I paid cash because it's cheaper, and I honestly thought it was going to be more than that lol. Horrible! Worst pedicure ever! The older lady left my toenails uneven and did not even given me the color I chose. I wanted pink glitter and she gave me gold glitter. She also barely cut any length off nail even though I asked her three times! She left my right toe nail longer than my left. She also left one toe darker in color than the other. I wanted to cry....50.00 for a bad pedicure that Im stuck with until I have the time to fix. I'm not coming back. read more

You just never know what you will get here. When I have walked-in I have been assigned to Tiffany several times. On all occasions she doesn't listen to what I want she just does my nails the way she wants them to look. They are always uneven, one hand has shorter nails and the other long nails. Plus she never gives me the shape I want...so annoying. I only get my nails done occasionally now since Covid; however, I use to be a consistent customer at Serenity Nails. UPDATE 2/11/19: I went back for the same service, gel mani and toe polish change. I was seen right away. They now do have a few gel colors that have the matching regular polish for toes. Also their prices went up. It was $30 for my gel mani and $10 toe polish change. That's average but I appreciated the lower prices here in the neighborhood. Staff, as always, was friendly and made sure my nails were neat and I was satisfied with my color choice before they started painting. Will keep coming back! read more

This place is awful. I needed my dip nails taken off. I walk in and was the only customer, so I figured I would get good service. 5 minutes after getting there 3 other customers came in and were needing help. The nail tech helping me was the only one in the shop. After halfway finishing one of my nails she helped a lady get a pedicure started. She grabbed the sterile nail kit she got for me and USED IT FOR THE PEDICURE! After working on the pedicure lady for a little bit, she came back, with her gloves on, and continued to finish my nails. WITH THE DIRTY GLOVES ON!!The nail tech only soaked off one of my hands. The other she pried off with the fake nail. She left half of the dip on my nails, didn't provide any clear polish on top, and charged me $10 for this horrible and dirty service. I do not recommend this place! read more

I have NEVER in my life had a pedicure this amazing!!! All the scrubs and lotions and everything was amazing! The price was incredible for the amount of time and all the things included in the type of pedi I got. The nail tech I got was very kind and she did a great job at removing ingrown nails I had. I'm not from Texas, I came here as a trip from California but was in a desperate need of a fill and nail repairs, this salon was the closest to me with the best reviews. When I first came in, all the technicians were busy, but they let me know they would get to me as soon as possible. A technician showed up a couple minutes later barely coming in to work, and she began working on me immediately which I thought was nice of her to get to me right away. At first she was a bit rushing and sloppy, she dropped the box of nail tips and stopped to pick them up, which was a little rude in my opinion. She also didn't ask me what shape I wanted or what length I wanted, she just showed me the nail after cutting them whether I liked it or not. She also didn't really make conversation, she occasionally talked to the other employees. For the most part she did a really good job and always made sure I did like the nails every step of the way and asked if I wanted to change anything, she worked very quickly and efficiently and I was out of there within an hour or so. She gave me 3 coats of the gel color I chose. Overall she was a great manicurist and I wouldn't mind coming here again, if I lived here of course! read more

Without a doubt the best place to get a gel full set around here! I believe the guy who does the best is named Tony, but I am not 100% sure.. Regardless, he has done my nails several times and is always very meticulous and focused on his work. I always go for coffin nails and he shapes them exactly right, and never rushes to get the job done. I cannot recommend him enough, he's just the best!! Gel nails anyone? A friend and I decided to try out this new place and get mani/pedis. We were told gel nails last about 2-3 weeks, so why not try it? The women are extremely friendly and joked around, a refreshing change from the typical quiet nail technician. Three weeks later, my nails had no chips in sight! I was very impressed because I work with my hands a lot, so broken nails are the usual. I am a gel nail fan now, especially since they work with your natural nails! Make sure they clean your nails with alcohol after the application because there may be a sticky residue after drying. The prices are reasonable with a manicure starting at $12 and a gel french manicure at $30 (they were having a 20% off special since they recently opened). Enjoy! read more

Whenever I'm in Fort Worth, I always go to this location for my gel mani and regular pedi. Service is always efficient and high quality. The employees are all friendly. I decided to check this place out since it is super close to my house. I came in on a Thursday around 630pm, it wasn't too busy. I was attended to right away. This time I only came in for a pedicure. Once I sat on the chair I was asked what kind of pedicure I would like and offered something to drink. The technician was friendly and did a great job. Very, very happy with my experience at this salon. I had an appointment with Tony for Dip Powder and a pedicure. The salon is clean, tranquil and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The girl who did my pedicure offered me something to drink before she began the service - she was meticulous and thorough. My feet feel and look great. They didn't talk much which I prefer cuz we just wanted to relax. Did an okay job on the nail polish but they were really thorough on cleaning the dead skin off your feet and heels.
