The worst salon I've ever been too. I came in about 6pm and asked if they had time, since they closed at 7:30. They did not greet me, they just sort of waved at me to go sit. I should have left then. I hesitantly sat down. The chair was dirty looking and the technicians were rushed, which caused them to cause me to bleed twice Once with the grinder on my second toe and then with the buffer on my thumb. They then acted as if my injuries were already there. It made the experience painful. Nothing was relaxing. I did not get offered anything to drink and half way thru I asked if I could get the chair massage and they kept saying sure... just one minute. I turned it on myself. I will never go back and it wasn't even worth letting management know. Stay away... I feared a potential infection my entire trip. To sum up this short novel, LIARS, BAD LISTENERS, and GASLIGHTERS. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my service here. If I'm being honest it is a joke. When I stopped by I noticed this salon was lower quality than what I'm used to but I decided to give it a chance. I want to share my experience because I feel completely gutted right now that I wasted my money and my Saturday night in this hole in the wall. I have been able to over look a lot in the past but I cannot let this slide. Tina, I just want to say one thing, you cannot lie to customers and expect to get away with it. I asked for a nice maroon red and she came back with a very very VERY dark plum chocolate color. When I asked her if it was the same color that I picked out she said "yes..." I asked her to bring back the sample, so I could confirm this was in fact the same color and she then owned up to lying and told me they were out of stock in the color I wanted. WITHOUT telling me they were out, she brought back a completely different color without telling me or asking me if there was another color I liked. First and foremost I was LIED to right off the bat. This should have been an indication of leave immediately because you cannot to business with LIARS. I also got an expensive pedicure. When I asked Rose who was doing my pedicure, go not use hot stone, she started with the hot stone anyways even after acknowledging that I asked her not to use hot stone... When I asked her to massage my legs a little bit harder she got an attitude with me because her hands are "not strong enough" and that it "hurt her hands ." I mean this in the nicest way possible but if you don't like giving massages maybe you shouldn't be giving pedicures... if you're not capable of giving pedicures then give it up. I wasn't going to write this review until I noticed this... When I got to a restaurant after leaving this nail salon, I went to scratch my back and my thumb nail bent in half... In this point of time, I thought maybe it was just one that was bad... Boy was I wrong... I started lightly pressing on the nails and I could physically feel that they were mushy. Like quick sand almost. I could feel the Nexgen and glue move when I pressed on it. I then started to lightly bend the other nails to test their durability and they BROKE IN HALF. Y'all, this is not even one hour after leaving the salon. I started to press on them some more and my figure tips were leaving marks on the nails. The nails were so mushy that I was able to bend them without breaking them. They did not snap, they bent like taffy. Either this powder was extremely expired or the wrong type of glue was used. I have NEVER had this happen in my 15 years of getting my nails done. I will be going back tomorrow and requesting a full refund as I am appalled at the service I received today. I wasn't going to say anything about my experience, but to have my nails bend in half on me is unacceptable... customers be aware... you've been warned. I came in to get a relaxing pedicure but instead I got a staph infection in BOTH of my big toes. I'll start with the positives first- my boyfriend also got a pedicure and he had a great time and we both really loved talking to the girl that was doing his toes. The man doing my nails poked and prodded relentlessly (despite me obviously being in pain) and asked me semi-inappropriate questions that even the other nail tech scoffed at. I went to an urgent care the very next day because my big toes were swollen, red, and oozing with a yellowy-white pus. Sure enough, two toes with staph infections. The doctor said it's a good thing I caught it so fast because if I had waiting longer, they might have had to remove my entire toenail. Since I can't give 0 stars, I guess the 1 will get the point across. The experience at the salon was not bad, just the aftermath!! After communicating my issue with the Spa they did end up reimbursing me for my pedicure and the owner was VERY understanding and apologetic! read more

The lady that was doing my nails was very unprofessional and rude. She didn't take the time to listen to what I was saying, and she didn't take the time to check to make sure all my nails were even. There was still residue left on my nails from when she was filing, but yet she still proceeded to put the clear polish over it. I paid 90 dollars for both my toes and nails. The owner knew that there was a problem, but only gave me five dollars off because by the time she was done with my nails there was they were closing and no one could fix it. I came here since I was in the area for brunch and wanted to get my nails done. The reviews were good so I trusted that they could do a good mani with dip and tips. The staff was very nice and welcoming which I do appreciate. However, the service I received was not that great. As much as I love the color, the nails on my left hand are crooked and my right index is uneven. During my manicure Ryan cut majority of my cuticles with the drill multiple times and continued even after I flinched and bled. Even today my cuticles are sore and burn when touched by anything. Rose gave me an UH-MAZING pedicure. She was very attentive. Her massage was not lightweight (or just phoning it in like some people). She asked if I wanted more pressure- I didn't; it was PERFECT! I got the collagen pedicure and my feet/legs look great! The receptionist was incredibly helpful, soft-spoken, and a true joy to interact with. I made a same day appointment with my sisters nail tech with ease so I could my nails done for a wedding I'll be attending this upcoming weekend. Once inside I was seated right away, they weren't busy at all seeing how it was a Monday. I'm visiting from out of town and during my stay I needed to have them done because they were grown out. Amy was my nail tech who greeted me with a smile. Once she sat down we discussed what I wanted the work began. I got a French ombré using their pink color #85 and a white. I was offered a drink while I was getting my nails done, one of the many reason I love Texas nail salons. My Experience: Amy started on my nails and within 3 minutes got a phone call, she looked at me and said, I'm sorry, and proceeded to pull her air pod holder out of her pocket and popped one in her ear. I figured it could been a client that needed assistance, which I understand in this industry you have to multi-task sometimes. I smiled and said, okay no problem. The conversation quickly turned from professional to personal when the language changed. The conversation kept going throughout the nails service. I started feeling very irritated as it's very unprofessional to be on the phone while you have a client in front of you. I'm paying you for your undivided time, not so you can have a personal conversation while you do my nails. Amy was talking on the phone, she was rushing through my nails. Every step seemed to be a Mach speed making me feel unimportant as a client. She literally rushed through the filing and left my nails looking fat with no shape. They look like press on nails if you want me to be completely honest. I had enough of the disrespect so I started talking to her asking her questions trying to engage with her. She seemed irritated like I was interrupting her conversation. Her answers were forced like she didn't even want to reply. This irritated me even more, but I don't care because it was rude and disrespectful, period. Amy would mute the person on the phone to answer me and then unmute the phone. Seeing how she's my sisters nail lady I didn't go the route I wanted too, so I just kept talking to her so she had no choice but to talk back with me. Towards the end of the service Amy finally set her phone aside. I had her talking to me so much she didn't have a chance to talk whoever was on the phone. My ombré finish looked very good, however, the nails look more like fat acrylic nails, rather a natural manicured nail. The shape is unsatisfactory to me. Some may like the way it looks, however, this is not what I requested. Again, the ombré design was spot on and looks great. I paid my tab and tipped her $10 cash. I didn't want to cause waves because like I said this my sisters usual person. Once I got home, later in the evening my nail beds started throbbing. This is due to her taking to much of my nail bed off while drilling. I immediately contacted my sister and told her about what happened and her reply was she couldn't believe it. She said, Amy has never done that to her and she usually takes her air pod out of her ear while she's in her chair. So my question is, why does Amy think she can get away with this with me? My sister was very befuddled about this and couldn't explain it kept apologizing. I told her she didn't need to apologize but she felt bad because that has never been her experience. To conclude my review I will say this, as a licensed cosmetology instructor, I'm appalled at the customer service that shown to me, especially knowing that I was a faithful clients sister. $55 +$10 cash tip = $65 Take heed and steer clear. I have been patronizing this establishment FAITHFUL since I moved to the Alliance area about a year ago. Jenny and Sherry are absolutely the best and I have of highly recommend Sherry! Today, I had a 4:30 appointment with Sherry for dip. I arrived at 3:30 bc I wanted to get a gel color change on my toes. I am not exaggerating when I say it literally took Lynn 1 HOUR and 25 MINUTES to ONLY PAINT MY TOES! This was by far my worst experience at a nail salon! She did not soak my gel polish off, instead she drilled it off causing an uncomfortable sensation bc she was filing my natural nails. Then she added about 5 coats of gel polish AND top coat to only my two big toes bc the top coat kept leaving a cloudy residue. I told her that it was too thick and more pigmented than the other toes, so she removed the polish...as she should have done originally. As Sherry completed my nails, despite the language barrier, it was obvious that she was talking crap about me. When Sherry finished my nails, I checked out my toes only to found that one of my unevenly files big toes lacked a top coat. The way she cut the pink part off too short just made my nails look very chunky and the white tip part is way to long. I just asked for french acrylics. It's almost as the curve part that create the line of the two colors is too straight. There's not enough arch to give off the natural nail look. This is my second time here, first visit was OKAY, since the massage was done well, but, the gel polish was left too transparent. Today, I gave this place a second chance and again I was disappointed. When returning back into my vehicle so I can put on my glasses, this is when I noticed all the left over gel on the side of my skin. Quite a messy job for what I paid and tipped. Here's the problem, when I pay $117.00, I expect for my nails to look neat, and not messy with the sides of my nails not being polished completely. Also, the cat eye wasn't done the right way, many of nails aren't cat eye noticable. Gel should not be applied to the cuticle or skin or left to dry in those areas. I want the owner to read this review and take it without getting offended. Maybe check the final work of his/her employee's.
