When I called the next day, same thing, couldn't find any info, now there were not dates-for over 6 weeks ( the appointment I made the day before wasn't on their books). They put two IVs one in each arm then had to remove one when they realize they made a mistake. He uses metal Staples which is barbaric and extremely painful. He doesn't use drain tubes like other surgeons do. He doesn't clean the blood out of your ears after the first follow-up and removal of bandages. He left a metal staple behind my right ear for a month and it healed in and he had to dig it out.
