I give it no stars!! Owner is very rude and disrespectful. My husband preordered my granddaughter cheese fries that she or he had ever ordered and she didn't know that white and yellow cheese came on it so she didn't want the fries and the owner said he wasn't giving a refund and that it was on the menu what was on them and I told him she hadn't got the fries before and he had preordered them over the phone, he proceeded to ask who is he like that mattered!!!! I won't ever go back and I hope y'all never go and have the same experience. Over $10 through away.. Najjars do better read more

Food is nothing like what it use to be. Pizza crust is frozen and ready made with virtually little taste. Burgers are ok. Pasta is hit and miss. Mr. Najjar would be disappointed in what's happening here now. read more

Najjars has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but the last few visits have shown a decline in their food and service. They failed to give curly fries with my child's meal. They did not give a pickle with the subs and only gave a few chips. The bread for the subs was hard and old. They also charged more than the prices on their menu, so beware when ordering. The price you pay is $2-3 more on many items than what they actually have listed on the menu. read more

I am a big fan and the food is good and the staff is usually nice. I like the portion sizes and they deliver. They could deliver a little faster at times because the food is not as freash when you get it, if they can't. Over-all I like this place all the benefits of eating here so far any way have out-weighted the few minor issues. read more

I went there and ordered spaghetti and chicken tenders and I usually get pizza but I tried the spaghetti and I waited almost 40 minutes and finally when it came out I tasted it and did not like it I went to the manager and he asked what was wrong with the spaghetti and I told him it had a weird taste to it and he told me he would not give me a refund or anything else to eat and the spaghetti had not been touched I don't know who likes the spaghetti but the spaghetti is awful the spaghetti looked like dog food my dog would not even eat that food .while I was waiting on my food I asked the manager did he forget about me and he said all that matters is I got your money ! I'm surprised by the people who say this is the best pizza restaurant in town because nothing about this place says authentic. The pizza dough is purchased as pre-made frozen wheels then ingredients are simply thrown on to make one of the most flavorless dishes I have ever tasted. I did not have an opportunity to taste any of their pasta but if it's like the pizza it will not taste good either. In this day and age you should be flipping and making your own dough. I make my own dough at home; why can't a pizza joint that has been around for fifty years do the same thing? Avoid this place by all means! read more

We ordered delivery tonight. The subs were good...not great, but better than Subway! Pizza would've been so much better if it had been cooked 5 minuets longer. And they use canned mushrooms. Not a lot of flavor in this pizza. Ok...I'm being nice. It wasn't good. The subs were just ok. Still better than Subway. The pizza was so bland. this was definitely the worst pizza I have ever had. the place is old run down and not inviting at all. the guy taking the money at the counter was nice enough ( read as slow) but the creepy guy standing behind him eyeballing me and my girl friend made it a uncomfortable transaction. everyone says "try there pasta it's great". I wouldn't bother even if it's 20x better than there pizza it's definitely still crap. and if there pasta is so good they might want to put that on the sign out front instead of the disgusting pizza . and get rid of the creeper behind the counter if your not cooking or running the cash register don't sit behind the counter eyeballing the customers , it's a good way to get a crappy yelp review ......... read more

Staff wasn't real friendly when we walked in. After I ordered Isat down in booth near window and a roach crawled up the wall. I left.

I ordered two of the grilled chicken chef salads thinking that because of the price ($7 each) they would a good size and full of tomato, cucumbers, etc. I waited patiently for the salads to be prepared. After paying for the salads and taking them home to enjoy, I realized they were not worth $7 at all. They were more like a side salad from Wendy's on the $1 menu. So I took the salads back and asked for my money back. I was told that the manager was not available to credit the money back to my card but he could do it with the receipt. I assumed it would not be a problem so I left my name and number for a return call. After a week and a half went by and my account was not credited the money, I called. Bob was the manager. Bob stated that he would not be giving my money back because it was my decision not to eat the salads. I asked if he thought that was ethical to keep my money for food I did not eat. He stated that I should not order it anymore. Terrible salads!!! Terrible customer satisfaction!! read more

The sign out front says they've been serving the (sleepy little) community since 1951 which is an accomplishment, but it's a shame their pizza recipe hasn't evolved since then. I can imagine spices and zestful flavor were taboo in the 50s but they are certainly encouraged and acceptable now and the pizza lacks the former, latter, and more. The primary pizza component, the dough, must be pre-shaped and frozen which has me flabbergasted as to why a mom/pop joint would use frozen dough rounds?! You can tell b/c the toppings aren't merge and cooked "into" it when it comes out. I ordered what would be considered a large supreme (pep, onions, green pep, and shrooms) and was also disappointed by the toppings. The green peppers were chopped as if initially intended for a salad and the mushrooms were from a can (smh). Someone on here likened it to "brick oven" style but it resembles more of a frozen Tombstone or Red Baron pizza, just double the price. I enjoy trying pizza at non-chain family owned businesses when I travel but Najjar's pizza severely missed the mark. I also ordered a side salad (naked and plain), fries (good), and Mozzarella sticks (no flavor) as well. I talked to some locals and I guess the pizza isn't their best menu option so maybe next time I'm in town I'll try something different. The establishment was clean and the service was average, certainly not on the level for a typical family owed business. In summary, If you like robust, flavorful, zesty, handmade pizza don't look for it at Najjar's. read more

I have always been impressed by the simple charm and small town, cozy feel of this restaurant. If you're a regular you are greeted by name as you enter the door and if you're new you can expect a friendly smile and run down of "what's good to eat". There is never much of a wait after ordering and my order is always correct which is something you can no longer take for granted in the restaurant world. If you eat in, do yourself a favor and order the cheese fries! The BEST in town, hands down! I tried Najjar's for the first time today and got the Manicotti which I thought was very good and better than many Italian restaurants I have been in. The toasted garlic bread could've been warmed, that is the only complaint I had. The restaurant is small, but cozy. The restaurant has several Italian dishes, deli sandwiches and salads. My friend got a Taco Salad which looked really good. I will definitely visit this place again. read more

The salad was okay. But, the pizza was not tasteful, nor did they have a wide menu of toppings including ham. There was barely any meat on it. I won't be dining there again unless it's a salad. It's funny how the server said that she didn't have any ham, but had it in the chef salad. I'm sorry but thumbs down. Wife enjoyed her Spaghetti, kids split a small order of chicken tenders, and we all had some pizza. This was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. to quote my 13 year old, " Frozen pizzas from food lion beat this by a mile." They enjoyed the chicken and spaghetti but the pizza, NO. Granted the area had been hit by a large snowstorm, maybe they couldn't get their regular supplies. Regardless, I'm glad I live out of town & don't even have to see the place again. read more
