I purchased the floral basket online. I was expecting a beautiful basket of flowers and what was delivered was a bouquet that cost me $90 that I can purchase from the grocery store for a third less. I mean they couldn't even use something a little nicer than the average glass vase?! Someone did call to let me know they did not have the sunflowers until the next day. I explained that I'd like the flowers delivered same day. I was ok with them substituting the sunflowers, I was assured that I would get something just as pretty and the flowers themselves are very pretty, just not as expected. I don't mind having to substitute items and I do appreciate the communication, I just wish the flowers I purchased were closer to the picture online. read more

Service was awful, the guy acted like he didn't care and hates his job maybe. My husband called on Friday to make an order for a corsage and bootinere and the guy rushed him off the phone and before even giving him a price he hung up on him. Saturday afternoon around a little before 1pm the guy calls and tells him it's ready to and to come get it now because he doesn't want to be there until 3.. which is the time they close. They got the order wrong and blamed the mess up on my husband saying he told them wrong when he called, um no the guy was not listening at all! I ordered flowers for two separate funerals. I received a call stating that one was "too far." I offered to contact another florist and was told "no they get charged for every online order." I was put off by the tone and content of the conversation, but let it go. I get to the service for my uncle who is a veteran with no immediate family and he has no flower spray at his memorial. I contact Nampa Floral and let them know that I'm upset and that Ryan's attitude from the previous day rolled into the way my order was handled. I get a call back stating that the flowers were delivered and he shouldn't have to eat the cost because they were there. I explain that we have pictures showing no flowers were at the site. In my order instructions I provided a name and specific location of where to deliver the flowers. Clearly they were delivered to another service. Why should I pay for flowers that we didn't receive? I tell Ryan that it was heartbreaking and brought tears that my uncle didn't have the send off he deserved. Ryan told me that he was also in tears, " BECAUSE HE WAS OUT THE MONEY." He did immediately refund the money, but like I told him, you can always make money, you can't remake memories Fast forward to the next day and the flowers that were delivered to my aunt's service looked like what I ordered. So I understand it's Valentine's Day. It just so happens to be my mothers birthday as well. My mom is in town visiting us and my grandmother wanted to send her flowers for her birthday. We placed an order in advance. When I called to get a rough estimate of when deliveries would be out the gentleman on the phone was so rude. I get it's the busiest day of the year but so not necessary to be so rude and unhelpful. It's Valentine's Day aren't things organized in advance? We didn't get the delivery until almost dark and the pictures below are what we received compared to what I ordered from their website. I was not impressed with the arrangement I ordered, nor the tone and attitude of the person who took my order for the sympathy flowers which went to my daughter and her family after the loss of her father in law. My husband has sent me flowers from here and they have been satisfactory, but it's hard to screw up red roses. However, I ordered off their website and was disappointed. I can see where they attempted to recreate the arrangement in the photo, but it's like that baking show with the cake fails. This place is a joke. I wanted to order their flowers from their website, but they said that they don't have right vases, nor flowers for my request. I tried few very different arrangements, but they gave me same answer. They said to come in 4-5 hours and they will make nice arrangement for me. Do not agree with their delivery practices of not calling the recipient before delivery to verify they are or will be home but just going ahead, as long as the current temp is above freezing, and leaving the flowers on the doorstep. The last time I went in there, I had a picture printed out from THEIR WEBSITE to demonstrate a ballpark of what I wanted to order for my wife. The immediate reaction was very negative, and the gentleman who was helping me starting going on about how the internet is such a problem because it gives people unrealistic expectations as to what they will get. I wasn't actually planning to get a picture-perfect arrangement for my wife. I was actually just hoping to get something in the ballpark, but instead it turned into a rant about the internet. I took a picture in of 9 red roses with 3 sunflowers...what we got was 4 red roses and 4 sunflowers....I had to insist they keep the picture so they'd do it right. But they sure charged me for 9 roses!! Will never go back here again nor will I recommend. This store used to be the best around when the Dad & Mom were running it; now that the sons are running it, it's very poor service and even less caring about what the customer wants. I will say the one brother was nice; the other was short with me and even screwed up my payment with no apology. We will get our flower arrangements elsewhere in the future. read more

We wanted to be able to incorporate one of my father's helmets into the arrangement, given he that he died doing what he loved, but as soon as there was mention of a helmet, the florist said "No we can't do that", in such an exasperated tone, with his hands in his hair like we'd just asked for a parade float. No ideas, no options, nothing from this guy except for sighing and groaning, because we were such a burden to him [and not even on short notice, the funeral is 5 days away]. We just walked out of the shop, there was no way we would take such disprespect. We called another florist, and the first thing she said was "We have so many ideas! Of course we can do that". And guess who got our business today. Bottom line, this guy's business ethic is disgusting and I felt so disrespected there. I would have given it 0 stars if I could. read more

The employees were rude to me and my fiancé. They acted like our questions were an inconvenience and we were bothering them. Then my fiancé went back several months later to consider using them for our wedding and she was again treated rudely and the employee was irritable and then abruptly left her without finishing answering her questions to go talk to another customer. I went in a day later to talk to the manager about this and he didn't seem to care very much. I will NEVER give them my business and I have told my family and friends to go to a different, more professional, and friendly florist in Nampa. read more

Received an arrangement it looked like it had been thrown together in about 3 minutes.The flowers were already starting to wilt at time of delivery. I understand arrangements do not look exactly like pictured but this looked nothing like pictured. My partner and I both called to complain. I was given the option of getting a new arrangement if I gave the first arrangement back. The gentleman was not friendly, blamed it on bad flowers and the internet limiting his creativity. The second arrangement arrived i had to "return" first one, I thought it was a joke. The second arrangement was worse than the first. Yes the flowers were alive, but I am certain they were all the left overs he just had lying around the shop stuck in a vase. Again just thrown together, original arrangement consisted of mostly roses and we were charged for an arrangement consisting of that. This arrangement there was not a rose in sight. This has been a terrible experience and we will never use or recommend Nampa Floral to anyone. read more

This was the worst experience ever, my daughter and her friend ordered a wrist corsage and boutonniere each for their Senior prom a week and a half prior to their event. Saturday after 12 they said they could pick them up. At 11:30am she called to see if they were done. They had the corsage done but not the boutonniere they told her to come in and they would make it really quick. When she got home and looked at the corsage it was horrible, the roses had opened all the way and were brown. The lily in the middle was wilted and brown. I called the store back and told Ryan this was not acceptable he said to bring it back and he would make a new one. Upon arriving at the store he yelled at me very firmly stating he had no more white rose buds. This is what she ordered. He only had lily's which were wilted. He then showed me the order where his employee had crossed out the boutonniere and stated it was his employees fault for dropping the ball yet we had to wait and then charged for his mistake. We got our money back and went to Albertsons who made a beautiful corsage even cheaper, they stated that they get a lot of business from Nampa floral. As we were taking pictures and putting on corsages my daughters friend opened her corsage and realized they had not put the wrist elastic on hers so we had to take elastic and make it so she could put it on her wrist and she also paid $20 for junk.
