They explained everything clearly and didn't try to push extra treatments, which made me feel really comfortable and trust them more. During the treatment, there were moments that felt a bit uncomfortable, but it was totally tolerable. The provider kept checking in with me the entire time, which I really appreciated -- it made a big difference. What surprised me most is that I can already see a slight lifting effect around my jawline, even though I know the full results will take a few months to show. Over the past few weeks, I focused on keeping my skin well-hydrated and apply sunscreen and try to avoid exposing direct sun. Now I can see the dark spots on my face are gradually fading.
