Me and my fiancé, along with some of his work friends ate here yesterday. Mind you, this was our first time eating here because we are not from here!! My fiancé cannot have gluten at all, he has a bad allergy!! He ordered a gluten free crust pepperoni pizza and his work buddy ordered a regular crust, small pepperoni pizza. The cook got the tickets switched on the pizzas and my fiancé got the regular crust. He ate a bite before we realized the pizzas got messed up. This could have been VERY BAD!!!! We got our food to go although I will say the ambiance was cozy in the restaurant. The food came pretty quickly. One in our group got the Stromboli which had hardly any meat in it whatsoever, two in our group got the ham and cheese calzones which were also lacking in meat and the ham was oddly cubed instead of the slices you normally see. I got the baked ziti which was ok but I've definitely had better. The ziti came with a small salad with dressing on the side and a nice fresh roll. An average meal.. Nothing spectacular. We were in town doing some shopping at Rural King and decided to try Jerry's pizza. This place is very cozy and the food was delicious. I had lunch special pepperoni pizza, my husband Had the chicken Philly with fries. Both of our meals were amazing. The waitress that brought the food out was super sweet. We definitely will be back the next time we're in Martinsville. It looks as though they used to have a buffet they should bring it back. read more

They have a fountain drink machine and there is really cool scenery. It's a more chill place so it's not quiet or loud. Something to Jerry's pizza on Wednesday evening and got the lasagna and a salad. Was with a group of people I thought the service was good. The restaurant itself is a nice family type restaurant. My lasagna was good with just the amount of seasoning and cheese maybe some extra Parmesan cheese on top would may go along way. The salad was just a regular simple dinner salad. I've had a couple really good pizzas in there however I had a bad one in the beginning of May. They were very busy so we waited an hour and a half for the pizza to go when we got home. The pizza was mainly dough just over there a little cheese on it. I didn't call them and tell them because I was really hungry and we didn't wanna wait another hour for pizza so we had something else to eat When I called there and talked with the daughter of the owner, she told me I should've called her the same day and they would not do anything about it and when I told her that I probably wouldn't be back, she said that she didn't care because they had plenty of customers I went in a few days later and talk to the son, and he basically told me the same thing. They have good food. If you enjoy subs; the Italian sub they have is very tasty. I don't know what it is about that sandwich but it will have you licking your fingers afterwards lol. Love jerrys, but I don't know what you guys have done to your wings. The newer bone in breaded wings you guys have now are worth 3$, let alone 12.95$ they are almost pure fat, hard to tell if they are even chicken .
