The salon is beautiful but the staff is horrible how do you tell a 14 yr d child ooh I heard you don't give tips she spends her hard earned money on one thing I think that's disgusting to say to a child. I have gone in many times and paid cash and have given a tip every time so for the one time she comes in and does not it's not only said amongst the staff but repeated to the customer is disgusting! Walked past this salon a year ago and loved how it looked. So i decided to check it out. I booked a pedicure about a 3 months ago loved the service i had. Technician as on time i even upgraded my service. Love that you book online so you choose your time. Went today for a pedicure choose the gold pedicure and enjoyed every minute. It came with a leg and foot massage warm towels and stones. I enjoyed very 1 hour of it!! My new salon I will try i get back to getting my pedicure every 2 weeks. Beautiful place and everything is so clean!!! I'm so picky with my nails because sometimes nail techs will paint the polish on so thick. But my gel manicures are always perfect and last like 3 weeks. My tip is to bring cash because they have a deal that allows you to accumulate stamps to get a free pedicure! All of the employees are always happy to help and answer any questions. Large, modern, and very clean. I have had two pedicures (one lavender and one gold spa). Both were excellent and the gold spa smells so amazing. Pedicure chairs are the most comfy and luxurious in the area. My manicures have also been good. I am giving 4 stars because my gel manicure was less than adequate. The technician did not paint a significant portion of my nail near the cuticle. Definitely worth a visit! read more

Worst pedicure/nail experience of my life. I have been wanting to try this salon because it looks very nice that's where the good pet ends. The water was initially burning hot and when I quickly took my foot out because it was so hot the technician forced my foot back into the water TWICE despite my resistance saying that she turned the cold water on- great but wait a few minutes for the water to cool a bit. That being said- the technician cut both my toes and then tried to clean it with acetone! And then a $2 charge for the $24 pesky for a CC. I'll never go back, it's unfortunate because the location is convenient and spacious. read more

I really enjoyed my relaxing amazing pedicure. Nails Spa & Beyonds staff was great as well as the facility was very very clean.

It was ok. The woman didn't get all of my previous polish off and didn't paint all the way down to my cuticle. She also was a little messy on the sides of my nails. I opted for a back rub too halfway through and she really dug into my back, luckily Didn't hurt me but definitely could injure the wrong person with that pressure. The employee at the desk asked if I have an appt and I said no, she shook her head and said I needed an appt. Came in a few days ago for acrylic nail removal and manicure. It was my first time coming and I was left extremely disappointed. Not only was residue from my previous nails left on, but my cuticles were literally bleeding. I had paid extra For a 7 day nail polish which lasted about one. Nail polish left all around my nails, tiny air bubbles and texture marks from where the glue was. I also stayed in for the entire dry time and my nails still smeared when reaching for my money. three days later and they are chipping. Reading through the reviews the owner also seems rude and defensive in all his responses to unhappy customers. Not how you treat people who are being overcharged for your poor services. Redirect your business to other nail salons such as endless and Eden. read more

I had a horrible experience. I got powder nails done there and they were very thick. I asked the man who did my nails how I should get them off and he said soak them. So 2 weeks later I soaked them and they did not come off so I called up the store. They told me it costed $8 to get it removed. $8 for something they had put on my nails. Then I go in and the man who put them on is there to take them off so I thought he would soak them, I was so wrong. He pulls out a metro card from the subway in new York and starts digging it under my nail ripping the powder and layers of my nails off. My nails look absolutely disgusting and it was totally not worth it for my nails to look okay for 2 weeks to just have layers of my nails ripped off with a metro card causing serious damage to my nails. read more

so as nice as this manicure was, it started chipping 2 days later. I got it done on a Friday, and by Monday my nails were chipping. Very disappointing especially for such an expensive salon. Called ahead asked for tips and gel manicure, told me it would be $45, asked her how long it would take and she said an hour + 30 minutes. Made an appointment, showed up on time, it's a nice looking place, I waited 10 minutes, sat down asked for tips and French manicure. She told me it would be $55.. A little annoying but fine I figured it's more for French. The technician asked me if I wanted gel and I said yes, then tells me it's 80$ and I say no, she says "okay I can give you this other one it's 55$" I say okay.. she even said "some people are okay with 80 it's a nice area" and I was like "yeah I'm not Okay with 80 I'll do 55$." Made it VERY clear I didn't want to pay 80. I asked her if she could shape my nails almond and she said that's an extra 5$ lol I said "okay no I'll just do a regular round shape." She did my nails and it took 2 hours for her to do them.. they look nice but my left thumb hurts a bit. Then I go to the front to pay, I tip her cash and wait to pay. The receptionist barely acknowledged me as I waited for her to tell me she was ready for me to pay, honestly waited like 8 minutes while her and the nail technician talked in a language I didn't understand, still not acknowledging me or bothering to say anything to me. Then she tells me it's 71 dollars. I say "What? She told me it was 55." And the receptionist says in a matter of fact tone "no you got gel, it's 71 dollars." I was running late for work and didn't have time to argue with her so I paid the 71 dollars... She handed me a card and said "so this is your first time here, here's our punch card." No use for the punch card because I will definitely NOT return. I've paid 50 for gel WITH nail decals and glitter, and almond shape before at other places. I felt like a fool walking out of there. I paid 71 dollars for a basic French manicure with tips. It's one thing if I have the money to blow on a basic manicure but to lead me to believe it's 55 when it's 71 is shady and just plain wrong.. and to be rude about it was the cherry on top. Don't go here unless you want to pay and arm, leg and your dignity for a basic French tip manicure. read more

The first time I went I wasn't sure because the place is so large but I find that it's always super clean and they really care about making the customer happy. Overall I like this salon as it is clean and stations are spaced. But it's priced for Westfield so be prepared. And there is a fee to charge your services. Also, be aware that regardless of what spa pedicure you requested at check-in they will always try to steer you to the most expensive. You need to correct the pedicurist each time. While the owners are lovely and the space is beautiful there is a logistical planning issue here. You can't just walk in on the weekends because you'll never get in. They have an enormous space, but are in need of technicians. Pedi chairs are plentiful but no one is here to tend to the pedicure. They need to hire people pronto!
