Lisette was my massage therapist that was truly on a deep tissue, tension relieving mission. She was super attentive, sweet, and friendly. She's a large iced coffee Dunkin Donuts kind of a girl; this is going to go very well. Upon entering MoSa Spa, the overall decor is extremely relaxing, immaculately clean, and welcoming. The zen and serenity hit me like a wrecking ball. The music playing lightly in the background got me in the mood; I was ready to get the kinks out. My hour long deep tissue massage went by super fast, sadly. Lisette listened to when I asked to lighten up on the pressure, and she really had a very rhythmic way of making sure each side was massaged equally, and with the same techniques. Like she said, the pain should be a good pain, and not a bad one. Every now and then, I could feed she was using two finger predominately to work out the muscle, and it felt super intense, but then the pain went away. My shoulders are definitely better and I have better mobility too! The massage room was very nice and relaxing; gave me a bit of an ocean front house weekend escape. Monika was amazing! I haven't done a Brazilian wax in a good number of years and was afraid it would hurt more than usual. It actually hurt less than usual! Monika was very quick and thorough. All the staff were also super friendly. The office is inside a residential looking apartment but the waiting room was decorated very professionally and cosy. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. The waxing room was also super clean and Monika immediately sanitizes after each session. Definitely coming back! One of the best massages I have ever received in my life. Lisette, simply put, is an absolutely pro. Attentive, informative, and a total muscular knot-buster. How is she so strong?! She provides quick instructions on what she's about to do, and asks questions beforehand to ensure she targets the correct places. I usually go to European wax center but my go-to waxer left so I decided to find another place. Seeing really great reviews on Yelp, I decided to try MoSa. Monika did a fantastic job, no hair to be seen and never double dips. I have never done a facial before because I'm always scared from stories about people doing more harm than good. Well, I felt at ease with Monika. First was express hydrafacial, she also did some manual extractions and those REALLYYYY hurt, she recommended a chemical peel next time so it brings the acne to surface as I had some really deep ones. After those 2 facials, I noticed my skin clearer, smoother, and glowier. Now I'm doing laser here as well. Monika was never pushy about adding services or products. She really cater to your needs and then recommend what's best. read more

Monika is the best! I get the Brazilian once a month from her - I've tried going to other places but I always come back. It's by far the quickest and least painful Brazilian I've ever had, plus the customer service is great. Monika is wonderful to talk to which helps with distracting as well. After waxing here for almost 2 years, I have nothing but good things to say about this place and Monika's service. Appointments are always on time and Monika is very accommodating to your schedule should something come up. Online booking makes booking appointments even easier. This place is really clean and 'yay' to no double - dipping! I'm prone to break outs and used to get dry skin after waxing, but Monika's techniques really help prevent that. Especially because of the wax she uses for sensitive areas. Also, to have someone that is well informed and educated, really listens, and shows much regard for your skin and your overall waxing experience is wonderful! I love this place and wont trust anyone else to wax me! PS: if you have some unwanted nose stubbles showing (like me because I have a tiny nose lol), you absolutely HAVE to trust Monika with a nose wax. After my wife received an email offering the opportunity to get a Brazillian wax I thought this is the least I could do for the woman who birthed my two beautiful children. I was anticipating pain and torture and was within minutes of cancelling before I decided to man up and give it a shot. Upon entering Monica's facilities I immediately felt a nervous twitch in my groin area. However, after meeting Monica I began to feel a bit at ease. After being instructed to drop trou and hold my legs up in the butterfly position there was no turning back. The time had come...with the first rip of the wax I felt a piece of my manhood lost as my body tensed up. Monica sensed my uneasiness and decided to be gentler with my fragile area. Turns out the first rip was the most painful and the rest of my experience was as pleasant as it could possibly be. Yes...it was still painful but Monica's down to earth personality made the session move quickly. I am completely satisfied with the results and as long as I can remember have never ever felt so smooth down there. Never thought I'd be saying this but I am actually looking forward to going back for my next session. If I could, I would give this place negative stars. I have never gotten waxed here, however, I was in a car accident today and completely forgot about my appoint which was at 3:30. I saw it on my phone at 3:45 after making phone calls to my insurance, etc. and called to explain my situation to the lady on the phone who didn't care. I told her I was sorry and when could I reschedule. She told me her next available day, but added that I would still be charged the $25 to my card. I find this completely rude and disgusting that she couldn't make an exception for a situation like mine. So forget it, I will never give her my business and I will make sure people I know do not either! And for the record, I am not making it up and would even show pictures of my car if she wanted, but honestly she and this place are not worth my time nor money. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I can't say enough about how important it is to me to get waxed some place where there is NO DOUBLE DIPPING!!! Monika is awesome. I am not a big talker. I'm pretty shy and it makes me seem socially awkward. In any case that can make something like getting a brazilian wax extremely unbearable just because it would seem like a lifetime before the damn thing was over. Monika has to easily be one of the best people to talk to ever! It doesn't seem like a big deal but it is when trying to make a client feel at ease when she laying there with her hooha on display which is already a super uncomfortable situation. My only complaint is that shorter appointments can be booked anytime throughout their business hours so when someone like me has a 2 hour appointment I have to book weeks after I really need it done because there's an eyebrow appointment in the middle of a two hour block on the day I should really be going, and I can only go on days my husband is off so he can stay with our beautiful son. read more
