I've been with Nancy for over 3 years now and every time I see her; I'm always in awe of the results! I stumbled across her instagram/profile when I moved back home to the Bay Area from SD and a friend recommended Salon 77 West (her previous salon). Let me just start by saying Nancy is a hair wizard. I've been seeing Nancy for almost a year now, starting with a total color and extension transformation, and I've been going to her regularly for maintenance on my NBR extensions and color retouching. She really takes her time getting to know her clients' hair history, and tailors the approach and technique to YOUR hair and YOUR needs. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hair, really listens, and offers the best solution and products based on what she knows about your hair and what you're trying to achieve. My first service with Nancy included a serious color correction that involved going from dark hair (which I'd screwed up at home) to a beautiful blonde balayage. She did everything in her power to make this work, and tailored her technique along the way for the best results. The second phase was matching a new set of extensions (which I've been wearing for almost a year without any quality issues) to the new hair and installing. The color match is flawless and blends beautifully (see photos!). Since then, she's been retouching my color and moving up my extensions on the regular. She's always been professional and patient, taking her time with my hair--even after hours on end--never rushing or sacrificing the quality of the work. I am an older woman (I cannot quite bring myself to refer to me as a "senior citizen") and looking somewhat younger than my 69 years is important as I am still active as a professional in the workforce. As many of my colleagues are in their 30's and 40's, I have relied on Nancy to give me a look that is both appropriate for my age, yet contemporary in design. When I started going to have my hair done by Nancy, I had been looking for a person who would understand my needs and wants in a hair cut/style.
