What most agents would consider a "Sure thing." A property that Christine Coffman was the agent for went live yesterday (10/4/18), and I was very interested in it. Unfortunately for me, my agent is leaving for the weekend for a vacation she planned months ago. "No worries," I thought. I'm sure the listing agent, Ms. Coffman, would be happy to help out. I called her office and was gladly directed to Ms. Coffman's number by whoever answered the phone. What greeted me on the other end of the phone was nothing but poor attitude and a downright rude demeanor. Even after sensing that she may be busy I inquired if now was a bad time and if she would like to contact me back later. Ms. Coffman slashed out that she gets so many communications shes unable to keep track of them all and was on a pier in California. Offering no further help. It was only after I told her I would find someone else to help me that Ms. Coffman stated I could call the office and request someone else. She was clearly upset that she was being bothered with me trying to give her my money by purchasing her listing while she was on her vacation. Here's a tip Ms. Coffman, if you're on vacation and don't want to be bothered, don't answer the phone, and if you make the choice to do so, then stow the arrogance and poor attitude for a minute. So to summerize: She can't keep track of potential buyers because she's apparently "too busy", she has a poor attitude towards the potential buyers of your home, and her flat out arrogance is sure to turn even the most dedicated buyers away. Save your self the time and agony and find someone else.
