They are clean and have a lot Of variety on gel colors. However, I didn't like their services. I had a full set done with Loann. I told her to do Coffin and that I wanted her to please paint all the way back to the cuticle and she told me second coat. She did like 4-5 coats of paint and my nails look thick and did not do as I asked. I will never visit this place again.

So it was my first time here! GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had the Lavender Deluxe pedicure and Kim did an incredible job!!!!!!!! The carry OPI (the only brand I use) as well as others. They have a huge color selection. The Salon is immaculate and technicians bring sealed sterilized instruments. I like that the tubs are lined in plastic so your pedi is very hygienic!!!!!! Clean restroom and VERY nice people. Fairly priced and Very well ventilated. Soft, no intrusive instrumental music playing and no noisy televisions blasting (a huge plus for me)! Elegantly decorated and huge magazine selection. Very relaxing Massage chairs with a nice selection of settings. I Highly recommend this salon, I highly recommend Kim to be your technician, and I can't wait to return!!!!!

For packing in all the walk-ins, you would think there would be more seating than just TWO chairs in the waiting area. Then they have their drying table with two more chairs, that can only be occupied by the ones who need to dry their nails. Its a nice place, big, clean, only down fall is the WAIT and NO seating in the waiting area. Its really small and everyone is standing or sitting on top of each other, no fun!

I am visiting Spring Hill and carefully reviewed the surrounding nail salons in the area and decided to try Nails So Happy based on their great reviews. I would like to start by saying that everyone is very friendly. I was a bit surprised to find that their mani/pedi price is about $6 more than I pay at home in California but that wasn't a big deal. My main disappointment here was the quality of the mani/pedi. First, my cuticles weren't thoroughly pushed back and clipped. As a practicing esthetician, I'm aware that specific State Board regulations can vary from state to state and that it's possible they aren't allowed to cut excess cuticle, but they should have at least been pushed back on my toenails prior to painting. Thankfully I had recently done this to my nails and they didn't need it. Second, apparently the second coat of the polish, as well as the top coat only made it to part of my nails. It's pretty standard for this to happen with the top coat, as I always apply another coat when I return home so that the manicure actually lasts but having the second color coat applied so carelessly makes the manicure just look bad. I've uploaded a photo for reference. I feel that I've basically wasted my $31 and will now have to get them redone when I return home. The woman who did them was very nice and I tipped her well for her time but wouldn't return or refer anyone here!

Tim and his wife are excellent! They have been doing this for so many years. Everyone is well trained and friendly. The salon is very clean and organized always. It was hard to leave my Tampa salon but this is my new place up here in Spring Hill! One stop shop.

Here on an unexpected visit from Connecticut and needed a pedicure and polish change. Clean shop with a great selection of colors. Wish my go to spot at home had this selection. Yao is the BEST. My gel lasts three weeks, never chips or peels. She takes her time during pedicures and knows when her clients want to chat, and when then just want to sit back and relax. The salon is clean and I'm sure everyone there is great, but I will ONLY go to Yao for all my nail care needs while living in Spring Hill. read more

I really wanted to get a good pedicure at a clean salon so after checking Yelp and finding 3 five star ratings for this place, I decided to drive the 10 miles from my house. While I was there I was very happy with everything and enjoyed chatting with Melissa who did my pedicure. I opted for the Deluxe choice which cost $22 as opposed to the basic which is $19. After she finished she sat me under the ultraviolet lights. A while later, since Melissa had stepped out, I asked the man who was sitting at the desk to check to see if the polish was dry. He came over, checked and took the toe separators off. My feet looked and felt good. Unfortunately the polish on all of my toenails began peeling off only hours later even though I only wore flip flops. I called the next day to tell them and explain that they were 20 miles round trip from my house and because of the gas it would cost me, I just wanted my money back. The woman who answered the phone checked with her supervisor and came back to the phone telling me again that they could only offer me to have them redo the toenails that have peeling polish. The woman on the phone told me that this rarely happens. This may be true but since it did happen, they should have refunded me if that is what I wanted. If they had done that, I would have come back for my next pedicure. My girlfriend had previously asked me if I knew of a good place for a pedicure and I know now I will not be recommending Nails So Happy. This incident shows that they do not care about customer service. read more

Been looking for a good nail salon in Spring Hill with no luck. Tried this salon based on Yelp reviews. Made an appointment for ombré nails and had to wait awhile despite having an appointment, but it was definitely worth the wait. They were the best ombré nails I have ever had done!!! The look of the place inside isnt't the best, but the quality of nails were on point!!! I have gotten so many compliments on my nails! Definitely found the best spot! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Complete scam. I asked for a gel full set and they gave me acrylic with a clear gel on top.. Which is TOTALLY wrong and they charged me $45 for something that only costs $25-$30. I didn't want acrylic nails because I am 8 months pregnant and the fumes produced by the application of acrylic is very bad for anyone, let alone my daughter!!! (The lady I spoke to didn't seem to care at all about that.) But I was told that it is a gel powder they used. I know for a fact that there is no such thing as a gel powder. I've been getting my nails done for almost 3 years, and I have NEVER had powder applied on my nails. I even researched it through multiple internet sources (I copied them below) and they all said that if powder is put on your nail, it is acrylic- NOT GEL. I just walked out of the salon (because I wanted to try and fix it, get a refund, and/or maybe get the gel that I originally asked for) and apparently I cannot get a refund because the man who did them (Tim) is on vacation AND THEY DON'T HAVE GEL. So why was I charged for something they don't have? Who knows.. I stood there arguing with some lady- who didn't even work there full time-and was given an attitude the entire time. She kept repeating herself, "Do you want to get your nail fixed or what?!" Terrible, terrible, terrible. I brought my mother here for a manicure (and myself.) She is a little frail and walks with a walker. The woman that did her nails was so gentle and kind. She went out of her way to make my mom feel special - she even added several beautiful hand painted daisies on two of my mom's nails. They looked beautiful. My mom was beaming with a big smile. I went to nail so happy because my friend was crazy about them. So I went with a couple friends. I got a mani-pedi. I sat there waiting in cold water 40 minutes waiting for the lady to do my pedicure. Then when she finally have me a pedicure it was sloppy work and looked like something my Lil sister would do. It's so hard to choose a nail salon when you are away from home, but I hit the jackpot with Nails So Happy in Spring Hill. My pedi by Liberty was so awesome that I opted to have manicure by Kim. Both ladies did great job. Salon is very very clean. Atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. Staff very friendly. They took their time to provide a wonderful experience for me. Price very reasonable. Called about a week ago to make a reservation for two manicures. Called the office to let them know we were on our way to the appointment and was told they didn't take any appointments for Sunday. I told him that someone had already taken the appointment and he said he was not going to honor it. Great customer service! Thanks! read more

The worst nail salon I've ever been to, took over and hour before they even called for me to put me at a booth. Didn't tell me they had 3 appointments before me; then they call me put me at a dirty booth, no one comes over at all. 10 minutes later I asked is someone coming to do my nails? Oh it's going to be this lady; the lady was in the middle of doing someone else's nails not even close to polishing; so give or take another hour. Which means by then I would have waited and hour and a half. What is wrong with these people. I totally voiced my opinion; and I left!!!!!!! Wasted over an hour of my time. I only went in to get a nail repaired. I can't believe that this seems okay to them; they should have let me know what the wait would be when I got there. I am beyond disappointed!!!!! read more

If you are looking for someone to actually talk with you before and during your experience who will make you laugh, Sofia is wonderful.

I have been there a few times to get my nails done. The first time I sat there and waited almost a half hour decided to get up to leave when they came chasing after me and telling me they be right with me wind up waiting another 15 minutes. Was passed between two people to get my nails done the first one was in a hurry the second one was in a hurry but did a better job so I thought OK I'll make an appointment the next time. Made my appointment came in and was visiting and talking and kind of goofing around a little bit only to be told that they were very busy and had to help other customers waiting which I thought was very rude. I let it go made another appointment came in only to find the same type of rudeness. When I said one nail was not right gave me a half and then started speaking Vietnamese to the person next to them first of all I find this extremely rude. I won't be back because they also charge me more than I was told I was going to be charged. Can't see putting good money only to be spoken to rudely I spend a lot of money on manicures pedicures nail art etc. I'm sure there's other salons in Springhill that would love my business. read more

I moved from Clearwater a few years ago and had been going to a great nail salon there. I have search the Brooksville/Spring HIll area for a salon that equals the quality of my former salon. I never found a place and actually would go and visit friends in Clearwater and get my nails done in Clearwater at my former salon. I gave Nails So Happy a try about two months ago and the service is great. They offer you water or soda, they take their time, and you really get and experience rather than get your nails done. The polish lasts forever. When I left the first time, I was given an adorable bag to put my shoes in. (I wore flip flops the second time there) They really care about customer service and do all the right things. Can't say enough except I am so glad I tried this place out! read more

I've gone to a lot of different places to get my nails done and so far Nails So Happy has been the best. The place is so clean, the customer service is great, and the prices were very reasonable. I got the gel done for my nails and they stayed on for weeks without any chipping. And there were SO MANY COLORS!! The variety was amazing!! I got my eyebrows done here too and they turned out perfect. I took my mother here to get permanent make up done on her eyebrows and they turned out so nice and it looked very natural, and she loved them as well! I was so satisfied with my visit there and I'm definitely coming back and recommending Nails So Happy to everyone I know!! :D read more

After being with a nail tech for two years, I was disappointed with my nails so I was looking for a clean, quiet place to go. I called on December 21st and got an appointment right away, I was very pleased that I could get in before Christmas, when I arrived I was impressed by the cleanness of the salon and how friendly everyone was. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! Very clean and professional. And the staff here are really nice. Every time I visit I always ask for Tim or Loan. They are my two favs. They have a range of selections for polish and are amazing with gel nails. Loan waxes my eyebrows which always come out perfect! Great place to have your nails done in Spring Hill. I am a former nail tech and from my experience I can tell that this place is super clean and sanitized. Luann and the rest of the staff are extremely qualified in pink and white acrylics and pedicures. Also their prices are quite reasonable for our town.
