This nail salon is in the mall by Macys. I am giving this place 5 stars bc they give you gloves with the ends cut off when you are getting a gel manicure. To protect your hand from getting damaging sun/age spots! I will never get my gel nails done again without wearing gloves. Always do a good job and very reasonable prices. read more

so i was with my best friend to get a fill for our acrylics. they did the worst job ever they didn't fill my nails they just painted over it. they obviously can't get their shapes right because i asked for coffin and got square. when my friend and i got there we had to wait for a white lady and it was her first day. she pulled up with her shit in a CIRCLE K BAG HOW BOUJE. They're we're like no colors to chose from and the ones they did have weren't cute i got a color i didn't like. they don't know how to paint right because my one nail is so uneven. i can't believe how horrible this place is. I have been coming here for at least 5 years (about 8 times a year) and sometimes I bring my daughters or sister, but every time I come in, they don't recognize me. I like to stay loyal to a business but I'm thinking it's time to go somewhere else. Unless you are a VIP customer who has strong relationships with the staff, you might as well be invisible. This last time, I came in at 10:05 a.m. and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. That was okay with me, because it seemed reasonable since I didn't have an appointment. About 10:35 they put me in a chair to soak. At 10:55 I was still soaking and no one had bothered to check in on me... I couldn't wait any longer since it had already been 50 minutes and all the techs were still busy. It was super disappointing. If they had said it would be a 50 minute wait, I could have gone shopping and finished errands, then come back. To waste almost an hour of my time was frustrating. Also, if you don't pay with cash, they get an attitude. Bummer. read more

I am giving 2 starts instead of 1 because the place is clean and some of the staff seemed to be friendly towards some of the clients. Those are the only nice things I can say. I went with a friend, who had been before. We were getting mani/pedis and asked for hands to be done first and were told, "no". When I sat down for my pedi, the water was really cold. They added some warm but it cooled off again quickly and gave me the evil eye when I said it was still cold. Once it was warm, I was only "allowed" to soak for like 2 minutes before someone - who never introduced herself - started the pedi. She never offered me the menu of services or asked what I wanted included. My friend and I had told the person who started working on her what kind of pedi we wanted, so I just assumed that my friends' person had told her since they were speaking in a language that I did not understand. When I realized I wasn't getting the sugar scrub that I had wanted, the person working on me said, "too late, I done" or something equally rude and unaccommodating. I had selected 2 different polishes - 1 for mani, 1 for pedi - and she just started using one, without asking if it was correct, which it was not... and again was unapologetic. I would not have let her do my mani, but someone else was set up to do that. She was better, although when I asked if there were different kinds of mani services to choose from (parafin? extra massage?) I was told, "no", gel or regular and no other options. The whole experience was not relaxing, not fun and not something I will repeat. I definitely know why this type of salon is so much less expensive than the others. read more

Went here because I got a gift card from my husband so I got an appt. for a pedicure. Was not too impressed with the lady that did my nails, they turned okay but nothing that great. Place looked clean for the most part. A few days later I noticed red bumps all over both my lower legs, they kept getting worse and bigger so went to a doctor, ends up I got a staph infection from their tubs! The doctor was sure that is where I got it from. Called and spoke with the manager he said he was very sorry but assured me that they keep their tubs very clean and I could not have gotten my infection from his salon. Now about 10 days later I still have boils ont both my legs and am on antibiotics, also I am out several hundreds of dollars for the doctor visits(medical doctor and dermatologist) and for the cost of the medicine. Never will I go here again!!! read more

I went in for a fill, grant it was kind of close to closing but the guy that did my nails did a horrible job. I previously had white tips before and the guy not only left the white and put a different color on top (you can plain as day see the white) and he back filled it with pink instead of clear. Needless to say I won't go back here, and I won't recommend them either. read more

I live in this area and I was searching for a new nail place to go to. My pedicure was great! But the guy that did my set was so rude. He kept mumbling in his mouth, seems like he didn't want to do my nails. I highly recommend this place just not that guy, his name is John I think. I definitely will be back though! We started going together and I can tell you that I am the poster child for the before & after. I have the most beautiful nails thanks to Kim. My friend and I go together. She sees Anthony and I see Kim. The family feel combined with the high quality service is second to none. I highly recommend both Kim and Anthony. I am getting constant compliments on my nails!! This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. I wanted to take my three little grand daughters for a special treat. Even though we had an appt., we were not taken for 15 more minutes after we arrived (on time). Then, they still were not ready to do us all at the same time. One child had to wait an additional 15 minutes until a tech could get to her. They had said on the phone that they had cushions for the little ones, but, they did not....so the kids were in an uncomfortable position for the whole time. The tech I had pulled the cuticle around my big toe and I had to tell her it HURT! They kept us in the pedi chairs the whole time and pulled our arms forward to reach our hands. I had to cross my arms over to reach the tech. Also, I had to hold the small bowl of water on my lap in order to soak my fingernails. The people there were talking to each other in a foreign language and never introduced themselves by name to us. The manicure did not last. My manicure chipped the next day. The child that had to wait the longest, and was done last, had her polish chip off the same night as we did the nails. I only went there because it was recommended by someone. I can assure you, I will never go there again and do not recommend for anyone! read more
