I went here to get just regular acrylic nails filled and the color changed....both people working here were so confused!! They kept asking if they were dipped or gel!! I kept telling them they were not that they are just regular acrylics... they finally just said they didn't have the right stuff to fill them!! Really?!?!? This is by far the best nail place I've ever been too. They always make sure you're comfortable and are having a good time. I can't remember the lady's name but she was super funny and made me laugh. My friend and I were going to get gel manis but she insisted that we have dip because it's better for our nails and we trust her so we did and was happy with the results. They're also super careful and gentle when they handle your feet and hands. 10/10 recommend read more

This was my first time here and the service was great. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them and I have no complaints. They really make sure you're getting what you want. I have to drive thirty minutes to get to them and it's definitely worth the drice and I'll definitely be going back! Awful experience. I'm not sure how they do on nails but I am sure about how they do on eyebrows and if they're just as rushed and inconsiderate O don't recommend coming here. I came in to get my eyebrows done and they said they could so they had me sit and wait I didn't mind the 15 minute wait bc I wasn't working that day. She then rushed me into the back basically slapped some wax on my eyelids not even near my eyebrows and called it good. I'm not one to stand up for myself or say much so i paid and went on my way. I looked in the mirror in my car and realized she had taken half of one of my eyebrows off so i went back in crying my eyes out insisting i shouldn't have to pay she raised hell but eventually gave me my money back. IF YOU DONT HAVE THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT YOU AHOULDNT HAVE TAKEN ME AS AS A CLIENT. read more

Came to this place for the first time a couple days ago and I'm actually pretty disappointed. Originally I was trying to get flames done and my nail technician told me she couldn't so I asked "what about lighting strikes" and I was told she could do that. Well half way through I realize she is doing a completely other design. I mean it was looking cute so I was cool with it. But upon close inspection I noticed that all of my nails are different lengths and overall looking at them it looks more like she wanted to try something new on each nail. Which makes it look like I just got a bunch of different stuff going on. I could also tell that she rushed through them and they look sloppy and all I can say if do go here do not let the owner touch your nails unless you wanna pay $55 for $20 nails. read more

Usually when I go the people are ladies are super friendly and my nails are decent depending on who does them. By far Emma is the best nail tech there. She talks to you and seems to genuinely enjoy when we come in. Now the owner... she usually walks around with a look like she smelled something bad. Which isn't really an issue just a little off putting l. I had the misfortune of having her as my mail tech the last time I went in. She didn't soak my nails off instead she ripped them off with mother nail. She used a fake nail to get under mine and pulled the whole nail off including some of my natural nail. She was super rough and even cut me with a nail file which I had never had happen in my life! When I pointed it out to her all she did was put some oil on it and said yeah would help the bleeding. She was in such a rush you'd think it was Super Market Sweep. The two stars I'm giving are for the other ladies that have helped me in the past bc they're just super helpful and friendly even if some of them don't speak the best English. I appreciate all of them but I just can't bring myself to go back to an establishment where I was treated so roughly by the owner. I won't be going back. read more

I was skeptical about coming to this place to get a fill because, I hate spending money on my nails and I am not satisfied the next day or few days later. Well, the lady who worked there, her name was Two I told her that I needed a fill, she said I know what you need and it's dip powder. long story short, I trusted Two and I decided to get it. And I love it!! I had gel polish which was fading!! But it's been two weeks and my nails are still fabulous as if it was the first day. She told me it last 3-4 weeks and it'll be $30. I had a full set, soaked off my old acrylic nails and it was $35. The color selection is huge. I'm so happy I did the drip poweder nails. I also heard it's healthy for your nails and provides vitamins to your nails. I am hard on my nails with working, cleaning around the house and washing my hands all the time. read more

They made me bleed. Today was my 2nd pedicure here. The first was very nice, except they used a used pumice stone and a used nail file. The other tools were pulled from sanitized warmers. Today was HORRIBLE! She made my toe bleed by continuing to cut my toenail too short AFTER I pulled my foot away. TWICE. If something hurts why keep doing it... then proceeded to use used pumice stones and emery boards again. LADIES ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSES NAIL AND SKIN DEBRIS ON IT! She did not remove all of the paraffin wax from my legs, and I had polish all over the skin surrounding my toes with no clean up. No base coat. No top coat. read more

Depending on what nail tech you get it varies. I've had amazing nails done by one of the guys and a not so great one done by a female. They are really good at remembering your face if you are a repeat customer which is nice. read more

They were busy the last time we were in and still showed hospitality, with smiles, we waited a little bit. But once we got back in the chairs, they were very fast and prompt. My mom swears by this place & says Cindy always takes care of her. So we of course came here when we had to get our nails done for a wedding I was in, even though Cindy couldn't take us. I elected to spring for gel because I figured the investment would be worth my while in regards to look, feel, and strength. Ended up spending $140 for the two of us to get our nails done, plus a good tip for both of our techs. They put the requested gel on our toes and never cured them with the UV lamp, and instead told us to let them dry for a couple of hours. We let them dry for 4 hours (which is what we were advised by ours techs) before we put shoes on--our toes ended up ruined and now look terrible. My fingers didn't even last a week and I did nothing but relax on my vacation, 0 abuse...mundane tasks like getting dressed would catch on the raised edge and take them off. Every single nail ended up coming off, which obviously destroyed my nails because the gel was not properly soaked off where it did properly bond with the nail. I wish I could have gone back to get them fixed before I went 1,500 miles back home. Not only did I get disappointed on first visit, but they lost a household of women who consistently give them business. It's not often you feel the urge to dump that kind of money on yourself. But I know for sure myself, my family, or anyone else who ever asks for a recommendation will not be doing it here. So very upset. read more

They're nice people & their work "looks" good. However, I will not be back. I got dip powder (have for over a year & it always lasts me 3 weeks), within 2 days, 2 nails had already fallen off. Went to just get all of them taken off, they wouldn't do it so I explained I wasn't going to be happy if I had to come back again this week... but they just wanted to fix the 2 & sent me out the door. So here we are barely a week later & 3 more have come off. Called saying I want them removed, yet the owner just wants to replace the ones that fell off again. Nobody has time to go to the nail salon 4 times a week & nobody wants to walk around with 3 missing nails. Not happy with the quality!!! read more

Michael is my fav & I won't let anyone else do my nails. Tu is amazing & she's so welcoming. they have huge varieties for any type of nails you want.
