I had a very disappointing experience. This was not my first time getting Botox, so I know what to expect from both the procedure and the results. I went in expecting a simple treatment to smooth the wrinkles on my forehead, but instead I ended up with two large bumps and what look like two deep dents or holes in my forehead. It looks so bad that people of all ages--from little kids to older adults--keep asking me, "What happened to your forehead?" It's embarrassing and upsetting. The appointment felt rushed from the moment I arrived. A woman came in, took photos, and immediately told me I needed full-forehead Botox. Shortly afterward, a man named Mike walked in with syringes already prepared. There was no consultation, no explanation of what product he was using, no discussion of the procedure, and no review of potential risks or aftercare. The only advice was to use retinol cream and sun cream which i bought since he wanted to sell the product. While I was waiting to pay, I overheard Mike talking to another employee about how many injections he had done that day and what a great money-making day it was. That conversation made me uncomfortable, but I tried not to think much of it until I got home. The next day I noticed two bumps and deep indentations on my forehead. I immediately called the office and returned for a touch-up, but my forehead still looks terrible. I went in hoping to smooth out my wrinkles and instead left with obvious bumps and dents that have made me feel self-conscious. This was not the professional experience I expected. I felt rushed, uninformed, and disappointed with both the treatment and the lack of communication. This experience has been very upsetting, and I would not recommend this provider based on what happened to me. Now Im waiting to see how they are going to fix this mess. read more

I highly recommend this location. The area it's located has parking which is always a plus. When I arrived they greeted me and took me to my room right away. They went over the various options they have for lip fillers and went through the differences. My procedure was lip fillers and also received a B12 to help with swelling and bruising on my lips. Their numbing ointment was 10/10 the best I've ever had. Procedure was very quick and very minor in pain. loved loved loved my experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were extremely patient and kind as well. I did the naked nose, which I wanted to very subtle, and a full syringe of kysse lip filler. My one and only complaint is I wish I had actually done two syringes in my lips because now that the swelling has gone down, it still isn't quite what I wanted but thats not their fault.
