Fast forward to the following day, when I arrived he proceeds to tell me that they are unable to take me and that they are now booked, which is understandable because it happens. Then he proceeds to forcibly tell me that he told me to come early and repeats himself several times. I'm by no means an argumentative person so I asked ok, well do you have any availability later. He responds by repeating forcibly that he told me to come early, and he remembers me, completely forgetting that I had originally called to book an appointment but was encouraged not to. I felt embarrassed and like I, the customer was put in the position to de-escalate. Completely embarrassed and unnecessary way of handling the situation. I loved Chloe but will not be returning.

I came in for a simple eyebrow wax and was assisted by a woman who is often at the front desk. Before we even started, I showed her a photo of my eyebrows from a previous appointment and explained that it was the exact look I wanted. Instead of listening, she immediately told me, "No, you don't want them too thin." That response caught me off guard because they are my eyebrows and the photo I showed her was literally a previous result that I was happy with. Rather than listening to my preferences, she repeatedly told me what she thought I wanted and seemed annoyed whenever I tried to explain otherwise. As I continued trying to communicate the look I was going for, she became visibly frustrated and said, "I'm going to find someone else for you." She then left the room, returned alone, and told me, "You know this is just waxing. This isn't permanent makeup." At that point, I was confused because I thought she was getting someone else who could better assist me. Instead, she expected me to continue the service after dismissing my concerns. When she told me to lay down, I declined. I went to the front, paid, and politely explained that I felt the situation was unacceptable. As a loyal customer who has supported this business , I expected basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I continued coming to this location was for Kim's pedicures anyways, which have always been great. However, based on today's experience, I can no longer recommend this salon.
