To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes.
