When I went in for my appointment to have these issues addressed I was told that if I wanted anything "fixed" that I would need to pay for it. The APRN stated "I promise I don't fill the needles with water" which I found odd considering I never accused her of doing so.... So when I asked why I spent $900 and still have lines and it looks like I had nothing done, she stated they wouldn't be fixing it and I'd need to pay. End of story. I am extremely disgusted by this facility and definitely won't be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would....

After I emphasized I only wanted a minimal amount in forehead, Dr. T was happy to oblige. He gently injected 10 units of Botox. I had no side effects and was thrilled with the result, natural! I used Red Bamboo for the time I lived in Redington Shores. The IPL and other facials were performed by well qualified esthetician's, results were noticeable. The clinic is super clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! They have comfy chairs, blankets and TVs so you can definitely relax and get your treatment in peace. They have a couple of the recliner chairs lined up, they aren't crowded but if you're immunosuppressed or feeling ill I would wear a mask, as you have the potential to be close to other clients. Getting the IV was not too bad, it would be really above and beyond if they had EMLA cream or another topical to apply to decrease the pinch, then I would feel like this was more of a medi spa scenario. They allowed my husband to come back with me as they weren't too busy, so that made it even less intimidating! I was really dehydrated from my cold so I did get light headed during my treatment, but they quickly assessed the situation (made sure I was not having any allergies) and checked my blood pressure. I was able to continue my treatment and they kept a really close eye on me, which I appreciated! They have a ton of different therapies (see Menu in the picture) that aren't listed online, including b12 injections. As far as how helpful my vitamin C treatment was, I got an infusion and my husband didn't. I definitely bounced back about 3 days sooner than he did from the illness. When I got there, I waited for a while before the receptionist told me that she no idea where the nail technician was so she had to reschedule my appointment. Hmm... Ok... Strike 1. I rescheduled for the next day and, fortunately, the nail technician was there. They led me to the back room and proceeded to tell me that I'd be getting the deluxe pedicure because my appointment had not occurred the previous day. Awesome! Let's face it, the only reason I actually get pedicures done is to tame the dry and craggy mountainside that I will deign to call my heels because, unfortunately, that's the result of running around in 5+ inch high heels and flip flops all the time (wonderful image n'est-ce pas?). Generally, any deluxe type pedicure involves some magic lotion or something that suddenly tames these bad boys so I am totally down for the upgrade. However, upon arriving home, I check out the bottom of my feet and... hm.. I still feel the need to attack it with a pumice stone. Strike 2. Honestly, though, the worst to me was just the time it took to get it done. I am used to maybe 1 hour(ish) mani-pedis. This one took well over 2 and a half hours and I was still not entirely enthused with the end result. Enough that I went home and repainted my toe nails myself. Strike 3. The girl that did it was nice enough. However, if I'm going to drop any kind of money on a mani-pedi, I expect a better result and not as much time investment as if I were to do it myself. Word to the wise. If the name of the place does not have the word Nails in it, don't get your nails done there.
