I was really impressed with this business. I stopped in after work to get a set replaced that was not up to par from another shop. I was pleased to have Nick as my tech and he didn't great job. I showed him a picture online and he was able to recreate the look pretty accurately. Overall the cost for the service was very solid and I was pleased with the price. The shop was busy, and that was nice to see. There was the standard reel of shows on a tv (pets here) that was enjoyable enough. There was a bit of a smell, but the shop is well maintained and clean. I should've walked out the door as soon as I got in 1- no one at the front door , but there was 3-4 other employees in the back chairs, feet up & phones out 2- no clear place on prices 3- nail polishes old. The oil was separate from the color All I wanted was a pedicure, they immediately told me to go to the back once I picked a color I told the lady - she didn't introduce herself - all I wanted was a basic pedicure. She said ok but didn't explain to me what was part of it. I was expecting some kind of scrub, lotion and a massage (is typically what's part of a basic pedicure with an actual sugar scrub) The whole pedicure was easy 20mins & I'm not sure if she was rushed because I came in an hour before closing - which I knew would be some kind of factor - She used a very plain, cheap lotion for the "massage" which was absolutely horrible. They charged me $30 for the whole thing There was no sugar scrub. No actual massage. Service was bad. Experience was bad. I was better off going somewhere else, rather than picking something close to my house. Never going back. read more

A quaint and nice salon next to a coffee shop and Thai restaurant. The nail techs are nice and some are more talkative than others. Linda did my pedi and she did an excellent job. I had even messed up one of my nails and asked her if she could fix it. She did so and didn't seemed bothered by the fact I had messed it up. A gentleman completed my nails. I went to get my nails done here for my graduation and i was extremely disappointed. I had them put tips on and i wanted them in the shape of coffins, but as you can see from the picture, they're awful. Not even in length or shape, they look like something i could get from a child. While doing my nails, the tech whom i believe is named Cathy, repeatedly cut the sides of my fingers while shaping my nails. After i left, i had dried blood on the sides of my thumb and middle finger. Not even three hours after leaving this awful establishment, the nail on my pinky broke. so i went back up to the salon, and while i was trying to tell this new nail tech, "Andy", what had happened, he interrupted me several times and refused to let me finish a single sentence. I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. I will not be coming back here. Also , i don't believe they use proper sanitation when cleaning their products. not once did i see any form of sanitation. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. It isn't the worst place in the world but their customer service and professionalism needs a lot of work. It's clearly family owned /family-based salon and they get away with a lot of the same behaviors by manipulating their customers and silencing them. They take advantage of their new customers and familiar faces and then once you call them out it becomes chaos. Great place for routine pedicures but not so much for manicures. Some of the staff really know how to do nails like an art while others do not try even when you're the one paying. I had one lady say she couldn't do my French nail design, it's "too hard" and would take "too long." Also I asked for acrylic and she did powder. But anytime I went to Kenny or Andy, they always do wonders and I leave pleased to show off my nails. I first went to another popular salon and couldn't even get anyone to acknowledge me. I walked outside got back on yelp and found this place. Called and they said they could get me in. As soon as I walked in they acknowledged me and got me into a chair quickly and even offering a beverage. After quoting me my price (I paid before the service was done), midway through my nails she said for coffin it would be an extra $5. I don't know why she didn't tell me prior to stating . After the application of the color powder my nails were very hot and they burned. I paid a total of $48, the nails came out pretty okay but the service was horrible.
