I have driven by this place a million times. There is minimal signage. They need to fix that. Place is cute, quaint and relaxing. I called in to see if they had a pedicure appointment available. They didn't, within minutes the receptionist called me back and said they could take me. I drove over immediately. I got a traditional/regular pedicure with gel polish. I asked the technician to shorten my nails and she did. Not the best job. The place was very clean, quiet and calm. I would give this place another try. read more

The only reason I deducted one star is because the color I chose for my nails was taken by another tech and she hadn't even started with her client. So I had to either wait 15 minutes fort the polish or choose another color. read more

Visiting from Utah and my friend brought me here. The salon is wide open and super neat and clean. The staff wears masks and gloves and clean up between customers. I think they have something like 20 massage chairs in the back for pedicures, and I loved the cherub ceiling. It felt like we were at a spa for the day and the massage chairs were comfy. We came in today for mani pedi and I introduced my girlfriend to SNS dipping powder. We had to be done within an hour and a half because we had another appointment to go to, so they had us sit in the massage chairs so we could get nails and toes done at same time! It was a full pampering! We chose the #2 spa treatment for the pedicure and I highly recommend bumping and paying extra for it. The scrub, lotion, massage, hot stones, and treatment for calluses was so nice. I definitely needed the relaxation and thoroughly enjoyed being pampered. The staff working on me did an amazing job and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and cleaning up edges to make nails look nice and neat. Staff was friendly and welcoming and took great care of us. And the nails look amazing! I will definitely come back next time I'm in town. read more

While on my holiday trip to Scottsdale, I wanted to clean up my eyebrows, and stumbled into this place through Yelp. I was in the area as well, just walked in. The set the stage, I have pretty bushy eyebrows which I love. Cleaning just means to wax the brows of wild hairs and such. I'm not into overly manicuring my brows, arches or re-designing the shape. I walked into Kelly D and loved the space. Much larger than suggested from outside, there are tons of nail and seating stations. After checking in, I was directed to go to the back where waxing happens. Sue, the person waxing me, prepared the bed and then has me lay down. From that moment on, I felt a bit rushed. When I started sharing what I wanted, Sue told me she'd been waxing for 31 years and that she knew what was best; her way of saying to just trust the process. She did bring up some good points that my eyes tend to pop out more when my brows are "cleaned up." Sue was very quick and started waxing a lot. In fact she would wax on top of areas she already waxed without giving it some time to rest, making those areas more inflamed. After doing my brows, she showed me a mirror and I was mortified. The width of my brows were cut in half! To be fair, Sue's wax was nicely symmetrical. Unfortunately, nowhere near what I wanted. And to top it off, my skin developed scabs in those inflamed areas, as a result to her style of waxing (FWIW, I've only had my skin scabbed one other time in my life and that experience was also terrible). Moral of the story: I think if you have a trusted brow person, stick with them, no matter if you're out of town or not. Thank goodness I wear glasses that help hide how thin my brows are. read more

I visited this nail spa on Sunday 07.20.25 and spent just over $165 for my services including tip(gel pedicure and full set tip with dip and a design on all fingers) my initial visit was great and the techs were very kind. However, by Wednesday 7.23.25 I've had 3 nails completely pop off on my right hand. I called the salon Wednesday afternoon to and let them know what happened. The gentleman on the phone took my number and name and told me to come in tomorrow (7.24.25) and we will have the tech that did the nails fix them for you. When I arrived for my appointment and was checking in, the tech that was working on a client asked me what she could help with. So I explained to her what had happened and that I had an appointment to get the nails fixed. She looked around the salon and proceeded to ask me who did the nails and what services were done. I let her know the name of my original tech and let her know about the service I received. The tech that I was speaking with then told me "well you are going to have to come back tomorrow because there is not a lot of people here today; and make sure that you call to see if the original tech came in because she does this all the time and doesn't come in." Needless to say I am pretty upset with the situation as a whole due to paying for a professional nail service and then having the nails starting to pop off my fingers while typing less than 72 hours after the service was received. Then wasting gas and time to get to an appointment to fix the problem only to be told to come back tomorrow and call.... This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. At this point I am considering just going to another salon to have my nails fixed because I do not have faith that this is going to be corrected.. read more

2 days ago I got my nails done here. Absolutely disappointing. 60$ for this. I even added a basic mani to clean up my cuticles because they never do it and that was even a fail. When the tech was filing my nails she was burning my fingers nails. Not to mention everyone was not friendly what so ever. Not one customer was in there. Small business. Peter did my acrylics for about 6 months. Even after moving, I would commute 30 minutes just to go and see him because of what he charged me. It makes a difference if you are a regular customer. But, that can be said for any salon. Make sure you have an appointment and explain what you are wanting. A picture will be best. The only reason as to why I stopped going here is because my work wouldn't allow artificial nails. Support small businesses!! read more

Was looking for a new place to get pedicures since my typical place has new ownership and it's not the best. I saw this close was nearby and the reviews were promising... That was my first mistake. They never asked what package we wanted and when they finally did My daughter and I both asked for the 2nd tier package and were told we didn't need it but we wanted it ( I usually have the opposite issue) The lady asked my daughter if she wanted gel and I said no we will do regular polish then looks at my daughter and asked her again.. my daughter said no. That's when she asked again why she didn't want gel and I said because I'm paying and we are not doing gel today. It just got worse from there. I will spare the next hour for what was the most unrelaxing and unprofessional time I have ever had at a nail salon. I listen to this lady go on about how horrible her kids are, and how horrible her husband is. Somehow I got slapped in the midst of this conversation. She did apologize. In the end, my daughter got a half-done pedicure with paint all over her cuticles and lotion slapped on her legs and they tried to charge us both for the second package.. I refused but they didn't put too much of a fight because they knew what they were doing. Just don't do it.. I now remember why I just do my own nails read more
