This was actually my last chance with this office. During a previous visit, I received a different type of Botox treatment that seemed to wear off after only about 8 days, which was disappointing and led me to seek treatment elsewhere. I decided to give this location one more opportunity because it is so conveniently close to my home. While the staff was polite, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the handling of the product. I am still waiting to see the final results of today's treatment, but the overall experience left me feeling uncertain and concerned.
