When I call ed office and asked about the appointment, the lady said make another appointment and we will get to you when we can. times I tried to order soil and they hung up. Used these guys for years. Nathan is a good guy. But in the last year I was getting charged for services that just didn't happen. I was away for some time, and I noticed I hadn't seen the yard guy for 2 wks. And yup, they charged me. I didn't even complain about all the little things that get broken pvc pipe, sprinkler and they don't let you know. The final straw is paying 5K for plant and sprinklers rerouted and I let them set the sprinklers. 10% of plants died because they didn't route the sprinklers. Left trash in yard. It was awful. Maybe it's under new management. But I had to hire someone else. read more

Repeat occurrences where I was told I would be receiving a call back and never did. Left voicemail last Friday after damaged property and again no response for multiple days. Quality of work is ok but some of the worst customer service I have come across. Wife finally got ahold of the manager who didn't acknowledge the past issues with returned calls but instead criticized us for writing a bad review on google. read more

Unreliable customer service, no response for weeks. I have used them before and it all went well, thought I'd call them again for a new landscape project. I received a visit from Chris who promised to send the estimate that evening. I knew better than to expect it that evening and I was ok to wait until the next day.... Never heard from them again. I called every day, every day for 2 weeks to follow up and every time they would promise to get back to me very shortly and never has anyone called or sent any estimates. I have been very pleased with working with Christian from Nalesnik's Landscaping. I kept getting letters from my HOA about needing some sort of bush/tree in my landscape plot and I called Nalesnik's and they talked to me about my options , gave me a good price and they had it planted within the week. So amazed that we went ahead and asked to clean out our beds and it looks beautiful. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. We ended up buying landscaping lights from them too. We've tried Nalesnik's for awhile now, but they have just repeatedly proven that they aren't up to the job. Very poor service and extremely disappointing. My wife has been paying $25 to $50 per month (depending on season) for them to mow, leaf blow, rake, and bag. Their scheduled had them ALWAYS coming on the days that I'm out of the house at work. Using a driving mower with the blade set extremely low, they have taken my lawn down to the dirt in a couple of large patches. It hasn't grown back. Much worse, they repeatedly leaf blow all the leaves into my flower beds and up against the side of my house. I've had to constantly battle cockroaches, earwigs, pill bugs, and click bugs getting into the house because Nalenski's has maintained a perfect insect habitat against my walls. My wife called and complained and requested the crew come back out and bag up the leaves. They CHARGED HER A FEE to come back out and clean up what we'd already paid them to clean up! I spent over 3 hours in the hot sun cleaning out all the dead leaves from my flower bed. Lastly, it appears they killed my roses too. There's plenty of services to choose from. Nalesnik Landscaping installed a dead tree in our yard late last year. We contacted them and they assured us that they would replace the tree in the spring if the tree didn't come back to life. The tree is dead and after repeated attempts, Nalesnik has not responded to our emails or phone calls and has not replaced the tree. read more

They completely remodeled our front yard, which was in desperate need! The owner was the nicest guy and had all the best recommendations for us. Our flower bed was just a recurring graveyard for dead plants and flowers, so I asked for something low maintenance. He put in the most gorgeous rocks and placed big potted greenery and plants that compliment our house perfectly. Because I would just kill them, they installed an automatic watering tube in each pot that connected to the sprinkler system. They also put in a centerpiece water feature that we love. They reset our retaining walls and added fresh mulch and jasmine around our trees. We love everything they did! The crew showed up in the morning and they finished everything in a few hours! They cleaned everything up after themselves and sprayed off all our driveway and sidewalk area so it looked clean and nice. They were so nice and so respectful. We'd hire them again and we recommend them highly! I had photos but I think I deleted them. I'm not home as I'm writing this, sorry! read more

I was hoping I could give a nice review on this company, but unfortunately I cannot. I was quoted to have the front and sides of my yard completely removed and that new soil and sod would be laid down. When I got home the day the work was being performed, I noticed they had not removed all the old and kept what they said was "good grass" growing, and that they didn't have enough soil or sod anyway. It is their responsibility to know how much soil and sod is required for the job and not leave the customer dissatisfied for their mistake or wanting to charge the customer more money since they didn't have enough product. On their quote it says "payable by cash at the completion of the job and satisfaction by both parties. Well, this customer is not satisfied and it's been almost 3 weeks ago since I've been dealing with this. When a company quotes you, they need to adhere to what they say. I'm happy to change this review only IF they do the right thing and complete my yard as quoted originally. read more

It's very rare to find a company that has great professionalism, awesome customer service, and perform outstanding work at a very reasonable price! I want to thank Alex for the wonderful job he and the crew had done in replacing a dozen plants that were damaged during the freeze, and replacing the dislodged pop-up drain that was installed incorrectly by the builder. Alex gave updates about the job and always arrived on time. After the job was completed, I noticed the sprinkler would not turn on around the planted area. Alex promptly sent a technician out within a few hours to check if a cable was accidentally cut. It turned out that the malfunction was caused by a shorted connector in the controller and not by their work. Since it was a simple fix, Alex did not bill me for it! I am just very happy to have found this company and will not hesitate to have them doing my next yard project! read more

We recently had our entire (large) backyard completely worked over by Nalesnik and they did a fantastic job. My wife and I are very particular about our landscaping and they exeeded our expectations with what they were able to do. Alex was great to work with and came up with several suggestions we hadn't thought about. Dennis and crew did top notch work and even took care of a few extra small things that came up during the project. The pricing was very reasonable and worth every bit. Excellent results and cannot say enough good things about Alex! The crew originally pruned my bush which was not in the work order. To me it didn't look nice at all (although Alex has assured me it will grow in more full as a result, which made sense but I felt it looked bad...I was upset so Alex went out of his way to personally add some greenery to fill in my flower bed at no cost...it looked so much better...but what was even better was Alex really going the extra mile...the flowers and time didn't cost him as much as the reward he got which is now a forever customer! Its hard to get good service these days so when someone does what you hope they will, which is to just make you happy, especially when most of the time it will take so little...its really a win, win. The client is happy (I'm so, so very happy!) and the business keeps a satisfied customer....it boggles my mind why more businesses don't feel this way...thanks sooooo much Nalesniks! Did not finish work on our drains in the backyard. They dug in the back yard and cut our cable lines and left me to repair it.. Then just left our house and never finished, had to hire another contractor to dig lay drains and finish job. Also, they left piles of dirt all over our yard. It's been a muddy mess for several months. Oh and they never showed up the first time they were hired to do the job, that should have been my first insight to how this was all going to go down. Horrible experience. I don't think they care much about their customers, or their property. After a few months the owner called us an threatened to come on our property and tear out the drains we did have installed. We had to call the Fort Bend county sheriff's office and let them know we had someone threating us and our property. My elderly parents live in the home and they were so frightened and upset that someone was going to come over and harm them. Please be aware of this company. Anyone who threatens harm to you or your property should not be allowed to be in business. Very scary. read more
