Last week I went ahead and met with an employee. I will not use names because I'm going to be respectful or at least try to to start. I bought a package of six treatments. During that time, I expressed verbally and clearly that I only had certain windows I was able to get the treatments done . And that I need to adjust my time according to the appointment. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, I received a text message saying they had a "cancellation" at 11 am and asking if I would like to switch mine. I replied, letting them know. I have been trying to reach out to them all day and I had no responses letting them know. I was going to be a couple minutes late due to dropping my daughter off and that I needed to keep the 9 AM appointment because I would not have enough time to get back to her camp in time. I even mention if there was an issue to contact me. No one replied to the text message. So, since no one replied, telling me, there would be no one there, I showed up for my appointment. Assuming they were a well ran establishment with good communication. Boy did I mess up assuming that. To add more insult to a already bad situation, they let me drive all the way there and then told me I'm sorry there was a family emergency. In that text message I did not state anything about a family emergency. It was we have a cancellation would you like to switch. MO NEED TO LIE. If you had politely text me, I have a family emergency, I would've been absolutely willing to reschedule. But that is not the way this was handled. This is messy, rude and disrespectful. I immediately left the appointment, knowing that I would never want any of these people who think I'm lying rather than communicating is a good idea to come anywhere near any part of my body. Do not recommend for laser hair removal. The laser was manufactured in 2005... so the laser is almost 20 years old!! I've been going here for over a year and have had 15 sessions yet I still have to shave every week. Also, if you try to reschedule your appt, they charge you a fee... even with over 24 hour notice. Price- Used the Groupon for Chemical Peel and with the Groupon discount it was about $28 so price was right Location-within a small shopping mall with limited parking but we had no issues Atmosphere- it was clean quiet and more of a medical office then I've been feeling but no issues for us We have Kimberly and she was very friendly and outgoing appointments for 11 and 1130 so since we were together she took us at the same time which was no problem for us My friend had the IPH peel as she had more skin discoloration. I had that like glycol acid peel . She washed our faces with little massage and used warm rag to rinse off like a facial and then applied the chemical peel with a brush. She put 2 to 3 coats on similar to if you put a mask on your face. My peel had a tingly slight burning sensation and with the fan it helped. My friend since her peel was stronger had a strong burning but again the fan helped. Kimberly chatted a lot and gave us some info when we asked questions and was knowledgeable I guess we initiated the conversation as well but this was not like a facial relaxing it was more for a medical purpose so overall it was fine. On my second day I was not peeling and had no discoloration nor did my friend but for her she should start the peeling in 2-3 days. Both of us have some spots so we are going to look for more chemical pills and do a series to see if they actually help with the sunspot. I wish the cleansing of your face had a little more massage to it which would make this a great procedure read more

I highly would NOT recommend this place for any dysport services. I went in for dysport on my forehead and chin area. A week later I lost all movement on my bottom lips my speech was slurred I couldn't smile nor even eat right. My lips and jaws were twitching and also ended up with a big lump between my eyes from the injections on my forehead. It was a horrible look and even more so a scary experience to not recognize my own face. I called Julia explained the situation and she had no empathy and handled it very poorly interrogating as if it was something I did. Just said she had to look into it and would call me back in for an appointment when they had a plan. How do you send someone off that can't speak and basically has there bottom half of their face paralyzed?! They took this complaint lightly as if it was ok for me to walk around with no correction. After over a week of back and forth and how unprofessional it was handled I wasn't comfortable to trust them to even go back. I had to look for someone else to correct it and even though it's getting a little better my face is still pretty distorted and unfortunately not much can be done I would just have to "wait" months for the dysport to wear out. I was literally crying for days from the results. I work in the beauty industry and clients are literally looking at my face all day. This shouldn't of been taken like it was not a big deal. Nancy the injector was also not very comforting nor looked like she knew what she was doing. I've been getting dysport for over 10 years she followed no protocol from anything I've experienced. I truly regret going there, but then again I should of known better being I found them on Groupon. I had an appointment scheduled for Dysport on a Saturday afternoon and received a morning call stating if I wanted to come in earlier I could so I could have some of my afternoon time back. I did so, went through the nurse screening, and she even gave me some additional ideas of addressing my problem area on my furrow/stress wrinkle on my forehead. She recommended Restalyne filler and gave me a brochure to read on it. I was even told they would honor the Groupon price on it to try it out. Thanks God I used coupon and didn't pay the whole price. Additional thanks that I did only dysport on my forehead which is hard to ruin. Waiting time, was more then I expected and longer then the whole procedure. Cosmetologist didn't say a word about procedure, about injections, about basic rules what to avoid after etc. She didn't show me the syringe, so how can I be sure what was injected? She didn't open it in front of me (I needed only 20-25 units, standard syringe has more, so what if I was injected with someone leftovers without changing the needle?). I didn't see the needle was disinfected etc. I understand, that this basic safety stuff was done probably, but for the 2 mins I've been there I didn't see the prove that I won't go home with the AIDS. I have been coming to your Center for laser hair removal, three times total with more visits to come. Let's get to the heart of the matter, I arrived for my second appointment and I was informed that the laser machine to treat higher Fitzpatrick skin was broken. Why wasn't I informed this prior to me going there. It was a waste of my time. Then, they told me they were going to call when the machine was fixed. I never received that phone call. I called them two weeks later and asked what was the result. I was informed the machine had been fixed a while ago. Then today, February 9th, I go there and check-in for my appointment. They asked me to sign in and seat myself. Then they tell me 15 minutes later that a technician is working on the machine. Again, Why couldn't they have called me to tell me that prior to me going there and giving me the option as to whether I wanted to wait. Additionally, why couldn't they have told me that when I initially checked in so I could anticipate what I needed to do. Now, let's see if I get a call that the machine is fixed...whatever the result, I'll update this review. The technicians do a wonderful job once I'm actually seated but customer service is really lacking and it appears to be a pattern and not an infrequent occurrence. I like going there because it is close to my job, but I do have a job and if I can't be afforded the courtesy of a phone call when the machines are broken then let me know and I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I went in for dysport injections on my crows feet, the following day my eyelids dropped to the point where I was asked by my friends and co-worker if i had a stroke. I contacted Phoenix Laser and Rejuvenation center and was told to come back so they can correct the work. I returned and was injected with 12 more units which caused my eyes to completely droop and was not able to apply make up on my eyes. I spoke with both Managers and was told that there was nothing they could do for me and that it would wear off after 3 months and after the three months passed they would re-do the 60 units I originally purchased. So three months have passed and my one eye lids still droops, I did return yesterday to have dysport placed in a different area and they would not honor their word even though I have a email from the manager David Cisneros acknowledging this entire fiasco. read more

I bought a Living Social deal for one syringe of juvederm.. My first (and only) time getting my lips "plumped" a bit. I should have done my research, first. This was a terrible experience. The nurse who did my injections didn't really seem to have any rhyme or reason as to where she was injecting my lips. She explained nothing to me about the procedure and seemed in a hurry to go on her month-long trip to Canada she was discussing with another employee. She moved quickly and not gently, and injected the left side of my upper lip a lot more than the right side. I ended up having to go back for 3 to 4 follow-up appointments because there was a big pocket or bump on the left side of my upper lip. This establishment offered to redo my lips for free (by a different person, thank God), but she wouldn't even touch my face when she saw me because of the problems that were so noticeably present. The manager had me come back to see a doctor they had hired-he looked frightened when he saw my lips. No one could tell me what this giant bump is at the site of injection or how to fix it. The only reason I give them two stars is because they did try to help me (after me having to talk to the owner) and ended up refunding my money for the botched lip job. But I would highly recommend NOT going here. I have since gone to other doctors, not nurses, to see if they can fix my lips and I have been told that someone really did a bad job. At first, I thought it was a pocket of Juvederm that had not dispersed. Then I thought it was scar tissue from the nurse being so rough with my lips in jamming the needle into my face. Now I have been told that the nurse injected the Juvederm into the wrong place causing the disformation. It has been a year and I still have this disgusting bump on my lip. It's really a shame because it's the first thing you see when you look at my face. Also, if you are in a hurry, this is not the place to go. I purchased a facial via Groupon for Phoenix Laser & Rejuvenation Center. This was (by far) the worst facial experience that I have ever received. My aesthetician appeared to have minimal, if any, education or skill in giving a facial. I was also very uncomfortable throughout most of the facial. The blankets were dirty, which is not surprising because she had my lay in them with my shoes on. At one point she accidently pushed a large quantity of cleanser in my nose. After it seeped down my throat, I was coughing and needed water. When I requested this, she said that they didn't have any water and questioned how cleanser in my nose could lead to my throat. As I was walking out of the room, I glanced in the mirror and saw that my makeup had smeared under my eyes. I was surprised that she would not mention this, as I had large dark circles of mascara and eyeliner under my eyes. I asked her if I could use something to wipe it off and she asked "like what?" I requested that she give me whatever they typically use to remove makeup. She handed me a dry gauze and I explained that this wouldn't work. She was perplexed and eventually gave me a solution, which only minimally removed it. read more

I recently, purchase a Groupon deal and the following week schedule a appointment for the services. However, services were not rendered and the level of treatment was disheartening. At first, I felt a presence of disconnect from the professional staff to the client. It was not a warm welcome. After waiting for the specialist to get the room ready. I was called to go back to the room. The specialist gave a very informal welcome about the procedure and mentioned some unwarranted comments. I immediately took offense to this as I believe it was racially motivated. Their was no connection between her and I. I can't recall her name but she is pregnant. After she brief me, I explained to her exactly, what I wanted. She then left the room and return, stating that the front and back thigh treatment were separate and does not include one velashape treatment. I immediately left the room and spoke to the Assistant Manager Julie. I explain to her that what she is telling me is not in fine print. It appeared to me that the staff were making up rules for the velashape treatment, to not perform the procedure I paid for with the Groupon deal. I can only assume it was racially motivated. I called this place to get some information about laser hair removal. I was excited about this place since it was so recommended by a friend of mine who went here about 6 months ago. So this girl called April answer the phone. I guess she is the receptionist there. I seriously can't belive they have someone so rude answering the phone. Went here for laser for spider veins on legs. The technician literally burnt a hole, about 5 mm and very deep, onto my thigh. Its been two weeks and it still hasn't healed. I'm pretty certain there will be a scar. There are also 3 other smaller burns on my legs that look like scabs. I have had my veins lasered before elsewhere and this did not happen.
