Ok, so let me start off by saying this place is super cute, clean, technicians are super attentive. Called and ask for same day appointment for 2 people for gel manicures. No problem. 10 minutes later , walked in everyone smiled and greeted us. Good start. Chose our colors. We were in the seat within 5 minutes. What a relaxing experience. I love a more natural mani no polish. My mom loves deep colors. Great selection of colors, different techniques of nail enhancements, prices reasonable, metered parking available. Terrible experience. The day before my father's funeral I tried to make an appointment at Nail'Tique. They have an online system that sends you a text after you choose a time slot saying "Your appt request is being reviewed." Hours later, I still did not receive confirmation whether my request was accepted or not. I texted to ask, and received the inexplicable message that there was no way for them to confirm my appointment through the online system, but I did, indeed have the appointment. Which I was supposed to know...through telepathy? I showed up at my appointment time, and the door was locked, but you could see two people inside getting their nails done. The place seemed a little run-down, and it was a bit alarming that they had to keep the door locked. The technician I had made the appointment with, Whitley, let me in, and said I should pick my color and sit down. She said she was running a little behind. I said no problem. I distracted myself on my phone until I noticed that a good amount of time had passed - 20 minutes, 25 minutes, 30 minutes, and she was still slowly working on the woman in the chair. I got up and asked very politely how much more time it would be. Whitley said, "A little while." I said, "Can you tell me about how long?" She said, "Maybe 15 more minutes." She did not apologize for the wait, or seem at all concerned. If you're a walk-in, it's definitely not usual to have to wait, but why give appointments if they don't actually mean anything? I left very upset, having wasted a block of time on an evening when I had little of it - I was in charge of my dad's funeral and also writing the eulogy, so I was also on the verge of tears, and this place did not seem to give a crap- and I had to quickly come up with a Plan B. I drove to the Stroud Mall and took a chance on the nail salon in there, NailTrix. Within 90 seconds of arriving I was in a chair, and had the best main/pedi I've had in a long time for less money. My advice would be SKIP THIS PLACE AND GO TO THE MALL. read more

The only place I will get my Dip mani, Pedi, and eyebrow wax! Quality service every time. It is by appointment only. They do take walkins if they have availability. I've been coming to Nail'Tique salon since the opening, approximately 1 to 2 years ago. I recently tried another nail salon; the owner at Nail'Tique Vianca was not able to see me Right away. I needed A dip manicure unexpectedly. Needless to say, I will never stray from Nailtique salon again. My nails come out perfect every time. You get what you pay for! Super disappointed. My manicure was amazing till I get to the pedicure part. The young lady was not experienced I was there for three hours for a pedicure that was so off. I I would recommend to get manicures with the owner or Stephanie but pedicures absolutely not. This picture says it all. My daughter wanted to get her first set of nails and she picked this place. By far the best experience with a salon I've had. We have been to them regularly now and I will not go anywhere else. My original review for this place was taken down by the moderator since i wrote it under my husband's account. Now I had to write it again under mine. I normally don't give reviews but I really feel strongly about this place. If I can give this place a zero star I would. I had the most horrible experience. I made an appointment for my daughter but had to wait for almost half an hour for a specific person that I didn't ask for. So what's the point of making an appointment. I wasn't a walk in. I noticed that the others that walk in after me were taken right away. That's when I got up and asked to confirm the time of my appointment. I was told that the person assigned to my daughter was running behind with another client. Had they informed me upon arrival that the nail tech was running behind, I would have cancelled since we were supposed to be at a tree lighting ceremony which we missed due to the wait. You would think that they would know how long each person would take per appointment. I don't think the assigned nail tech even realized she had an appointment with my daughter. After she was done with her client, she took a break. So we had to wait some more. That's when I think it was the owner (not sure) who stepped in and started off my daughter's nails. Mind you there were other available nail techs who started leaving since they were done. Any available nail tech could have done my daughter's nails. I was quoted $28 for a full set of acrylic but when it came to check out, I was charged $45. The breakdown on the receipt (as pictured) does not reflect the pricing in their poster. The poster states that it starts at $28, my receipt started at $35. The individual up-charges for the medium length and the ballerina shape is not reflected on the poster. I didn't see it there. The $28 full set of acrylic is straight out of a box with nothing done to it. Everything after that is extra. Having length is extra and giving it shape is also extra. Very misleading pricing. Will never go back there again. Not worth it. I could go somewhere reasonably priced and better treatment. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, the Service was terrible, not a single customer in the store and I was rudely asked if I had an appointment. I hesitated going to a nail salon without any yelp reviews, but I really needed a mani and pedi. The salon did not disappoint! The owner was very nice and thorough. She did a great job decorating. Adorable and comfortable chairs for mani and pedicures. Plastic bags in the soaking bowls for pedicures and a tv playing enjoyable music videos. All mellow music. Not horrible loud club music. Her polish is even somewhat arranged by color. Two minor complaints -- no magazines and the smell of polish was very overwhelming when I walked in. Neither would stop me from coming back. It's a great nail salon where you will not be rushed and you will get fantastic service. I even was offered a glass of wine. I hope they have a long and successful business. read more

Cute & clean. I was there once. Girls are sweet but only 3 on staff at time I went. I tried to go back a few different times but there was always a long wait. Hopefully they get a larger staff to accommodate, would love to go back. Fair prices, nice work read more
