I've been coming here off and on for years and I always come back when I need a really good pedi and manicure. When I actually get the time to get a mani and pedi I don't want to be rushed, unless I need to hurry. I like the fact that they take the time to do a good job and give me the time to relax. The pedicures have turned out to be awesome. My feet feel and look great when they're done and the polish stays on forever. They have a ton of colors to choose from. I usually get the gel/shellac mani. I am super tough on my hands so if a professional gel lasts me more then a week, it's awesome. I know most people can keep it on for two weeks but most salons I'm lucky if it stays on a week. At this salon I've been able to have great looking nails for 10 days to 2 weeks. That's awesome!!! I've been coming here for my pedicures(never had a mani here) for a few months now, and they are always consistent! And they also give a back massage while your toes are drying! My pedicures always last for weeks with ni chipping. Very clean inside, and the staff are always very friendly. Be sure to get the punch card if you're a first timer, you get a discount after so many services have been given. My personal opinion ask for Young or Linda for a pedi. read more

Mimi was amazing. I made an appointment for 5:30 for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure took 30 minutes and was done extremely well - complete with thorough massage. I brought a picture in for the manicure with a very difficult polish design and she stayed an hour past closing to make sure it was done flawlessly. I will never go to another nail salon again! These ladies are purely professional and take great pride in their work. P.S. They give 5 minutes neck and shoulder massages when your nails are done :) read more

I am sitting in my car giving this review, so I do not forget. I just got a normal, regular pedicure, and it was amazing. After declining the upgrade, I was a little worried the pedicure would not be good. But I was very wrong. Jenny was amazing. She gave an amazing foot/leg massage that was about 5 mins per leg. After that, she took out the hot stones and proceeded to give another 3 mins each foot/leg with the stones. I will be back. Loved it. read more

Not happy at all, came in for a Mani/Pedi in the middle of my Pedi the owner tries to do my manicure I asked to not do it while trying to enjoy my Pedi which was just so so as the chair is so incredibly uncomfortable she then states then I can't do your Mani as we have other customers coming in!! Wow, why did you not tell me that when I walked in I would have gone elsewhere as I really don't like getting both at the same time. She then left and had another young woman take over the Pedi who was lovely and kept apologizing. I even had to call another salon to get my manicure done, it seems silly but if I'm spending over 60.00 I want to relax and enjoy my Mani/Pedi, I come here once a month and it has definitely gone down hill with the poor customer service and awful chairs. So frustrated will not be coming back here again. I just moved to the area and stopped in for a pedi and gel manicure. They got me right in. They did a wonderful job and gave long, good massages! They even massage your shoulders when your nails are done. My only complaint is that they handed me a sheet of paper and asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. I didn't realize until the end that they do offer just a regular pedicure but it isn't listed, since I didn't know I picked one that was $15 more. read more

I received the tangerine pedicure ($45) which was relaxing-- it included a hot stone massage, shoulder massage, and a thorough moisturizing of my legs and feet. Just left this facility and had a great experience. My eye brows look awesome and the wax was reasonable priced. The technician even did a little temporal massage after waxing. I got the cucumber pedicure which was a bit pricy but worth every penny. I went at about noon on a Monday and I was the only customer. Only draw back is they would prefer a cash tip vs signing tip when you pay. I'm sure it's easier to disperse between technicians but super inconvenient for customers, considering I never carry cash. read more

Very disappointed in my gel manicure. I have been going there for a few months and this last time changed my mind about this place. First, we had an appointment at noon- didn't finish until 3:30 p.m. After my pedicure, I was made to wait while the tech did another manicure. Second, I went on a Sunday and today is Wednesday and I already need another manicure. She did not cut my cuticles at all and I am not sure why they don't paint the nail all the way back to the cuticle. My nails look horrible- I have decided that I will find another salon where I get what I pay for. Very disorganized when they are busy. read more

Sketch nails.. more like SKETCHY nails.came to visit my friend in Colorado and we wanted to get our nails done. We usually get long stiletto nails and they turn out fine. It was our first time here and we saw the good ratings and went. We each showed a picture of exactly what we wanted. They made fun of us for the style we wanted and proceeded to being very rough. They messed up our cuticles made our nails crooked didn't even ask what length we wanted did bad painting and instead of stiletto we got almond which if u know what shapes they are, are VERY diff. Even after showing them exactly what we wanted they didn't do it right. They even made fun of how what we wanted was "too long". Their way of making us pay was odd and confusing and they completely Took your vantage because of our age. I told them I didn't want to pay 50$ for something I wasn't satisfied with. I asked them to repaint them and I was met with resistance and told "you'll have to wait 30 minutes" and the she turned to talk to the other techs in another language and they all glared at me... I have been coming here for years for mani-pedis. Great family owned business that's clean and relaxing. They even have these high tech air purifiers so there is no nasty nail salon chemical smells. Very high end pedi with hot stones and towels at a reasonable price. I have been coming here on and off for pedicures and manicures for four years. Hands down, they are the best in the area, and here is why. 1. Mimi, the owner, is great. She takes VERY good care of everyone! 2. Their staff is CONSISTENT. No matter who I get - Mimi, Youni, Michaela, Michelle, Karen - they are all amazing. My pedicures usually last 3-4 weeks, but that's not the best part: they are all great at the leg and foot massage, complete with stones and hot towels even for a basic pedi! 3. They are a busy place, especially around holidays (mother's day, christmas, etc.) so call and make an appointment! They will turn away people if too busy, so they do not compromise the work on the people they are working on. Which is a pretty good sign that they are GOOD if they stay that consistently busy. =) 4. Pricing is competitive and fair. Pedicure $30, shellac manicure $35. Whenever I get a manicure, they take extra time and care on my super dry cuticles (I'm a nurse). And don't charge me extra. It's awesome. 5. I have taken my 8 year old stepdaughter with me and my 3 year old niece, and they are AWESOME with young kids! Lastly, it's always a clean and relaxing environment. They have a discount program/card for people that like to get nails done more often. I recently tried another nail salon across Smoky Hill and Aurora Parkway....and it sucked. I should have known since I was the only one in there... The only slight negative is they do speak Korean to each other a lot, but all of the staff speak English very well too, and I have never had a problem with communicating! read more

I had a terrible nail job done!!! First off they talked me into a silk wrap which was done so poorly that you could feel and see the silk fabric!!! I wanted them med length she said..."No we like to do them this length!!!" SO I GOT SHORT NAILS!!! Went back a second time for them to do my nails right and they added clear polish and left the white tip so short that you can see the dark nail and it looks as thou my nail have been on and are growing out!!! I hate that look!!! The owner Kay Oh will not honor my request to have a credit as I live 45 minutes away and going a third time is not what I desire! She told me the girl spent time putting them on and will not refund my money! ALSO SHE KEPT SAYING SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO TALK AND WAS GOING TO HANG UP!!! A business owner who doesn't stand by their work or product should not operate a business....SHE IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY ONLY!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! read more

Awful experience! I took my bridal party for manicure/pedicures before my wedding. Displayed on the window is a wedding party special. Every time I asked what the special was the ladies working would begin speaking in their language and shake their heads. Finally they decided it was a free pedicure for the bride. Had I known a free pedicure meant soaking, drying my feet and a quick, messy polish application I would have declined. We were told what polish to do and when I declined because it would not match my ivory wedding gown the lady was upset that I went against her recommendation. One of my bridesmaids was fussed at when she changed her gel polish choice. Young was the manicurist. She yelled at her, rolled her eyes so we had another lady complete the service. She was then overcharged by $40. When I returned to find out why she received the exact service as another lady in the party and was charged more they all tried to over talk me and could not give a feasible reason. One told me it was because she requested another coat. Another coat is $40? I was so disappointed that the day before my wedding and an hour before the wedding rehearsal we had to deal with this. I selected the location because it was close to the wedding venue but I wish I hadn't, They were awful!!! And to top it off my nails were a mess the day of my wedding. My husband who is a typical man and never notices things like my nails took one look at my hand and said he could have done a better job. Save your money! read more
