She's very polite and holds a great conversation. I've been in NC since July 2024 and this is the first time I've absolutely loved my nails! She made sure to give me accurate prices. They still had plenty of time before closing, yet chose to move on to another pedicure instead. Very unprofessional and disappointing treatment for a returning customer. I must add that they gave me a cute flower on my birthday thus three stars, but I likely won't be back. Next day update: I got a call from the manager of the store apologizing for the inconvenience which I genuinely think was very thoughtful of her to review the security in the name of customer service. However, my last time, what really made me not want to go back. I got a gel x manicure and a gel.Pedicure and it was done poorly. The acrylic nails were fine.However my toes were not. The nail tech did the wrong color and I mentioned it three times and was dismissed. As I was leaving, I very much noticed the difference and brought it to the attention of the staff. It seemed like the nail tech got upset due to the lack of communication, but I felt very uncomfortable. And dismissed because I had mentioned this several times and the lack of communication made the layers way too much. They ended up putting the layers that I needed to make the right shade. However, because there were so many layers, the nail polish ended up not being dry.Even like fifteen minutes after leaving. My toes because of this were essentially chipped, and the nail polish was stripped as I walked. This was very frustrating because it could have been avoided. Because of the issue with the nail polish, it ended up taking much much longer than expected. And that also cut into my work.And I had to reschedule a client because of it. I know people make mistakes.However, I wish that I was heard at the first time. That would have saved my nails being done incorrectly. That would have saved my extra time it took.

We then waited another 45 minutes for the pedicures to begin. Not only was the wait time ridiculous, the service was mediocre at best. Service felt rushed and the person doing my particular pedicure (perhaps the owner/manager) kept getting interrupted to tend to other customers arriving for appointments. Clearly they just overbook and have no intention of honoring the appointment time. 'We will get to you when we get to you' seems to be the reality. This is the second time we experienced this exact same nonsense and there will not be a third! Highly disappointed!

I have never been treated like this in this salon before. And never will be again. This nail salon has no price list in sight. I asked the price and I got no solid answer. I had my natural short nails buffed and cuticles trimmed, adjust lengths. My nails are short & natural. I had them remove the gel polish for my pedicure, very basic just soak, buff feet and the polish. I waited more than an hour before having my face and half leg wax. The lady who waxes kept taking customers while I waited and waited and waited. They had said it would be 10 minutes before and so by now they have lied by omission, and overtly lied about the time. I waited no less than an hour with nowhere comfortable to sit. They had the nerve to charge me 178.00! Plus I gave them tip!!! Had I had access to a price list I might have made different decisions. I just called and was told the face and half leg wax was $95 ??? Never ever have they charged me more than $40 for this 15-20 minute service. My bad...I let them take advantage of me with a smile on my face and tip in my hand. I thought on my way home maybe they needed the money really badly? Has anyone else had this experience there? So lesson learned. Shady, very shady.
