Overall I am happy with many things about this salon. The cleanliness, the efficiency and ultimately the manicure. As a first time "dip" customer, it was hard to select a color that felt right with my skin tone in the location of the color samples as the lighting there was, in my opinion, too dim. As a result I sensed a bit of impatience by my manicurist when I needed to confirm that the color she was showing me was the one I had picked. So that was disappointing. This was my first time at this salon, I took my mom with me to get our nails done for my upcoming wedding. I got my eyebrows waxed and Gel full set. The salon itself is very clean, the staff is friendly and professional. My nails came out beautiful. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that we ended up paying more without knowing that the services we were adding on were an additional fee. For example my mom wanted a pedicure and was offered a spa treatment, she thought the price shown on the "menu" was the overall price of the pedicure but it was an add on. Super expensive $40 for a powder dip manicure and I got a broken nail in four days!!!! Hate going back to have to fix this such an inconvenience but I will waste an hour of my day to fix it to last me until the next time I go. On top of that when I asked for the person I was recommended to see the lady at the front desk said he doesn't know how to do powder dip manicures, dip the nail and paint the activator like it's not rocks science . This place has a huge menu and their entire staff isn't trained on it apparently. First and last time I step into this place Update!!! after a second nail broke I decided to go back and get them fixed and they did go above and beyond for me and added another coat of powder to my whole set rather than just the two nails. I moved them from 1 to 3 stars bc Nana made sure to tell me anytime there are issues they will always fix them . Save your money, and time. I made an appointment for my bachelorette party to get my nails done. I wanted a new set with a design and nail polish. I called and initially told them that I had a whole set that I wanted to replace and that needed to be removed. When I arrived to the nail salon first of all they were shocked that I had a set on my hands already. Which I initially called and inquired about. They didn't take the time to soak my nails and properly move my nails. They chipped away my nails with a subway card and nail clippers damaging my real nails and hurting and damaging the cuticles and the skin around my nails. I am absolutely mortified and disgusted about my experience here. I highly suggest you go to a different salon that takes the time to remove the nails and does them correctly and does it in a sanitary way. Who remove nails with a subway card? Unacceptable. Expressing how truly unhappy i am with my nails is an understatement ... I come to this place often because it's close to my house and it's a beautiful place. However this isn't the first time i have been unsatisfied with my nails. But I'm always giving second chances and giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe i just haven found the right person to understand my style / nails. I'm a chef , I'm not allowed to get my nails done. I'm going on vacation and i was excited to get them done . It's a regular manicure i got them done yesterday at 3:30pm (now writing a review at 1:14 am) i also paid the $5 extra polish for my mani and pedi. Once my nails started to dry i noticed bubbles and (in my opinion) the second coat was not painted properly because you can see the overlay on how it was applied. My nails were done quick .. and i don't mind that at all because I can't sit still , i didn't think it was going to be done quick and poorly though. I'm so unhappy that this is the very first review i have to write , and now set another appointment to get them properly done. It's upsetting i had to literally sit in a chair to get jagged nails and pay for them. And pay again to get them fixed. Lesson learn to not return once again... and i hope the management can teach and encourage the employees to please take your time and just do it right the first time. I love coming here. I drive out of my way to come to this salon. The ambiance is nice, everything is always so clean and I've seen them adjust to comply with covid safety regulations. The staff here are so talented and kind as well. I have a really hard time finding technicians who can do an amazing job with UV gels, and gel manicures they way they do here (they never chip or damage my nails as badly when I get them done here). I was on the hunt for a new, local place to get my acrylics done/filled. I came here because upon first glance, the place is huge, modern, and clean with a wide variety of colors to choose from. So far, I've gotten a new set of acrylics, a couple of fills, and a pedicure from them. I was a little annoyed at my second fill because the gel polish on my nails had started peeling after a few days and my thumb broke off. However, I think this may have been at fault of the specific nail technician I had, being that I've seen the same nail tech the other times and was completely satisfied with his work. I got the green tea spa pedicure under the early bird special, which gave me $5 off the pedicure. I posted a picture of their early bird specials, so take a look at it and save some money! Amber had done my pedicure and she was really nice. She did a great job with the massage included with the spa pedicure and shaping and polishing my toes. Honestly, the only complaint I have is that sometimes I feel rushed when I'm there. For example, I usually come very early to my appointments because I'm indecisive when it comes to choosing colors. However, they usually take me in almost as soon as I walk in, leaving me very little time to choose colors. I want to note that this is very barely a complaint because I would probably be a lot more upset if I made an appointment and was forced to wait. read more

I have a lot of really positive things to say as well as one warning so let's start with that. The warning is that I would absolutely not recommend working with one of their associates whose name is Lily. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for the past 20 years and I've never had to stand up and walk away in the middle of a wax job but she was hurting me and pushing so hard on my eyes when adhering the cotton squares to the wax that I had a headache for two days afterwards. When I walked away in the middle of this torture she started yelling across the salon at me that my eyebrows where uneven and then she walked up to the front desk and started yelling at that person about me to which was totally unprofessional and ridiculous. I will never speak to her again. That being said the associate at the front desk was amazing and comforting and she made sure that somebody really awesome finished up my eyebrows and it saved my experience I also found her to be really compassionate. She set me up with a very nice woman named Coco who took over and did an amazing job and was also so sweet and I will work with her on my eyebrows from here on out. Aside from that one individual experience with that one person all of my experiences here have been nothing but stellar. I come here primarily because the vibe is so quiet and more relaxing and luxurious than many local nail salons, which when I actually get five minutes away from my toddlers is exactly what I need. I don't drive and the salon is not walking distance from my house like many other salons are but this place is so good that I actually have my husband drive me here on the weekends so that I can have this perfect experience. On top of this I have worked with both Leo and Andy for my nails and their ability to get the perfect shape should not be understated. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails since they have started doing them and I must say their ability to get a perfect oval and perfect coffin shape it's just unbelievable. I was very disheartening very upset over the experience that I had with Lily and it's bad enough that she hurt me but it's even worse that she yelled at me and yelled about me and made such a scene. However this place overall is so fantastic that I will not let the instability of one worker create a bad taste in my mouth when everything else is perfect. read more

Nice-looking, spacious venue with a wide color selection, and Heidi was nice for my child's mini mani-pedi. That's where the good ends. Our technicians were very pushy; both physically and in their general treatment. Vivi was mine and handed me a menu of pedicure services that started at $42. I had to ask three times for their most basic pedicure, and was told yes, the $42 one was it, so I asked outright, "Your most basic pedicure is $42?" And Heidi next to Vivi finally interrupted to say it's $29. I asked to try two colors to see which I wanted. Vivi couldn't open the second one after a brief effort likely due to the lotion on her hands so she threw it down and told me the other one is better anyways. I asked someone else to open it for us and ultimately chose that one. Also didn't clean off the sides of the nails. Nails started chipping that night (see pics) and were pretty dead by the next day. Easily the worst and simultaneously the most expensive nail experience I've ever had. read more
