggest something easier for them. Spent a little over TWO HOURS at this salon to get my nails done and the results weren't good. They guy had to do my nails 2 times, the nails were uneven, lumpy, dip was spilling over cuticles and I got cut multiple times with the drill. I was very unhappy with the results, all they said was they can start over but that would be the third attempt and probably another 1-2 hours there. I called later and talked to the owner, he said he would refund me my money. I called the next day for an update on the refund and they owner said he was not going to do a refund, he said I could come in and they would do my nails again. I explained him I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else because I didn't want to spend another 2 hours and keep getting cut with the drill they were using. A little over 2 hours, bad results, owner didn't seem to care at all, no refund. Don't waste your time and money, just go somewhere else to get your nails done. The staff is super nice, they accommodated pedicures for the 6 of us and they have a huge selection of choices for pedicures and are reasonably priced. It's a small comfy little salon and they are very personable. There is no rush on getting you in and out. In fact, several people called and walked in and they told them they were a bit busy but they'd be able to take them in 30-45 minutes. We never felt rushed and our pedicures were also not rushed. Victoria is doing my pedicure and this massage is incredible. She has taken her time and is amazing. We learned they are a family owned and operated salon which is why they are so hospitable.
