Great Nail Salon. It is immaculate inside. The Spa Pedicure was wonderful. The massage felt great. The manicure was excellent too. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. The rudest place I have even been! I asked for an acrylic set and got a uv gel set. Which was significantly more in price. I went back for a fill and less than 4 days a nail fell off. I called about 2 days after because I had a hectic schedule and they told me I should have called sooner. When I explained why the manager hung up on me. I then called back and hear them talking about me and laughing. The call ended with the manager telling me she doesn't want me to be their customer anymore. If I could give no stars I would souly on their lack of customer service. read more

Came in for a regular manicure and pedicure. Felt extremely rushed picking the colors, when I asked to have my gel taken off with just a file and not the drill I could tell the tech was not happy. Pedicure was fine but she was upselling the entire time. She tried to convince me that a spa pedicure was a better price than a regular pedicure+callus remover ($10 dollar difference). I originally chose the Essie 7 day polish and the polish was old and dry. We then switched to regular Essie polish the color was off. I asked to pay before the polish going on and I was told no (I did not want to ruin my nails and at other places that is the normal process). At the end I dried my nails and when I went to grab my things + the receipt, my nails got ruined. I asked for the nail tech to fix and she rolled her eyes. I immediately went to the front and asked for someone to take the polish off and I paid and left. The only plus about this place is it is open on Sundays. read more

Salon used to be good - but I had an awful experience last week. I went for a simple mani/pedi. The woman doing my nails seemed very annoyed at having to serve me. I asked for the callus remover, and she rolled her eyes at me and barely removed anything. The polish job was horrible, with visible bubbles on my nails. When this salon opened I loved it, a salon opened closer to my home and I switched, let's say this was a bad decision. Today I went back to Nails Spa & Beyond and I was happy I went back. May was extremely detailed, took her time, and ensured I had the most relaxing experience. Will definitely return for my manis and pedis. I've been here a few times and would not recommend it. The place is nice, has a very high end feeling but the work they do is way below average for the price they charge. First, their pedicures suck because they barely give a good massage.. more like a quick 10 second rub down and when it comes to removing callus, they barely make the effort. It's really annoying that they charge a hefty price for something that a regular nail salon does 10 times better for half that price. Second, I recently got a powder dip mani and it literally started cracking within a week. I've gotten this done at another salon and 3 weeks later, my nails were not chipped or cracked at all! So, don't go here for this service because they don't know how to do it. Others have also complained about this issue in the reviews so it's not a one off problem. Third, I really don't want to call out names here so I will say this- one of their male employee has done my regular manicure twice and I was not happy with it. He barely cuts the cuticles, barely does a hand massage, doesn't check to see if nails are even, and also didn't give a massage at the end like usual. If you're booking at appointment, I wouldn't recommend him. Bottom line: High end prices for low end work. read more

I got a set of gels done. My fingers burned horribly when I put them in the dryer. All sorts of price add ons. I found out when I got to the nail station that it would be an additional charge to remove my current gels. As well as an additional charge to pay with credit card. I'm not sure what other charges were, but I booked a 35 dollar gel manicure and was charged 65. Not impressed read more

Nana has been my nail tech since last year, she's extremely professional and very good at her work. Meticulous and attentive to the smallest details and she's very sweet and polite. Since they opened up after time away because of COVID, I go every Sunday and get work done by her. I look forward to seeing her every Sunday. I'm never disappointed with her work. read more

Great manicure and loved the chair massage afterwards while my nails dried. Also super reasonable compared to what I am used to paying.

My sister and I went for acrylic nails and regular polish, respectively. We called in for an appointment at the same time and yet they took me 20 minutes after her. I gave the nail technician a photo of the shape and design I wanted, and neither were correctly executed. I tried to ask for shorter, almond shaped nails but the technician INSISTED on making them square and way too long. I had to get them removed because they were so inconvenient and uneven. The other technician that worked on my sister did a shoddy job with the polish, so she asked her to repaint it (there were air bubbles and the whole nail wasn't painted). The technician then proceeded to trash talk her in Chinese to the other technicians. We can both understand Chinese and it was very unpleasant and unprofessional to hear those kinds of words directed at a 16 year old. We will never be returning. There are at least 10 other places in the area that you should choose to go to over this place. read more

Horrible. This nails salon is not meant for manicures but rather tips. By far the worst manicure I had done. The cuticles weren't cut enough and the paint job didn't cover the nails completely. Also the staff is pretty rude. The salon is pretty that's about it. read more

I went in thinking it was going to be good.. they charged me 30 dollars for a pedicure and the lady Coco literally finished my regular pedicure in 12 minutes. My dip polish nails started chipping and cracking less than a week after I got them done. I work a full time job and was out of town. I went back to get them fixed and they told me I would have to pay as they have a 7 day fix policy and it was day 8. First of all they do not have that "policy" posted anywhere. Secondly they told me dip nails last 2-3 weeks so why am I being penalized when their service didn't even last a week. This is not the first time I have had my nails done and chip by them in less than a week. But the way that the situation was handled today was enough for me. read more

But I went back since I had a gift card and got Ling to do my pedicure. She is amazing! It's a bit out of my usual price range but I keep going back for Ling. She does a fantastic, efficient job. Perfect! I have been going here for a couple of months and I love it! I always book my appointments with CiCi who is incredibly nice. I love watching her work, as she always takes her time and is careful with her work (for example: she'll redo something if she is not happy with it to ensure her best work).
