This place is nice. But they prioritize rushing and doing it fast than doing a good job. My pedicure I loved, great treatment and attention. I liked that they put a timer for the massage. But my mani was horrible. Very rushed. Didn't check first with the shape before she finished. Next time I'll remember to check. But she didn't give me what I asked. Then she messed up my thumb. It was all bumpy from the first time she tried fixing it by painting over and over it but that didn't fix it you could see the visible bumps. That nail broke within a week and color started peeling off. It's not even 2 weeks yet and my nails are already chipping and color is massively peeling off. I'm used to shellac lasting me 3-4 weeks. This is the least they've ever lasted for me. You could have thought they were just regular manicure no shellac. No attention to detail or professionalism. Didn't like Mimi. Pedicures were great! Let's get this off the table right now. I am a dude. Being a dude with 3 females in the house...this was like Thanos...inevitable. Some things may be a little gross to some people, so I will try and keep this as PG as possible. I wanna sound tough...but if you have an ingrown toe nail...It can be as painful as having your hand nailed accidentally to a fence (don't ask how I know this...long story) and needs some attention before infection sets in. One in my house suffers from the same affliction. Deciding not to pay a Mercedes payment to the foot doctor, the wife highly recommended Nina (YAY NINA) to get the blasted thing removed. I do not know what she put on my feet to numb them. But she had a solid..."chunk" of the nail out before I knew what was happening. No wonder the pain was so daggum unbearable. Anywho...pain relief was virtually instantaneous. I thanked Nina for her services and about to get up to leave and was promptly yet politely told to park my keister meester. She told me "You pay for pedicure...you get pedicure". Probably one of the most diabolical tortures of my 40+ years of callus building on my feet. She might as well have taken a belt sander to them. Nina was happy and talkative and fun. I like that. And I am ticklish on my feet. See previous reviews of mine for my "Don't you dare judge me" clause of my reviews. Having finished grinding (and I literally mean grinding) my feet...I was out of pain...Nina was happy...and you cannot help but smile when Nina does. I always come to BNB whenever I need a manicure and pedicure because the girls at the front and the guy are always very friendly. This time, my pedicure was done by Lee and she was very kind and attentive. However, I had a really bad experience with my manicure. I believe the manicure tech's name was Jenny. She did my nails in a rush, and when I checked them, I told her she had applied way too much product. My nails looked uneven with big bumps at the tips. She tried filing them several times, but they still looked very bad. They also sit you down for your pedicure while doing your manicure at the same time. Jenny kept placing the lamp on top of my nails and moving my hands around, which ruined the polish. She kept repainting them and putting them under the lamp again. Even though I mentioned it, I felt ignored. At that point, I had already been sitting for two hours and just wanted to leave. Lee, who was doing my pedicure, noticed my manicure and was the only one who actually acknowledged that my nails looked bad. She told me she would let the guy know so someone could fix them. Jenny then came back upset, saying she had asked me if everything was fine and that it was my fault I wasn't satisfied, and now she had to redo everything. She rushed through it, barely filed the nails, cut me with the machine, and again applied too many layers of polish. She also kept putting my hands under the lamp repeatedly. Overall, the manicure experience was very disappointing. And even though I don't understand their language, I could tell she was upset... she kept talking, looking at me, and laughing, which felt very disrespectful. read more

I came in for a Signature Pedi and Mani expecting to get what I paid for, but that did NOT happen. The staff seemed nice when I walked in, but once I was in the chair, everything went downhill. During my mani, she completely skipped the hot stones and then rushed through the polish, leaving my nails uneven, streaky, and just plain sloppy. When I asked if the price could at least be adjusted to the classic ($20) instead of the signature ($28) since I DIDN'T receive the service I paid for, she flat-out refused. Her excuse? That I "should've said something" while she was skipping steps. Excuse me?! Why would I have to remind someone to actually do their job--especially when I'm paying for it? At the end of the day, I still paid (because I'm not about to sit there and argue), but the whole thing was ridiculous. Customer service was good everyone was nice. I got a refill on my toes (all shellac) and requested a soak off, no new set on my nails. I paid $103, the soak off was $15 itself. What I'm most confused about is that there is still acrylic residue on my nails, despite paying for a soak off. They also asked if I wanted to cut and shape my nail after the soak off, I said yes, and my nails look all irregular. I don't know why I paid $15 if the residue is still on my nails. I used to love this place, I used to only come here for manicures and pedicures, and when I needed it also eyebrow waxing. I went in today and had a horrible experience with my eyebrows. My eyebrows are naturally thick and full. This time I came in because they were a little messy, and didn't want to mess them up myself. I left today with close to no eyebrows, again my natural eyebrows are thick... I don't know if it was just the lady who did them, but I knew something was wrong when my left eyebrow (the one with almost no hair) started hurting while waxing (as if she pulled so much hair). Aside from this, I also got a drop of wax on my cheek. Spent $75 on a nail fill, not even two days later the tip of my nail chipped. Of course I went in to get it fixed, and when I sat down, the woman who approached me was unwelcoming didn't say anything to me except for. Did you hit your nail on something? when she was done applying acrylic to my nail, she barely bothered to file it so that it could look like the rest of my nails when I asked her to file that she act as if she didn't want to and it was hesitant so I told her I'd do it myself and that's exactly what I did. I paid $75 for a fill and literally went back the next day to file my own now after spending that type of money normally the staff is good with their hospitality, but today was a whole different staff. I called to make an appointment on Tuesday August Fifth to get a fill with Hannah as well as getting a pedicure. Then on Sunday, August 10 the day of my appointment I called at 12:45 to confirm that Hannah was still available at 3 PM for my nails and pedicure and she said yes. I arrived at 3 PM and they told me that no I had changed my appointment to 330 which I had not. Then he told me it would only be 15 minutes late and I said I want to sit in the chair getting ready for the pedicure so I could relax and read my kindle and finally at 3:45 Hannah came to start my pedicure. Unacceptable. I asked for a discount and they gave 10% which is lame considering the amount of time I waited especially with an appointment. I will not go back. I was taken aback by the little form you have to fill out when coming in because my nail place is small and homey where this place screams get you in and out. They are getting five stars because of Lily she was truly amazing. I went to the restroom and when I came out she said she was moving me to another spot so I could relax and it was the best thing ever. Being that I had just come off a flight the quite in a busy nail shop was exactly what I needed. I only got a pedicure but it was by far the best pedicure I have ever received. Hello- I wanted to share photos of an injury sustained at your facility. I had a pedicure yesterday- myself and my 2 sisters. Ryan was my attendant. He was very careless and cut me really bad. He didn't tend to it or tell anyone. Just proceeded to paint my nails. When I was checking out they asked me if everything was ok today and I said no. I told them Ryan cut me and my foot was bleeding. She asked if he out medicine on it. He did not. He only Offered me a bandaid and acted like that was a big deal. The lady at the counter rang me up. Full price. I didn't even get a full pedicure or the massage I requested and they still rang me up for my pedicure and the gel- asked me for about 60.00 for service that left me bleeding all over your chair. I bled Thru my bandaid on the way home. Then I took off the bandaid and washed the area and put medicine on it and another bandaid. My foot is throbbing non stop. It hurts to walk and there is no way I can wear anything but a flip flop right now. It seems to me that there should be a protocol for cuts and maybe Ryan needs some training on paying attention so he doesn't cut anyone else. read more

I was so upset with my appointment today. I had a manicure appointment at 11am with Tina. I checked in and sat down. At 11:08am one of the front desk girls takes me to the manicure table. After a few minutes she comes back and tells me that Tina is finishing up a pedicure and it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait time, if that was ok? Or did I want someone else? I replied, "Well, there's nothing I can do of it wasnt ok." I told her I would wait for Tina. By the time I knew it, it was already 11:43am. I asked again how much longer it would be? The front desk girl was very apologetic but was giving me excuses that Tina's earlier appt kept adding things on. That is why it was taking so long, and Tina didn't let them know. I sat there the whole time and never received my complementary drink until I finally had to ask for it. Tina didn't get around to doing my appt until 11:51am. I didn't want to try anyone new because I had been to Tina before and was happy with her work. I was getting my nails done for my daughters HS graduation and the party we were having after and didn't want to take a chance on someone new for this special occasion. In hindsight, I should have. My nails look dull and don't shine at all. She started my gel manicure at 11:51am, and finished at 12:29pm. This was not the service I was used to from past experiences. At checkout, they didn't even offer to discount my service for my inconvenience. I had to ask, and they only gave me 10% off. read more

I've been to about 4 other nail salons in the area over the past year. This is by far the best one. I usually get the dip and when my nails grow I don't have any problems. I don't have lifts, snags or breakage. I'm hard on my nails too. I don't live worrying about my nails. They are also very nice and serve an alcoholic beverage while you are there. read more

However, it seems they forget to check the complimentary drink portion of the receipt so I had to ask for the drink in person, also I noticed that some technicians don't wear gloves. Some people probably don't care but I personally prefer that they wear gloves. My point is why would you even sayo that you guys can do the design or you're looking for someone to do the design when it was already established that someone could do a design! Every other woman in there were getting basic pedicures we got the most expensive pedicures and manicure in the entire building, and it was subpar. We definitely never mind spending the money or tipping what is needed in order to compensate for the great service but this was definitely a horrible experience. I went here before my Vegas trip last year and LOVED the acrylic set I got. We've been stuck In the house for over a month due to Covid, so I felt this was the perfect time to celebrate and treat ourselves after a difficult time. I came back here today with my husband, and I left disappointed. I first must say my pedicure by Apple was awesome. BUT.. I've never been nicked so badly during a manicure where the bleeding is persistent like this. I know it happens sometimes, but my husband and I felt like our manicure nail techs were in a bit of a rush. I went to the back room to get my legs waxed and it's something I'll never do again. The room had a bunch of mosquitoes in it. Some were alive and others were smushed on the walls. I left with patches of hair still on my legs, and I had to point out that she didn't do my knees ‍ Lhyne, You were not my cup of tea.
